shipment, we are pleased to offer below our air import customs clearance charges quotation for
your kind perusal.

IMPORT CUSTOM CLEARANCE CHARGES AT MUMBAI FOR DUTY PAID

SHIPMENT:-
Documentation : Rs 450/shipment
Examination : Rs 450/shipment
Loading /unloading charges : Re 2/- per kg with min Rs 200/shipment
Open Repack and sealing : Rs 200 per wooden crate / Rs 25 per carton
Octroi N form : Rs.250/shipment (if any).
Transportation : May be quoted on case tocase basis at actual
Agency Charges : 0.30% on assessable value with Min Rs. 1500/shipment
S.Tax : As applicable:

3. Previous Bill of Entry for similar cargo

5. Authority letter in favors of “ Gordon Woodroffe Logistics Ltd “ address to
Asst Commissioner of Customs, Sahar Air Cargo Complex for custom clearing
the cargo (Details of shpt / Airway bill (Master & Hawb) to be mentioned
6. Authority letter to Import Consolidator / Freight forwarder to hand over the
Documents & Delivery Order to “Gordon Woodroffe Logistics Ltd
7. Catalogue / Writing material for the imported cargo.

1. Forklift charges (if any),will be quoted on case to case basis for heavy
equipments
2. Clearance charges would vary for Special Product clearance, Heavy
Machinery,EOU/EHTP,STPI,EPCG,BOND/DE-BOND, RE-IMPORT,HIGH SEA
SALE ,CARNET ETC
3. For the speedy clearance of the goods the statutory payments like Customs
duty, O.T, Airline, Airport charges, D.O charges etc. to be paid in advance.
4. BIS compliance if any should be completed by the consignee prior to import.
5. Any dispute on valuation by customs shall be represented by M/s. India
Connection
6. Clearance is subject to Import / Export policy of Govt of India
7. Kindly send us your acceptance of the above quote with your authorized
signature and rubber stamp for accounting purpose.
8. Our invoices to be settled within a week from the date of submission. Any
queries on our invoices to be raised within five days from the date of
submission.
9. Average time requirement for clearance – within 3 working days after receipt of
all proper documents and manifest online.
