To prepare in details the agenda, so there is no surprise with

Its important to respect the rhythms of the hosting country
and the rules of connecting culture and to take the social
time outside the group

How did the communication amongst partners
before the workshop and during the meeting work?

Positive:
With development of the project the communication became
better and more intense

Suggestions:
We need more discipline with answering the mails and
respecting the deadlines
Because of the language difficulties maybe we need
sometimes a confirmation of what we understood
What can we learn from this workshop experiences
in terms of team working?
General conclusion

We should help the host in organisation when we see that we can be useful
for some reason
If the team working is well done before every meeting, the quality of the
workshop becomes better
We need to read and listen to instructions carefully
We should respect the deadlines
Even though the language can be a barrier, we should ask as many times as
possible until everything is clear
We should try and be more flexible and understanding: not everything can
be done the same way everywhere
Every partner should do their part of documents
If there is a problem, we should discussed it together - in the partnership -
and not individually


What can we learn from this workshop experiences
in terms of team working?

Comments and suggestions:
To foresee the distances - the last days dinner was too far away
All partners should send the homework and respect the deadlines when
they dont do it - it is not good for the others
We need little more of a technical explanation at the factory
Having homemade food is the best experience and we should do this in all
visits if possible
We should do the socialising more to the evenings and try to attend all
gatherings
The partnership is going in good direction, the ambiance is friendly and
creative
Mistakes are good to teach us that we are a team and should solve things
together as we did
Congratulate the organisation's efforts to welcome us

What did go wrong in the logistics and the organisation?

There were some problems with the internet connection during the workshops
on Saturday, 6th April (there were some interruptions because of the
coverage) but the programme was not prevented from being followed as
scheduled.
As a whole I think the organisation went well with the exception of the
misunderstanding about the expenses agreed by the participants at the kick-off
meeting in Belgium which was solved by all partners through mutual
understanding.

What suggestion could you give to the other partners
for the next workshops?

Our suggestions are closely related to our conclusions and to what we would
do next time:
o We would prepare more thoroughly what responsibilities has got each
member of organizational team and trying to get firm engagements from
restaurants or hotel and also from the local guests about their participation
in the activities
o We would send more details about the options the guests have for meals or
accommodations at least 3 weeks before the meeting
o We would try to get someone in charge with responding to the individual
needs of each guest

Comments:
The internet connections were not very good and in our line of work this is
quite important
Nice trip and heart-warming welcome from organisers!
Too long trips by bus and long waiting for lunches and dinners, pre-ordered
group menus would be nice and time-saving during short trips.
The transportation was very good (but expensive)

learning about other partners country?

Comments and suggestions
A good way to discover culture and habits and to understand Europe
The most important thing is to discussed them on the international
meetings and work on them together
We have seen and discussed methods used for volunteering and adult
education in different countries
We are in the right way, this project is very humanized, we should keep it
that way
Through the work on outcomes our English skills are better
This is a very important tool for learning about other partners' countries
Having some 'material' evidence is easier for everyone to figure out or
discover unique or common features of the partners' cultures and
eventually use them or spread them in local, regional or national
communities

Already in the application form we did a good choice of outcomes, and all
partners agreed on the topics
Documentation has been working well all the time
In my organization we worked collectively, so we did not find any difficulty
Sometimes the time is short to do everything we have to do, because is not
only this project but we have to manage.
There was a continuous communication between partners and a steady
support of our coordinator, so there were no major problems with the
preparation of the outcomes

Our blog is clear and integrates all the outcomes
Web pages of Foodprint are really fine
The partnership produced lots of material to be used in our education
system
Most of the partners do their best, so the results are very satisfactory
This is one of the best project that we took part
There are things to be done but we are constantly working on improving the
quality of the outcomes and their visual display

Comments and suggestions
Not all partners have collaborated in the same way
Still we have to put more attention on cooperation (exchanging of ideas
between all partners - on meetings) not only with the partner who is
responsible for one topic
There have been lots of partner contacts between meetings. We have also
created new contacts and even new approaches to future projects
The cooperation is very good, and becomes better
We are all very responsible and committed with the aims of the project
Cooperation is always required and if we work together things will definitely
work out better
All partners are involved and especially the professional and friendly
approach of our coordinator

On meetings we discuss the outcomes and learn about our cultures
A very important way to learn about other countries tradition, customs,

We need to be in contact in order to organise them
The members are interested in participation in the project and their impute
in the outcomes is important
We have made pre-work in our organisation and also spread knowledge
about LLP. We use more team working for this project
We made many discussions in order to product our outcomes and we
worked in groups according to the interests of each one, so is improved the
team building
Yes, thought sometimes is not easy to get people working and do something

This project has offered to many of our colleagues a new perspective on
teamwork and make them enjoy meeting people from another countries

Comments and suggestions
We still have to improve the cooperation, and to fulfil the obligations we
agreed. There cannot be any exception - the deadline must be respected by
all. A partnership is a difficult task, but as we see on our project outcomes it
is possible
Every partner is responsible for some of the outcomes, the discussion about
them in order to be constituents of a common project improved also the
team building
All this dynamic is very important for our target public and they enriched
with this partnership
Important is the friendly relationships between us developed from the start
of the project

When and where is the best place to work out the projects outcomes?

On the transnational meetings
The team of each partners organization, but to decide about the content
must be a discussion on internal meetings
In language classes and lessons in cooking
A place where we can express our ideas/opinions freely and where we
shouldn't be interrupted
I think it is a good idea to keep developing and improving the outcomes
during the whole period of the project in our organizations through
permanent communication

Our outcomes reflect our original planning and they reflect our
great work together
The chosen tools and methods are appropriate to the idea of the
project We have still to work on them, but the direction is good
I really hope that this partnership we last longer than the project
I hope we'll go on our project at least with the same commitment
to sharing our cultures and strengthen our relationships
