his past year has been one of tremendous change and exciting growth for Diamondback
Tactical.You hold in your hands our sixth and largest catalog to date. As with previous
editions, we have tried to uphold the faith that you have placed in us to be the primary supplier
of your gear. All the new items in this catalog are here because you asked us to include them.
Thanks to your on-going support and loyalty, we continue to grow at a rate that we
never could have imagined possible just a few short years ago. To accommodate and
improve the service you deserve and expect, we will be adding more Customer Service
Representatives, more warehouse/ shipping personnel, increased support staff and over
75,000 square feet of additional manufacturing and warehousing capacity.
Among the things fueling this phenomenal growth are the great BattleLab and Custom
Armor Technologies products we have brought to market the past several years.Your
enthusiasm for them has been gratifying. We continue with product development on a daily

The Predator
OTV Carrier allows you the option of replacing your inefficient Interceptor OTV carrier with an all-new carrier
based on our extremely popular Predator Tactical Vest series while still using your Interceptor ballistics and hard armor. The

ISOUK
gives you the choice of converting your Interceptor carrier into a more comfortable, user-friendly system that
you can personalize for your individual situation. Another new product, based on our industry leading SOF Assault Pack, is the SOF
Jumpable Assault Pack
. This feature-filled bag is one of the best on the market today. Learn more about it on page 210. Also check

(PG. 93). We actually launched this in last years catalog, but it has become one of the most
requested products we have ever introduced.
In addition to these new products, we are very pleased to be representing the complete line of Signature K9
equipment for
your Military Working Dog or Law Enforcement canine (PG. 330).
To further enhance our service level, we are also revamping our Diamondback Tactical website and adding new websites devoted
to BattleLab, Custom Armor Technologies and Signature K9.
Unfortunately, all of this positive momentum has been tempered by the passing of two members of the Diamondback Tactical
family whose contributions to our success are incalculable and whose loss is immeasurable. The first was John McNames. John was
one of my personal mentors, not only in business, but more importantly, in life. He was a father figure and friend that all of us
here at DBT respected very much. John worked to make everyones life better and wanted every customer to be completely satisfied
with the products we created. Our second loss was Mrs. Joyce Patrick. Joyce was the person that everyone in the factory called
Mom. She took Mark Baumeister, our Brand Manager for BattleLab, and me under her wing and taught us how to create the best
products in the world. Uncompromising quality and an eye for making the product the best that it could be were the hallmarks
of Joyce Patrick's work. She said who she was with every stitch and we will honor her today and every day to come by using her
great example in our work and in our lives.
John and Joyce will be sorely missed but their legacy will be carried on in the products we create and manufacture on a daily
basis. Our continued mission to create life saving products that assist you in Defining your Fight with the enemy is one of the
many things these two great people left us with.

offering and has been the industry Gold standard for over 25 years. Corduranylon provides the ultimate level of protection against
abrasion, tears and punctures. No other fabric can provide this level of durability and the required security and comfort to protect your
vital equipment and supplies.
In addition to standard or piece-dyed Cordura, Diamondback Tactical now offers CorduraSolution Dyed Nylon (Cordura-SDN)
with Camouflage Color Technology.These new and innovative fabrics and webbing are constructed from solution dyed fibers that are
engineered to meet the Military Near Infrared (NIR) specifications and color/ shade requirements. Since the color is built into the fiber,
the fabrics and webbing are inherently more resistant to UV fade and the color/ shade has a duller/ flatter appearance which is more
uniform and consistent, lot to lot and item to item, vs. piece dyed fabrics. Cordura-SDN provides the ultimate in durability while

Advanced Training - Trident Concepts
Jeff L. Gonzales
J
eff Gonzales was a decorated and
respected USNavy SEAL for 12
years. He served with SEAL Team Four
as an operator and trainer where he
routinely deployed to USSOCOM and
participated in numerous combat
operations.While with SEAL Team
Four, he was responsible for training
fellow teammates in various combat
related skills such as weapons, tactics
and demolitions. Selected for the teams training cell, he was
instrumental in developing several blocks of instruction that
increased the Teams overall combat effectiveness. Later
assigned to the Naval Special Warfare Center, he organized and
supervised the instruction of weapons, tactics, and standard
operating procedures in Land Warfare to hundreds of students
training to become USNavy SEALs. He was directly involved
with the increase in each student's weapon proficiency, tactical
knowledge and combat mindset, thus enhancing the
operational readiness of the community.
After leaving active duty, Jeff created Trident Concepts, LLC,
a company specializing in researching, developing, and
providing reality-based training in modern warfare tactics,
techniques and procedures. Under Jeffs leadership as the
Director of Training,TRICON has earned a reputation for
providing no-nonsense, battle-proven training designed to

