Passion Conference, January 2-4, 2015, Atlanta, GA. Cost: $139 plus $75 for hotel.
Deadline (at this price): July 13. All that is due by July 13 is a $50 non-refundable
deposit; the remaining balance will be due by November 12. If you would like to go,
let Dwayne know.
Youth Choir: If you are interested in being part of a youth choir, please sign up on the
youth board, located between FLC 118 and 119. If there is enough interest, it will begin in
late August/early September.
For Current and Soon-to-be High School Seniors: Passion Conference, Atlanta, GA,
January 2-4, 2015. (See more details under college announcements).
Holiday World, Thursday, July 31 - cost: $35 (plus $ for lunch & dinner). Deadline (with
payment): Sunday, July 13. Meet at church at 6:00 am & return by 11:30 pm. Swimsuit
policy will be enforced - girls a modest one piece or a tankini with no mid-riff showing;
guys - no swim briefs & swimsuits must be worn appropriately (no sagging). There will be
a swimsuit check before we leave. Youth families are welcome to go.
Home Invasions, Wednesday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm. (Students need to be picked up and
dropped off at the homes. Snacks and drinks will be provided).

On August 17, 2014, Moonlight Missionaries will be
presenting all the first graders attending Red House Baptist
Church with a book bag containing a few items including a
Bible, devotional book, and a book given by the church. If
you have a first grade child not enrolled in Sunday School and
you are attending Red House, please let Norma Conley or
Diana Jaynes know as soon as possible if you would like your
child to participate in this event. If you have a grandchild or
child who does not attend Red House and you would like to
purchase a bag, please let us know. Our children at Red
House are special. God loves them and so do we!

It's been three years since our last directory. There are a
lot of new faces and a directory will allow you to match
faces with names. Also you will have an opportunity for
family portraits you have been meaning to have made.
Photographers will be here Aug. 28-30 & Sept. 15-18.
Signups will be easy and on-line. Stay tuned for further
details. Also, we will be shooting Sunday School class
pictures on Aug. 17th & 24th. So if you have to miss
any Sunday, don't miss those days.

We are privileged to have 180 students plus counselors in Madison
County with KY Changers. They will be housed at Madison Central High
School. Volunteers are needed to serve meals for breakfast and dinner. We need
a minimum of five volunteers for each meal. If you can help serve one or several
meals, it will be greatly appreciated!
Also, if anyone has any excess fruits or vegetables they would like to
donate from their garden they will be put to good use!
We, as a church, have a tremendous opportunity to show our Christian
love and appreciation to those willing to come and help change lives in our

serving or donating fruits/vegetables.
