Admissions 2014 Counseling

Instructions for Selected Candidates for Counseling
1. Venue: Auditorium, Department of Education / CIE, University of Delhi, Delhi 110007.
2. Reporting Time and Date: As displayed on the CIE website (Latecomers may not be
entertained).
3. Candidate will have to appear in-person. No relative/representative will be entertained
under any circumstances. If the candidate is absent due to any reason, his/her
candidature will be summarily cancelled.
4. Documents to be brought: All ORIGINAL Mark Sheets and Certificates/Degrees/
Provisional Certificates from Class X to Masters Degree (as applicable), Category
Certificate (as applicable), Migration Certificate (as applicable), Character Certificate,
One complete set of attested Xerox of all these documents, 5 passport size photographs
and Copy of the Entrance Test Admit Card. ALL DOCUMENTS are MUST. In case of
ABSENCE of any of these documents, the candidature may be CANCELLED.
5. These selections are made on the basis of information given by the candidates in the
Online Form and OMR Sheet; hence these selections are purely PROVISIONAL. In case
of finding any INCORRECT/FALSE information filled by the candidate in the Online Form
or the OMR Sheet, the candidature may be CANCELLED anytime without any further
correspondence.
6. Since there are NO Provisional admissions this year, hence Result Awaited cases will
neither be accepted nor be entertained. And, no any kind of undertaking/affidavit will
be accepted under any circumstances.
7. This department has not emailed anybody individually or in the group regarding their
selection or the result or the counselling. And, all the information is made available on
the Website ONLY. Hence, candidates are advised to rely upon the information given
on the website ONLY and to beware of the fake emails, if received any.
8. The candidates will be given the choice for the selecting the college/institution at the
time of counseling only, as per the availability of the seats at their serial number,
hence they are advised to get ready for paying the fee, if instructed by that particular
college/institution. Once the choice is made during counseling, NO change will be
possible under any circumstances.
9. The B.Ed. Admission Committee reserves all the rights pertaining to B.Ed. admissions,
hence Committees decision would be final and binding in all the cases.
10. All the rules and regulations given on DU and CIE websites or in other official
documents will PREVAIL in all the cases. Hence, candidates are advised to thoroughly
explore DU, CIE, other websites and other official documents for all the requisite
information and to come Well Prepared for the Counseling.