Harry L. Fleming
H
arry, SHD Director of Training, is a
retired Texas police officer with
over twenty years of service. During
his tenure he was assigned to several
different divisions including Patrol,
Traffic, Narcotics Investigation (both
overt and undercover operations),
Special Operations (street crimes),
Criminal Investigations, and his last
assignment of Traffic/ Criminal Patrol
Sergeant and Commander of the multi-agency Special
Operations Unit in his area. Harry served as a member and
supervisor for a multi-agency narcotics investigation group as
well as the entry team leader. He has been involved with
SWAT/ High Risk Operations and training since 1987. Harry
holds various licenses including Master Peace Officer, Police
Instructor, Firearms Instructor, NRA Instructor, Defensive Tactics
Instructor, as well as numerous certificates in handgun, rifle,
shotgun and tactics classes from a host of recognized leaders in
the industry.
Harry worked many years as an adjunct instructor for
Thunder Ranch Inc. In this capacity he provided weapons
and tactics training to civilian security, law enforcement, and
military personnel from all over the nation and abroad. He is
an expert in Site Security assessments and has provided
consulting services to the United States Department of
Education as well as numerous U.S. public school systems.
In 2003, Harry and his partner, Don Alexander, formed SHD
Consulting, Inc. Their clients include avariety of U.S.
Government and Law Enforcement Agencies.

rmy Chief Warrant Officer-3 (RET)
Donovan Alexander served over
twenty-six years in the U.S. Army.
Twenty-five of those years were spent
in Army Special Operations Forces,
twenty-one in Special Forces. Dons
last assignment was with the 5th
Special Forces Group based at Fort
Campbell, KY.
During his career, Don was
involved in several combat operations including DESERT
SHIELD / DESERT STORM (Saudi Arabia-Kuwait-Iraq),
PROVIDE RELIEF and RESTORE HOPE in Somalia, JOINT
ENDEAVOR in Bosnia, ENDURING FREEDOM in Afghanistan
and IRAQI FREEDOM in Kuwait and Iraq. A large part of his
mission involved training of not only U.S. military
personnel, but foreign personnel as well. As a result of an
exemplary military career, he received the Army and Navy
Presidential Unit Citations, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star
with V and Oak Leaf Cluster, Combat Infantrymans Badge
with Star, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal with Bronze
Arrowhead (assault landing) and the Global War on
Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
Don has extensive experience and expertise in rural
Small Unit Tactics, Urban Combat, Field Craft, Counter
Terrorism, Direct Action and numerous other special
operations related areas. Don is a certified instructor of
numerous conventional weapons systems as well as a past
student of several nationally recognized firearms schools
both in the military and civilian sector. He has conducted
and supervised training for thousands of personnel during
his career, including outstanding success with SHD
Consulting, Thunder Ranch, and others.

Royce Gracie
T
he 39-year-old Gracie is one of nine
children, seven of whom are boys.
His training in Jiu-Jitsu began at avery
early age as agame with his father
Helio, now 94 years old. Helio never
pushed any of the children to take
formal classes until they wanted to do
so, however they often went to the
Academy in Rio after school and on
weekends. Royce began competing in
tournaments at age eight and received his Blackbelt at 18 when
he moved to the United States.
Royces reputable career as afighter began in 1993 after
defeating three opponents in the first Ultimate Fighting
Championship. Discipline after discipline was defeated by the
slight 61", 185 lbs Royce Gracie. His opponents all outweighed
him by more than 50 lbs. Royce went on to win 3 UFC titles
and today is the only man in the history of no holds barred
matches to successfully defeat four opponents in one night.
Royce is still very active in the fight world with most recent
fights in the PRIDE Grand Prix, held in Japan in 2000, 2002,
K-1 in 2004, 2006, and the UFC in 2006.
Royce has opened the eyes of what leverage and technique in
grappling can do for both police officers and Special Operations
Soldiers around the world. Royce has been with DBT since its
inception and remains avital part of our training program.

