interest at their end so average 60% candidates easily turn up at one schedule
although we always suggest client to share 2-3 different schedule to give the best
result.
What if we will not be able to close the position even after conducting interview
with all the shortlisted candidates?

if we are sharing a list of top relevant candidates which are completely matching to
your requirement, it is very rare that you have not been able to offer although in a
worst situation, we will fetch more responses from the portal and deliver to you since
your job will be active on naukri for 30 days.
What if offered candidate doesnt join or left before completing three months?
Chances of failure are very less since we are engaging with those candidates who
are showing interest towards your company for the particular profile and we always
shortlist a big pool of relevant candidates so that if require you can go ahead with
the second choice from the pipeline to close the position.
Why pay in advance

We charge for service ( Job posting and man-hours involved) and not for
success .

Duplicate Candidate

We will speak to the candidates and check if they have been contacted in
past 3 months and same will be tabulated in activity report. we do not
shortlist someone who have been already interviewed for the same profile.

What is the fee involved

Sales team will discuss on commercial as we are the part of service team.


Qualifying Criteria for Prospective Lead
Client should be comfortable paying advance
for e-Hire.
e-Hire should be pitched to client/company
only & not to consultant/individual.
e-Hire is not feasible for repetitive low-value
( less then 12000/- pm) ongoing positions.
