Almost every human being wants the best this life can deliver: a well-paid job, an ideal partner, a dream villa in the best possible location, social recognition, and a full-option insurance for total security to name a few. However, most of them still live mediocre lives. Reason?

-02- The Heart of Change Almost every human being wants the best this life can deliver: a well-paid job, an ideal partner, a dream villa in the best possible location, social recognition, and a full-option insurance for total security to name a few. However, most of them still live mediocre lives. Reason? There exists a great gap between their thinking and their ability. A person's bookish knowledge and his practical ability are two different things. This is where the What if... Conference could intervene into a person's life and help turn his cogs into lynchpins.

Why What If...? The What If...? Conference demolishes your mediocre thinking. The conference empowers a person to design solutions and to find a way out from where he gets stuck. Its concept is an entirely different thing going beyond the general habit of positive thinking or believing in himself. Its process of communication helps one to think in a different way. It believes that better questions help a person to find better answers. The What If...? Conference is steadily growing, and its founders know very well what they are doing.

-05- What if...? Conference
Matts message Spending the past 15 years living and working in five countries, on three continents, and in more cities than I have fingers, Ive come to realize two constants in this world:
1. Nobody is today where they need to be tomorrow. 2. Change is inevitable whether we like it, want it, or prepare for it.
I bust stale thought processes by facilitating conversations and user-generated workshops to bridge the gap between motivation and the ability to execute on ideas.
What to Expect: My process takes you from understanding, to exploration, then takes whats discovered to design whats next. It creates clear paths to execute the actions you need to meet the outcomes you want. Well do this through a series of presentations, discussions, and exercises that elicit innovative insights residing inside of your organization. These insights can then be used to fulfill individuals or overcome organizational challenges.
Outcomes: * Set a clear strategic direction for the future * Discover connections to leverage existing networks to grow your business * A complete analysis of yourself, organization, and how they intersect so you can be proactive about future opportunities * Leave with tools to design your own solutions
Who is this for? Anyone who wants to meet and drive the future must be able to learn, adapt, and create--all the time and at the same time.
Senior Leaders determined to create or cultivate a new culture of innovation. Managers and Team Leaders searching for an increase in innovative outcomes. Educators seeking new methods for creating a communicating engaging content effectively.
What if my socks didnt have to match? What if we didnt have to rely solely on the Sun for light? What if all were treated equally? What if life didnt suck?
What do you think?
What if I didnt ask these questions from you...?

Felicia Rateliff, Senior Manager of Marketing and Creative Services at Phillips & Company has taken part in my workshops who came in looking forward to interacting with people and strengthening relationships, but discovered she was able to change the way she thinks about problem solving. This lead her to the realization she and her teammates would only be stronger if they had enlisted Matt to lead them through a training workshop sooner.
The process of Matts workshop allowed her to break down barriers in communicating and collaborative brainstorming with team members in ways she had never experienced before. As a marketing professional who often works with teams for product naming, company branding, and positioning, she is now using Matts methods to enhance their brainstorming process to a level she and her teammates have never been before. She now applies the lessons learned from her experience to solving problems in her workplace and at home.
My expectations were blown completely out of the water,
