In one study woman who took a daily multi vitamin that contained folic acid had a 508 lower risk of ovulatuion problems then those who did not. 9.3ower your use of over the counter pain medications which can interfere with ovulation. 10.If you are trying for In 0itro ,ertilisation >I0,? then go for acupuncture.
