Guidelines of Mantra Meditation
Sit in a quiet place in a comfortable position with the spine kept straight for the
meditation.
Close your eyes and do deep breathing for 2-5 minutes
Concentrate in the middle of the forehead, between your eyebrows.
Choose the mantra and Chant it mentally for atleast 15-30 minutes.
If you find yourself getting distracted by random thoughts do not try to suppress or fight
with them, instead direct your attention back to mantra chanting.
