Holistic approach to global waring in o!ern age
1. Holistic term
The term "holistic" is derived from the Greek word "" (holos), meaning "whole".
Holistic is philosoph term and means consideration and !nderstanding person or phenomena in
hole. "ver pro#lem is consider in the wide contents and means more than s!m of parts.
$. %s there a need to look on glo#al warming pro#lem holisticall&
'nfort!natel, there is a #ig need to look on this pro#lem holisticall. "(cess
cons!mption of fossil f!els that were the main f!el raw material of ind!strial revol!tion and
ind!striali)ation process as a whole has ca!sed e(cessive greenho!se emission. if we contin!e
e(ploiting the energ and making the profit from it witho!t limitation, poll!tion level wo!ld #e
enormo!s and world wo!ld come #ack to chaotic state. %t is known that this accr!ed greenho!se
gases strongl infl!enced and changed the chemistr of the atmosphere and ca!sed increasing
warming as glo#al. *or instance car#on dio(ide which is the main contri#!tor to greenho!se
warming comes from #!rning car#on+#ased fossil f!els s!ch as oil nat!ral gas and coal.
%n the wake of inh!man war #etween ind!str h!man and nat!re, destroing forests,
immoderate !r#ani)ation, !n#alanced !sage of land for transportation, prod!ction of cement,
!nconscio!s fertili)ing e.g. have -!ickened the climate changes and warming of the world. This
insta#le warming at the #ottom of the atmosphere have emerged glo#al warming as one of the
most important glo#al iss!e which have #een on the world agenda for last two decade. .n the
other hand technological advance and ver important sociological affects of this advance, after
the ind!strial revol!tion, have #ecame one of the other important s!#/ect which have #ewildered
all of the world. 0dvances in %nformation and comm!nication technologies (%1T) have so
enhanced that the world start to call this period as comm!nication age. 1ontemporar scientists
!se this denomination #eca!se of the great importance of comm!nication at the present da with
the assistance of technological innovations

5.Glo#al warming
0t the #eginning, it can #e claimed that there are fo!r main sstems that provide
contin!it of h!man e(istence in the world. These sstems are:
0tmosphere (air)
Hdrosphere (water)
;iosphere (live life)
<ithosphere (rock, soil).
%n conte(t of h!man race, atmosphere is most important one, #eca!se it is filtrating ras
that are coming from the s!n, #!rns the meteor rocks that are #om#ing the "arth ever da,
allocating s!n ras to the s!rface and protecting heat #alance. This last feat!re ma#e has the
#iggest significance, #eca!se is directl connected with glo#al warming, and it=s known that an
fail!re of this heat #alance can ca!se or overheating, or overcooling.
;eca!se of the e(cess cons!mption of fossil f!els thro!gho!t the ind!str period,
greenho!se gasses have rigoro!sl acc!m!lated in atmosphere and s!n#eams that m!st go into
the space #lank, start t!rn to the world s!rface. 1onse-!entl heat #alance of the world has
over#alanced in the direction of over warming. This also needless to sa that ca!sed the glo#al
warming. ; reason of #!rned fossil f!els, $94 million ton car#on dio(ide was delivered
#etween 1>?4=s and 1@@>=s dates. %f this car#on dio(ide amo!nt in e(cess can=t #e decreased for
instance # afforesting, it is e(pected that increase car#on dio(ide concentration will #e ?44+
944ppm in $4?4.
0n increase in glo#al temperat!res can ca!se other changes, incl!ding sea level rise, and
changes in the amo!nt and pattern of precipitation res!lting in floods and dro!ght. There ma
also #e changes in the fre-!enc and intensit of e(treme weather events, tho!gh it is diffic!lt to
connect specific events to glo#al warming. .ther effects ma incl!de changes in agric!lt!ral
ields, glacier retreat, red!ced s!mmer stream flows, species e(tinctions and increases in the
ranges of disease vectors. The Aolar caps are also ver important in "arth=s defense against
glo#al warming. The don=t onl hold ma/orit of "arth=s fresh water s!pplies, #!t the are also
ver important in reg!lating temperat!re. Bost relevant characteristic related with polar caps is
called albedo. That is a meas!re of how m!ch radiation, or light is reflected from a #od. That is
ver similar, for an e(ample, how a white shirt helps a person to #e cooler in s!mmer, than a
#lack shirt. Aolar ice, that is covering top and the #ottom of the planet, reflect large amo!nts of
solar radiation that is falling on the s!rface. ;!t now, when the ice caps are getting smaller,
s!nlight that is s!pposed to #e reflected #ack to space is a#sor#ed # the darker mass of ocean
and land #eneath. 0s light is a#sor#ed, environment is getting more and more heated.

