RESEARCHER0S VIEW
During various stages of study, 6 felt that 3ages being paid to the
3or7ers by the employers are not sufficient even to meet their livelihood
Some 3or7er?s families 3ho are comprising large number of dependents, are
struggling for their basic needs 2he 3or7ers must be paid 3ages at least
appropriate to meet their basic needs
Some 3or7ers are sub8ected to 3or7 in noisy atmosphere 3hich is
also harmful to their health 2he 3or7 atmosphere should be improved
2he legal provisions applicable to the 3or7er section, should be
meticulously follo3ed in the industries Ahile allocating the 3or7, the
allied qualifications and e-perience they already possess, should be ta7en
into consideration 2he trade unions should have more interest in 3or7ers
3elfare rather than politics related issues