1. The Riflemen kit features the BattleLab SSE Medium dump pouch for
retention of magazines, securing contraband while searching prisoners
and/ or other sensitive items.
2. The Predator OTV carrier has internal plate pockets allowing you to
attach pouches directly under the drag handle without hindering the
handlers function.
3. Because of varying load requirements, the kit is extremely modular,
accommodating a multitude of pouches and heights without having to

The BattleLab Rifleman Kit was designed to give the individual soldier a standardized basic combat load. The kit increases overall
load bearing capability with the new Predator OTV Carrier, allowing removal of the soft and hard armor ballistics from the
standard Interceptor Body Armor and placement into the most advanced load bearing carrier in the world. The Predator OTV
carrier comes in a kit that allows the wearer to use either a cummerbund for increased load carrying capability or side buckles
for a leaner profile.The pouch assortment in this kit was specifically chosen as a result of hundreds of after action reports that
pointed out the need for more advanced pouches and specific pouches that allowed the individual user more load carry and war
fighting capabilities. The BattleLab Rifleman Kit (BRK) pouch assortment includes M4 mag pouches that are designed for quick
acquisition of magazines, general purpose pouches, smoke grenade and frag grenade pouches and the best dump/ SSE pouch on

Commanders Arm Board. This is perfect for drivers and commanders alike
for easy access to commo codes, directions or specific call signs. Electro
Luminous tape allows for working without lighting up the entire cab of the
vehicle during an operation.

that needed the ability to change or adapt for
different missions quickly without having to
detach and reattach individual pouches. The
Assaulters Panels comes with a molle/ pals

Interceptor Side Opening Upgrade Kit
The I.S.O.U.K is a revolutionary new kit that allows you to
turn your standard Interceptor OTV front opening carrier into
a more flexible/ modular load bearing system.The kit includes
a series of H Straps and T Straps plus an attachable
internal cummerbund that gives you an almost limitless
number of combinations for improving the effectiveness of
your vest. The H-Straps and/ or T-Straps close up the front of
your standard OTV carrier to reduce droop and sag. Then,
utilizing the T-Straps and/ or Internal Cummerbund T-Strap
Assembly, you can completely convert the carrier to a side
opening system that will give you more flexibility in your
load carriage and better use of available space.
You will find that your modified carrier will fit better and
carry weight more efficiently with this system because the
internal cummerbund moves much of the load carry to the
core of the body and off your shoulders. In addition,
during movement, the flexible cummerbund allows you
unrestricted breathing while still maintaining load. The
side opening feature will give you the same feel and, more
importantly, fit as the type of vests Special Operations
Forces are currently utilizing.

The ClanLab vest shares the basic platform as the
CITADEL but is designed for operators whose mission
is "Direct Action" on clandestine drug laboratories.
Many times these drug labs are considered non-
permissive environments due to the noxious fumes of
various drug making chemicals and their high
volatility for flame or explosion.
The ClanLab vest contains a Nomexouter carrier with
no exposed seam/ binding tape or elastic which are
proven to drip and even splash when flash flamed or
burned.The ClanLab vest comes with a fixed ballistic
neck collar and removable ballistic throat protector
shielding the neck and throat regions from not only
incoming rounds but from flame and debris, as well.
The ballistic neck collar is scooped sufficiently in the
rear to allow the operator to go prone while wearing a
ballistic helmet. The removable ballistic throat protector
is adjustable so it wont obstruct the use of a gas mask.
The ClanLab vest also contains an integrated pocket in
order to stow away the optional Nomex-clad ballistic
groin protector and is compatible with optional Ballistic
Shoulder/ Bicep Protectors.

