Installation: The Board shall be laid over a non-bituminous vapor control layer (if required).Boards should be laid with edges butted and in a break bonded pattern laid at right angles to the edges of the roof or diagonally across the roof. Ensure that all joints are supported by the deck. The boards are normally secured using mechanical fasteners with appropriate stress plate to the substrate. In case the boards are overlaid with cement-screed or tile or green roof built-up, mechanical fastening is not necessary can be loosely laid and secured temporarily using loose ballast. Please consult BASF Representative for project specific method statement. Sizes PUR Boards are available in 1 m x 1 m x Req.Thickness
Operational Conditions: PUR Boards are suitable for range of continuous temperatures within 40C to 70C Long exposure to temperatures higher than the above mentioned range may cause deformation of foam & facing materials, but will not cause melting.
Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.Keep them in original secondary packing to avoid any physical damage. . Waste Disposal Disposing of waste should not be in conflict with national or international regulations. Therefore, check with your local authorities on how to treat both raw material and production waste.
