The following are Verbatims from Customers.
Eddie (Frozen Foods Clerk) Customer was there yesterday and wanted to get ice cream. The
customer didn't see it on the shelf, she asked Eddy who went to the back onto the truck and
got the ice cream for the customer.

Nick (Floral Mgr) Customer said Nick is always helpful and polite. He does a great job mak-
ing the flowers. He is the best and very kind.

Elaine (Demo) Please compliment Elaine in the bakery department. She is so helpful.

Walter (Hot Foods) Customer explained that Walter, in hot foods has taken very good care of
the customer the last few times he has visited the store. He really appreciates his customer
service and believes he should be recognized.

Tanya (Cashier) The customer felt that Tanya is a great asset to the store. She provides ex-
cellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.

Artan (Nonfoods) Jack (Mgmt) He saved the customer from hurting himself and going into
an operation. Artan helped him with the customers right knee cap. The customer couldn't be
more happy with Artan for saving him the surgery. Jack is very polite and never has a frown
on his face. Jack is a great man with his job and very personable.

Jorge (Meat) Nito is always so helpful and extremely pleasant. He is a shining example for
other associate's!
