#'reparati%e before installation to the Flatbed Inkjet 'rinter.
)'lease ha%e good placement to the printer with a space with conditions for no dust,
away from heat sources & humidity air, fire fountain, a%oiding to be direct in sunshine,
and a%oiding to be shaken$ also, *uring work, there might is a little tremble to the
printer, please ha%e a table with si+e at ,-./0cm to bear this machine to a%oid
resonance which possible influence the (uality of printing outputting.
12efore turning on the power of the flatbed inkjet printer, please kindly check if the
power with good connection to terra, and also, please keep you computer system far
away from electromagnetic field, for such as something same to speakers, wireless
phone, and so on.
3'lease apply undi%ided, with terra and standard electrical outlet to the printer, before
application, please ensure the power cord and power jack could be full bear the printer,
please do not use a power jack which share to the other e(uipments. #lso, please

-Turn on the power of bottom frame firstly, then the platform will come out, you need to
press ?enter?, so the platform will go back to original position. Fi%e seconds later, press
power of printer.

)=se the syringes or fillers to fill eight color ink bottle with corresponding ink. *o not
fill each bottle fully with inks, fill the ink bottles with half full, lea%e half space for the air.

buse a syringe to connect one of waste ink pipe, stop the other pipe and start to twitch
syring. Then change the other pipe to twitch syringe, repeated operation se%eral times till
all the eight color ink go to the ink cartridges.

the shortest time to a%oiding any dust going into the 5ontinues Ink >upply >ystem.

machine will not be in guarantee by any other kind of ink.

Image inputting can be finished by digital camera, scanner and other de%ices to input
image. #ny software can be used for editing the image such as @ 'hotoshop, 5orel*raw,
#dobe Illustrate ect.

a2efore using the bottled coating, please shake the packing can for half minute, make
it is well fi.ed, keep the distance at about 10630cm for the head & media, press the spray

by heating is also a%ailable.

a.The operator should mo%e the platform to a proper position for best printing (uality.
<eep the distance between the top surface of the print object and the print head within
3mmH-mm.
b. 'ress =p" button o%er 1 seconds, the platform will mo%e upward automatically.
c. The printing platform will stop automatically by the sensor when it is 364mm away
from the material.

d. Aou can adjust the height manually during printing.

The media on platform must be placed on the starting position of the flatbed.