The Armored Warrior System was created
as adirect result of feedback from operators
wishing to have agreater amount of
ballistic protection from rifle threats and
fragmentation while maintaining the
highest amount of mobility.
Keeping rounds and frag out of the
torso/ upper chest is of paramount
concern to every operator.The AW Ballistic
Shoulder/ Bicep Protection (AW-BSBP),
and the AW Torso Side Plates (AW-TSP) were
developed to defeat these threats
from entering the mid and upper torso
through the side and bicep area.
Being the skeletal platform, the
pelvis is the largest bone structure
and blood producing region of
the body. Other than adirect
head or heart shot, the pelvis is
the deadliest region of the body
in which to take around or frag
due to its "super vascular" nature.
In addition, this region is not
conducive to tourniquet
placement, only the use of
pressure wraps and compression/
stabilization slings. The AW CAT
NAPP groin protector, the AW
Ballistic Drop Leg Platform (AW-
BDLP), and the AW Lower Back
Armor (AW-LBA) are the
components of the Armored
Warrior that were designed
specifically to address this critical
portion of the lower torso.

Armored Warrior LimbSaver Forearm Protection

This one-size-fits-most forearm protection was developed by Custom Armor
Technologies to meet the requirements of the Special Operations community.
The intent of the LimbSaver is to provide much-needed protection to the
portions of the forearms that are exposed when employing a pistol, M4/ M16 or
an M2 while in the turret of a HMMV on mounted patrol or escort.
The LimbSaver Forearm Protection comes in two models, each providing their
own level of protection. The first protects against fragmentation and small arms
rounds and the second provides protection against 7.62 x 39 (AK47) as well as

Designed at the request of the Special
Operations community, the AW-CAT NAPP is a
revolutionary solution for minimizing lower
torso ballistic penetration through the frontal
pelvic area. The pelvic region is "super
vascular" in nature because it is where the
upper femoral arteries, iliac arteries, and the
abdominal aorta are located. Because of this,
ballistic injuries to this area have a high
mortality rate. When an artery is severed, the
body automatically responds by retracting the
artery and shutting down the flow of blood.
Though this is very serious, it is even worse
when bullets, fragmentation impact, or bone
spalling tear an artery. With a torn artery, the
body does not automatically restrict blood
flow to the extremities and continues to
function as it normally would.This can lead to
massive blood loss and even death within
minutes if not adequately treated; cutting the
abdominal wall and searching through the
bowel to locate a bleeding and retracting
artery is not an easy task in a combat situation
or in the back of a HMMWV.The CAT NAPP is
designed to greatly reduce the chance of this
happening. Offered in a single size with
multiple staggered belt loops to adjust for
torso length, the CAT NAPP closes the gap, and
in fact, overlaps the bottom of the vest plate,
reducing the exposed and critically vulnerable
lower abdomen/ pelvic area.

Fast Attack Rack
The Fast Attack Rack is a modular accessory for
the Fast Attack Special Operations Plate Carrier.
It affords the operator additional soft armor
protection and load carrying capability in the
underarm/ side region. Extending from the
rear plate pocket around the sides to the front
plate pocket, the F.A.R. is completely
adjustable and secures easily with the current
modular attachment system. Providing 9mm
submachine-gun protection and meeting the
USASOC fragment requirement, the F.A.R.
essentially converts the entire system into an
assault vest, which also allows the C.A.T.
Armored Warrior Torso Side Plates to be
mounted, again increasing the protection level
and defeating rifle fire.

BattleLab/CAT Fast Attack Plate Carrier (F.A.P.C)
The Fast Attack Plate Carrier was designed to
meet the needs of operators who want a high
mobility plate carrier with great load carrying
capacity. The F.A.P.C. has 1/ 4" closed cell foam in
both the shoulders and upper torso regions to
relieve load stress on the operators back and
shoulders. It also allows for quick adjustments
and modifications when loads, clothing or
operational positions change.
To further enhance the usefulness of the FAPC,
we have created the Fast Attack Rack (see opposite
page). Adding the F.A.R. to the FAPC allows you
to have your standalone plates or combination of
your multi hit plates and CATs optional ballistic
Level 3A inserts as plate backers (see below), and
side ballistic protection for the ultimate in high
speed and high mobility tactical platforms.

