going is diplomatically TRUE and politically CORRECT, to the best
of my belief and informed universal human rights knowledge. And

I have affixed my sovereign (politically free) signature and officially
divine Solomonic Seal (hereditary title) to all of the above WITH
EXPLICIT RESERVATION OF ALL MY UNALIENABLE INTER-

Article 29.
(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and
full development of his personality is possible.
2) In the exercise of his international rights (diplomatic privileges)
and fundamental freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such
limitations as are determined by universal human rights law solely for
the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the inter -
national rights (diplomatic privilege) and fundamental freedoms of
others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order
and the general welfare in a democratic society.
(3) These international rights (diplomatic privileges) and fundamental
freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and
principles of the United Nations.

Article 30.
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any
defacto State (legal fiction), group (Jesuit bankers) or person (false
vicarpope) any inter national r ight (diplomatic privilege) to
engage in any activity or to perform any political act aimed at the
destruction of any of the international rights (diplomatic privileges)
and fundamental freedoms set forth herein.

NOTE: UN char ter (sacred covenant) have been Revised in Ethio-
pian spectacles by our Ethiopian Messiah TODAY. Therefore, ALL
must CHOOSE between a debt free diplomatic l.i.f.e. (living in full
equality) OR remain UNDER global IMF DEBT (death in com-

Oath of Allegiance!
We Pledge our sole Allegiance, to the whole Human Race,
And the Absolute divine Sovereignty (politically free will) in which it
has. And to the Theocracy, which Now has been created.

pias sacred covenant (UN charter), Indivisible, with universal liber-
ties, and internationally assured justice (political just action) for all!


In propia persona (proper person) Our Ethiopian Orthodox Human
Rights Defender (Prophet) proclaims, that after 65 years of the divine
covenant (UN charter) laying dormant at the UN treaty organization
for human claimants in Geneva, we have come as the diplomatic first
fruit with our unprecedented international claim (dispute over title) to
an indigenous identity as an Ethiopian Noble today.

Therefore, we are justified to diplomatically travel with EXPLICIT
RESERVATIONS OF ALL INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMATIC PRI-
VLEGES (universal human rights) IN GLOBAL COMMERCE with-
out hindrance.

The bearer of this legitimate autonomous Diplomatic passport is a
private diplomat (Universal Human Rights Ambassador) of the mod-
ern world of Commerce (trade) and has signed up to the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights Charter as a CHARTERED MEMBER
in Faith.

In doing so, this Universal Human Rights Ambassador Extraordinaire
and Plenipotentiary politically AFFIRMS his conviction that EVERY
human being has international rights (diplomatic privileges), regard-
less of their race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, sexual
orientation, disability or age.

S/he universally RECOGNIZES that each human being EVERY-
WHERE, have a moral duty to diplomatically stand up against global
INJUSTICE (IMF Apostasy), which is NOT ONLY for their own
international rights, (diplomatic privileges) but also for the internation-
al rights of others.

In global SOLIDARITY, the holder of this autonomous diplomatic
passport politically stands up therefore for Universal & indivisible
indigenous rights for all.

Article 22.
Everyone, as a member of society, has the international right
(diplomatic privilege) to social secur ity and is entitled to political
self realization, through national effort (host government) and interna-
tional co-operation (UN) and in accordance with the organization and
resources of each defacto State, of the economic, social and cultural
rights (diplomatic privileges) indispensable for his inherent dignity
(priceless value) and the fr ee development of his per sonality.

Article 23.
(1) Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to work,
to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of
work and to political protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the international right
(diplomatic privilege) to equal pay for equal wor k. (3) Everyone
who works has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to just and
favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an exist-
ence worthy of human dignity (value), and supplemented, if necessary,
by other means of social protection. (4) Everyone has the international
right (diplomatic privilege) to form and to join trade unions for the
political protection of his human interests.

Article 24.
Everyone has the international right to REST and LEISURE, includ-
ing reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with
pay. (2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and
assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy
the same social protection.

Article 25.
(1) Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to a
standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself
and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care

PREAMBLE of UN COVENANT

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity (priceless value) and of
the equal and inalienable rights (diplomatic privileges) of all members
of the human family is the foundation of (absolute) freedom,
(international) justice and peace in the moder n world of Com-
merce today,

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in
barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and
the advent of a modern world in which human beings shall enjoy free-
dom of speech and belief and freedom from f.e.a.r (false expectations
appearing real) and want (food, clothing, shelter) has been pr o-
claimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have RE-
COURSE, as a last resort, to rebellion against Jesuit Supremacy tyran-
ny and IMF oppression (& EXPLOITATION), that human rights
should be protected by the rule of (international) law,



Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to the politi-
cal protection of the universal human rights law against such interfer-
ence or attacks.

Article 13.
(1) Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to free-
dom of movement and residence within the borders of each defacto
state. (2) Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to
leave any country (jurisdiction), including his own, and to return to his
country.

Article 14.
(1) Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to seek
and to enjoy in other countries asylum from political persecution.
(2) This international right (diplomatic privilege) may not be invoked
in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes
or from political acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the
United Nations.

Article 15.
(1) Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to a
nationality. (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality
nor denied the international right (diplomatic privilege) to change his
nationality.

Article 16.
(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race,
nationality or religion, have the international right (diplomatic privi-
lege) to mar r y (corporate merger) and to found a family
(foundation). They ar e entitled to equal r ights as to mar r iage,
during marriage and at its dissolution. (2) Marriage shall be entered
into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and
is entitled to diplomatic protection by society and the defacto State.



Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the international rights (diplomatic privileg-
es) and fundamental commer cial freedoms set for th in this Decla-
ration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, lan-
guage, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin,
property, birth or other status.

Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political,
jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which
a person belongs, whether it be independent, tr ust, non-self-
governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3.
Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privileges) to a debt
free political l.i.f.e, (living in full equality), universal liberty and diplo-
matic security of person.

Article 4.
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade
shall be prohibited in all their forms, especially todays form of global
IMF Apostasy

Article 5.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading
treatment or punishment, as an IMF debtor serf in global commerce.

Article 6.
Everyone has the international right (diplomatic privilege) to universal
recognition everywhere, as a person before the universal human rights
law of fundamental equality for all.

Article 7.
All are (politically) equal before the universal human rights law and
are entitled without any discrimination to equal political protec-
