Set Induction (5 minutes)
A video presentation entitled Sesame Street: Elmo Stays Safe
1. Teacher greets the pupils. 2. Teacher shows the video on road safety. 3. Teacher asks the pupils what the video was all about. 4. The teacher will give guidance if necessary.

Presentation (15 minutes)
Song: Safe Kids
Questions: 1. What was the poem about? 2. Is it important to be safe?
1. Teacher gives the hand-out to pupils. 2. Teacher reads the poem. 3. Pupils follow the teachers recitation. 4. Pupils recite the poem individually. 5. Teacher checks the pronunciation and intonation. 6. Teacher reads again the poem along with the pupils. 7. Teacher asks some questions based on the poem
