Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND
WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN PR, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S.
MILITARY INSTALLATIONS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED
BY LAW.

Sweepstakes begins 12:01:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on July 7 and ends at 12:00:00 PM
PDT on July 20, 2014 (Promotion Period).

1. ELIGIBILITY: Quidditch Try-Outs Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United
States (including the District of Columbia and excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. possessions
and territories) who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, directors, officers,
agents, licensors, independent contractors and/or affiliates of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., 4000
Warner Blvd, Bldg. 168 Burbank, CA 91522 (Prize Provider), Allied Integrated Marketing 6908
Hollywood Blvd 3

Floor Los Angeles, CA 90028. (Sponsor and Administrator), (collectively,
Sponsor, Prize Provider, Administrator and Promotional Party, referred to herein as Sweepstakes
Entities) and each of their respective parent companies, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates and each
of their respective immediate family (spouse and parents, siblings and children and each of their
spouses) and persons living in the same household of each of the above, regardless of residence and
whether or not related, are ineligible to enter or win a prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (or
your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor in your jurisdiction of primary residence, on their and
your behalf) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All decisions of Sweepstakes Entities
are final.
2. ENTRY: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on July 7, 2014 and
ends at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on July 20, 2014 and will be conducted and
administered at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In order to enter, visit
https://hpwishlist.warnerbros.com/contest (the sweepstakes website) and follow the instructions to
complete the entry in its entirety (Online Entry). You may also enter without purchase by writing
your name, age, address, phone number, email and the words Quidditch Try-Outs Sweepstakes on
a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped business envelope to Quidditch Try-Outs Sweepstakes c/o
Allied Experiential 6908 Hollywood Blvd 3

Floor Los Angeles, CA 9002, postmarked by July 20,
2014 and received by July 25, 2014, limit one entry per envelope. Limit one entry per person. Limit
one prize per entrant. Entries that are late, illegible, incomplete, unreadable, damaged, destroyed,
delayed, lost, tampered with, incomprehensible, forged, mutilated, misdirected, inaccurate,
unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. All entries
generated by a script, macro or other automated/repetitive electronic means (except as permitted in
these Official Rules) will be disqualified and ineligible for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not
responsible for late, incomplete or misdirected online entries, computer problems, internet service
provider malfunctions or errors, or any internet communication malfunction or error of any kind.
Transportation, concessions, and all other costs not specifically referenced herein are the sole
responsibility of the participant. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants elect to share
contact information with Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsor's use of information will be in accordance
with the Warner Bros. Privacy Policy: http://www.warnerbros.com/privacy/policy.html.
3. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: A random drawing will be conducted on or about
July 25, 2014 to select one (1) grand prize winner, by Allied Experiential (an independent judging
organization and a Sweepstakes Entity). If any potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable
effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with
these Official Rules, or if her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner
will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sweepstakes Entities sole
discretion.

4. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a framed Mina Lima Quidditch World
Cup Print (a $587 value.) The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of total Grand Prize: $587 First
Prizes (4) First prize winners will receive a customizable Quidditch Jersey. Winners may choose from
Seeker, Keeper, Beater or Chaser. Approximate value of each Jersey ($60). Maximum, approximate
retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $827
5. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE/ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning any prize depend on the
number of eligible entries received during Promotion Period.
6. GENERAL SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is open to anyone who is at least 13 years
old or older on the date the Sweepstakes begins. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize
permitted, unless prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal value will be substituted
by Sponsor at Sponsors sole discretion. Once submitted, all entries become the sole property of
Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an
entrant, the authorized account holders email address used to register the entry will be deemed to be
the entrant. Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws
(collectively Rules and Laws). A prize winner must take delivery of the prize within five (5) business
days of notice of availability or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Unless
otherwise stated in the rules. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned until after the winner has
complied with all his or her obligations under these terms. Potential winners may be required to sign
and have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and any other documentation
that Sweepstakes Entities requires (and where legally permissible a Publicity Release) within seven (7)
days of notification date or such winner will be disqualified and Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right
to randomly select an alternate winner. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to
the authenticity of her winning entry. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sweepstakes
Entities and will not be returned. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in
disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Taxes and any other expenses and incidentals not
mentioned herein are winners sole responsibility. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by and be
bound by these Official Rules. Winner consents to use of their name and likeness for
advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through
such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God,
any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or
not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened
terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, volcanic eruption, war
(declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane,
embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation
interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause
beyond the Released Parties sole control.
Entrants and winner hereby agree and release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless, the
Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and
agents (collectively, Released Parties) from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any
injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole
or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, or
participation in the Sweepstakes, or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the Released Parties use of
any of the rights granted herein. Released Parties expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for
injury or loss to any person or property in connection with the delivery and/or subsequent use of the
prize awarded. Released Parties will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
Sweepstakes Entities assume no liability or responsibility for damages, losses or injury resulting from
this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prizes. By claiming prize, winner and winners
guests agree to assume all risks and agree that the prize is awarded upon the condition that
Sweepstakes Entities and their respective agencies or employees will have no liability whatsoever for
any injuries, losses, death or other damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from
acceptance, or participation in conjunction with the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not

responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error,
technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line
failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Website or
on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, incomplete, illegible, stolen, mutilated
or misdirected entries. No mechanical reproduction of entries accepted. Entrant is responsible for all
on-line fees incurred and with any Internet Service Provider and or wireless carrier. Entry materials
that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Sweepstakes Entities determine, in their sole
discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical
difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to
void the entries at issue and/or terminate or modify the Sweepstakes and/or conduct a random
drawing to award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the
Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to the expiration date of the
Promotion Period, notice will be posted at https://hpwishlist.warnerbros.com/contest. Any attempt to
deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal
action.
