1. Introduction

Municipal Corporation of Delhi as an integral part of its E-initiatives setting up state of the art municipal
services network through increasing use of Information and Communication Technologies. For achieving
the E-Governance objectives, MCD initially focused ondeveloping the following service delivery
channels. Website (www.mcdonline.gov.in) - An interactive and dynamic website for providing
municipal services online over Internet.

MCD is planning to extend the online building plan issue facility to its online delivery channel namely
www.mcdonline.gov.in.

This document provides guidelines and instruction to the Architect who wish to create new building plan

8. Features of the Application


Below listed is the broad category of the features for Online Building Plan System.

9. Sanction of Building Plan

Pre requisite valid Login id and password After logging on MCD website with valid
login ID, User (Architect) can add a new Sanction Building plans in the existing list of
Sanction plans.



After Successful login in below screen will be displayed

1. Jr Engineer (JE) :
He can view the requests approved by the Architect, and he can check all the details .
he can conform the document or put remarks .
View the Amount submitted and he can update the amount if any deviations.
Receive the amount.
Request forwarded to next level.

After clicking on Dashboard, new page Pending Requests Details will come for the
requests permit fee paid. By selecting the Request Id. user can see the Details.
