Corporate Communications Specialist Job Description

Summary
Responsible for coordinating the communications output within a company. Creates and
delivers emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications.
Primary responsibilities
Create company literature and other forms of communication.
Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
Work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions,
Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
Design and launch email marketing campaigns.
Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
Plan and deliver education courses and materials.
Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses
to that budget.
Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
Develop marketing communications campaigns.
Create thought leadership materials.
Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers,
executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking
proposals.
dentify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and
customer references.
Research media coverage and industry trends.
Develop fresh story ideas.
Conduct extensive media outreach.
Prepare briefing materials.

energy sectors is looking for a Corporate Communications %xecutive for its (ingapore office,
to manage the branding and visibility for the association.
JO$ RESPONSI$I#ITIES
$he Corporate Communications %xecutive will be managing the branding and visibility for the
association and will be responsible for-
, Developing content and visuals for various print collaterals, newsletters and media
publications
, Providing story leads on the association and its members to the press
, !anaging website content and messaging
, .iaising with the press to promote the association and its various events and conferences
, Developing and managing various networking events
, Producing whitepapers and other collaterals in consultation with senior management and
council members
, Developing and implementing a social media strategy and presence for the organisation.
EXPERIENCE AND S%I##S
, /achelor0s degree in any discipline
, !inimum 1,2 years experience in communications
