As an essential and obligatory part of my course, I underwent 4 weeks Summer Training
Program of Bacelor in Business Administration (B!B!A) degree, in "#atura $efinery%! Tis
training as elped me to get a practical knowledge as an important suffi& to te teoretical
knowledge into te business en'ironment! (ne cannot merely rely on upon te teoretical
knowledge! )lassroom *ectures make te fundamental concept of management clear! Tey also

cracking units, te refinery mainly produces middle distillates and supplies tem to 5ortern
India toug a product pipeline to Ralandar, Pun,ab 'ia -eli! Te company commissioned a
two.stage desalter in 899> for impro'ing te on.stream a'ailability of te crude distillation unit
and a ))$6 for production of unleaded #otor Spirit! A -+-S 6nit was commissioned in 8999
for production of +S- wit low Sulpur content of ;!?HM wt (ma&)! A ydro.cracker for
increasing middle distillates was also completed in ?;;;! Te present capacity of te refinery is >

In order to meet future fuel reCuirements, facilities for impro'ement in Cuality of #S 0 +S- are
