[Lecture No. 3]: Inpatient care
1. Please describe the inpatient pharmaceutical services, such as dispensing
medications, screening medication orders for appropriateness, or identifying
and reporting adverse drug reactions and medication errors, etc., in your
hospital (country).
2. In order to comply with the WHO GPP guidelines, what will be the next
pharmaceutical service (including quality improvement programs) that you
want to implement in your institution? How are you going to evaluate the
performance of this new service?

[Lecture No. 6]: Clinical pharmacy services and patient education
1. Please describe the manpower and highlight the current models of clinical
pharmacy service in your hospital or in your country.
2. What are the current challenges for providing/developing clinical pharmacy
services in your country/hospital settings?
3. Please prioritize the types of clinical pharmacy services which can be
implemented in your country/hospital settings.

[Lecture No. 7]: Drug information and nationwide reporting systems
1. (1) What information service you have not provided to patients but you
want to start now? Share and compare your current service with team
members.
(2) Please design a protocol of information service for your pharmacy.

2. Please compare the current reporting system in your practice with those
in your team members about:
How do you report the adverse drug reactions and/or medication errors?
How do you feedback to patients and healthcare professionals about the

Before coming to the meeting, the representative of each country should

of WHO GPP guideline and share the experience in speaking while attending
this lecture personally.