The new Gentex Lightweight IIIA Police (PASGT) helmet features all
the coverage of the older PASGT design, but weighs less and provides
improved ballistic protection The helmet comes standard with the
Gentex 4-Point Retention System -- X Harness -- that offers

The Predator Low Vis. Carrier was designed with and for the
Special Operations community. It was developed to help
operators maintain a low profile in non-permissive
environments where body armor is mandatory. Large surface
areas minimize edges which always lead to "printing". The
carrier incorporates a removable interior cummerbund, as well
as internal plate pockets in both 8" x 10" and 10" x 12".
Internal plate pockets also soften edges and reduce the plates

R.C.V. Concealable Vest
The Diamondback Tactical R.C.V. was designed with the
operator and officer in mind. This 6 point adjustable
vest has the same level 3A ballistic package as the
R.C.B.V. and R.B.V. Predator vests. We wanted to offer
our customers two vests in one. The ballistic panels that
are in our tactical packages are interchangeable with the
concealable carrier. What this means is a cost savings to
the end user and less gear to haul around. When
designing this concealable vest, we wanted to serve two
distinct purposes. The first was to offer our customers
an extremely lightweight, low cost level 3A ballistic vest
and the second, to work interchangeably with our
tactical vests, again saving money for our customers.
Made of a washable 65/ 35 poly-cotton blend, the R.C.V.
will hold up very well under adverse conditions. The
R.C.V. can utilize any one of three type III-A offerings.
All our ultra high performance ballistic packages are
certified to N.I.J. Standard 0101.04.

Federal Agent Kit
The Federal Agent Kit is comprised of aset of concealable body
armor and aCustom Armor Technologies Enhanced Tactical
Outer Carrier (ETOC). The concealable armor carrier is
constructed with six or eight attachment points depending on
size, atraumapad pocket, and optional tails. The ETOC
contains 8" x 10" and 10" x 12" plate pockets front and rear,
lapel webbing, radio pouch, expandable baton pouch, double
pistol pouch, utility pouch, compact flashlight pouch and a

The Safariland 6004 SLS Tactical Holster
The tactical SLS holster is built for comfort as well as
functionality.This holster features the SLS rotating hood system
which is so well suited for the tactical situations encountered
today. Since there is no snap, the "SLS" allows for a smoother
single-motion draw and greater protection against attempted
weapon takeaways. It provides reliability in the unpredictable
conditions that occur during tactical operations.The hood can
only be released by being simultaneously pushed down and
rotated forward. It actually becomes more secure when upward
force is applied. It is also far less likely to release accidentally
than conventional thumb break snaps.

The Safariland 6004 SLS Tactical Holster
The rugged finish of the holster protects the gun in scrape,
scratch and dent incidents.The thermal-molded Safari-Laminate
construction protects the gun, unlike a nylon holster, which can
allow dents and dings to smash right through in tough
conditions. Molded sight track and soft orthopedic suede
protect the gun's sights and finish. A special feature of the
Model 6004 is the double leg strap and the leg shroud.These
two features equal comfort and stability in the holster position

Summer Companion Holster
We have seen many variations of the famous Bruce Nelson-designed "Summer Special" style holsters,
some are great, and many are not-so great. The folks at Wilson Combat have come up with an excellent
variation in the Summer Companion. This in-the-waistband holster features a stitched in sight track for a
smooth draw and clean sight picture (no leather chunks on your front sight)! Its built with premium
cowhide "rough side" out to better stabilize the holster for a consistent draw. Double "hard action" snap
loops will accommodate up to 1.5" belt loops, and the holster stays open, allowing a safe and smooth,
one-handed holstering. The Summer Companion features a back piece that locks the thumb safety in the
safe position on 1911 models and protects the pistol from perspiration. Available in black only.

grade cowhide and feature double stitching and a finish that looks good with a wide variety of clothing. But they dont just look
good, these are purpose-built gun belts, designed to be used in conjunction with Wilson Combat holsters and pouches for
maximum performance. With belt holes spaced at 1/ 2 inch intervals, you get a perfect fit.These belts fit 1 1/ 2" inch belt loops and

In most places its policy that the individual operators and even armorers are not allowed to remove the rear
collapsible stock tube and receiver end plate in order to install a receiver end plate sling adapter. We have
developed a sling attachment that only requires that the rear assembly of the butt stock be removed, an operator
level maintenance action, slide the sling adapter over the buffer tube and tighten with an Allen wrench.
