It includes: silence as a beginning to prayer, reviewing or going back to what happened during the day, and being grateful to God to become a better person.

1. What part of the day do you think is the best one? The happiest one? The saddest one?
2. Why do you feel that way about that particular event?
3. What do you think is God telling you when you felt that way When you were happy? When you were sad?
4. How would you show gratitude to God for these gifts of experiences with Him?
