TO GREATER PARK CITY COMPANY, a Utah Corporation, and GREATER
PROPERTIES, INC., a Delaware Corporation:

Within 60 calendar days Iollowing service oI this Order oI Restitution, you must vacate the
premises that were the subject oI the Resort Area Lease and the Crescent Ridge Lease and that
covered the approximately 3,700 acres oI land reIerred to as the 'Leased Premises in these
proceedings, remove your machinery, equipment, personal property, and supplies not aIIixed to the
soil and restore possession oI the premises to the deIendants Talisker Land Holdings, LLC and
United Park City Mines Company, a Delaware Corporation, or be Iorcibly removed by a sheriII or
constable. However, this order is stayed until August 27, 2014, and you are not required to vacate
until 60 days aIter the Court hearing on August 27, 2014, unless that Court at that hearing continues
the stay now in eIIect or prescribes a period diIIerent Irom 60 days within which to vacate.
Furthermore, you have the right to a hearing to contest the manner oI enIorcement oI this Order oI
Restitution, in accordance with Utah Code 78B-6-812, and the Court has scheduled such hearing Ior
August 27, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
II you Iail to comply with this Order oI Restitution, the sheriII or constable may, at the
direction oI deIendants, enter the premises by Iorce using the least destructive means possible to
remove you, your personal property and any persons claiming a right to occupancy Irom you.
TO THE SHERIFF OR CONSTABLE:

II Greater Park City Company and Greater Properties, Inc., aIter being served with this
Order oI Restitution in accordance with Utah Code 78B-6-812, Iail to comply within the time period
prescribed above, you are commanded to, at deIendants` direction, enter the premises by Iorce using
the least destructive means possible to remove Greater Park City Company and Greater Properties,