C. Holistic approach
Glo#al warming and its possi#le conse-!ences which have #een on the world agenda for
last two decade have forced governments and governmental agencies aro!nd the world to take
several meas!res and to s!pport parallel efforts. ;!t according to the world p!#lic opinion it
have #een !nderstood #etter with each passing da that this efforts will not avail alone. 8o in
general we need a holistic approach to cope with this glo#al pro#lem. %n a comprehensive
approach there m!st #e !sef!l, practical and reasona#le ideas a#o!t what individ!als,
comm!nities and instit!tions can do to cope with this glo#al environmental iss!e.
The #est wa to organi)e, and keep together all individ!als and comm!nities is thro!gh
the mass comm!nications and media. Television, newspaper or /o!rnal had redo!#led their
prevalence d!ring ind!str phase in #ig cities which=s advance so!rce was man!factor. ;!t this
process is changing as %1T #ecome widespread.
1omp!ters that are generall co!nted as imp!lsive force of technological revol!tion are
s!ppling almost ever comm!nication re-!irement of people together with man other
advantages. Dow these clever machines can monitor cons!mption of energ in ho!se, pla
games, maintain a list of recipe and work as a clever tpewriter.
$
%n addition to these feat!res
when o! add re-!ired hardware to this machines it is possi#le to get across ver#al, vis!al and
written comm!nication with peoples from all over the world.
Ehile the world str!ggles with glo#al warming, man e(perts and researchers are
working on the f!t!re of internet. Dowadas, most of the disc!ssions are a#o!t new technologies
and ne(t+generation %nternet feat!res. 8emantic Ee#, clever Ee# services, virt!al !niversities,
virt!al realit, virt!al lifeF are /!st few of them. 8econd life is, at the moment, most famo!s
virt!al life game, and if development of h!man race contin!es to go in that wa, man things can
happen. %t will, s!rel, change the nat!re of economical s!ppl and demand, #eca!se this new
wa of living can change living space of people.
0nd this is /!st the visi#le part of ice#erg. %f final degree in technological developments
can #e reflected to the social organisms, the negative effects of h!man on nat!ral environments
can #e red!ced. Aeoples will desist from cities !n#eara#le crowd and t!rn to their small
allocation !nits, the will not have to !se contaminated waters which came from artificial dams
that are harmf!l for nat!ral #alance and will move awa from adverse effects emerged from
crowdedness incl!de noise poll!tion. %n addition there will #e no need to e(cessive !r#ani)ation
anwa. Dow das we have so man ho!sehold appliances that it is possi#le to create a digital
ho!se. *or instance connecting each ho!se to a #road#and access network represents an
!nprecedented opport!nit to offer added+val!e services and #road#and %nternet access to
residential !sers and e(pand the c!stomer #ase #eond the corporate environment.

%n con/!nction with the environmental effects technological advances can provide
#roader aspects and possi#ilities a#o!t glo#al warming. Th!s # the aid of these developments a
comm!nication societ is emerging and in this comm!nication societ peoples won=t fight nat!re
for their individ!al #enefits #eca!se the learned that the world is onl place the can #e alive.
?. 1oncl!sion
1o!ntries which were infl!enced from all process of ind!striali)ation, in recent ears
have attempted man enterprise for enco!raging people to live in small allocation !nits. ;!t in a
f!ll ind!striali)ed co!ntr to send awa peoples from metropolises, destroing man!factories
which were paid a lot of e-!ivalents to #!ild and to constit!te small working !nits is reall hard.
0t this point there is a critical -!estion that m!st #e asked, which can alter man co!ntrHs
co!rse: 0re the co!ntries that have attend to ind!striali)ation process later, can adopt to this new
social restr!ct!ring more easil than this hard ind!striali)ed co!ntries& The answer of this
-!estion is relativel simple. %f !nderdeveloped co!ntries take defense of -!ick ind!striali)ation
which is enco!raged # hard ind!striali)ed co!ntries and final degree in technological
developments can #e reflected to the social organisms -!ickl, the process of getting social
str!ct!re of new comm!nication age can #e more -!ickl and witho!t pain. ;eca!se to
enco!rage peoples living in small allocation !nits is easier in !nderdeveloped co!ntries which
have scattered settlements alread.
