THREAD GAUGE:

We offer wide range of thread gauges that are used to cater to the continuous inspection of screw threaded
components. Our thread gauges are of premiumquality and conforms to Standards: IS,ISO,ANSI,DIN &
B.S.,J IS. Various types of thread gauges manufactured by us comprises of thread plug, thread ring and
special gauges as specified by clients. Our thread gauges cover various types of thread profiles like:

Steel Ring Gauges and master setting rings are manufactured fromInner Dia. 1 mm. to 250 mm.

MEASURING PINS:

Hardened, ground & lapped measuring pins are available in standard steps of 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10
mm.
Loose pins available from0.50 mmto 12.00 mmwith tolerance 0.002 mm
Loose pins available from12.01 mmto 18.00 mmwith tolerance 0.002 mm
Material : EN31
Length of measuring pins up to 1.50 mmdiameter is 40mm & above 1.51mmdiameter it is 50 mm.
Pins set will be supplied in plastic container for extra safety.
All pins are without knobs. If knobs required charges extra.
Loose pins of odd sizes are available on request.
NABL Calibration Certificate will be issued with each set & inspection certificate for loose pins.


Pin set supplied in attractive wooden casing.

CARBIDE PLUG GAUGE:

Are normally supplied with GO in carbide & NOGO in stabilized steel. However both can be supplied in
carbide as per requirement.

40 to 60 mm- Trilock design
60 to 400 mm- Plate type plug gauge
Extra length up to 100 mmcan be supplied as per requirement. 'RAINBOW make Gauges have excellent
wall thickness to give desired results.

CARBIDE SNAP GAUGE:

Gauges as per customer design can be supplied.
Supplied normally in single Ended design in rectangular bodies (or round if specified.)
Double ended snap Gauges can be supplied.
Groove diameter checking snap Gauges are also supplied in carbide.
Template length Gauges also manufactured.

CARBIDE RING GAUGE:

carbide ring gauges are normally supplied GO in carbide & NOGO in steel.
GO and NOGO both can be supplied if required in Carbide.
Setting Rings are manufactured in carbide.
Extra length ring gauges can be supplied.
Manufacturing Range: 5 mmto 60 mm.

CARBIDE MEASURING PINS:

We supply carbide measuring pins in 2 grades
Manufacturing tol. =0.001mm
Manufacturing tol. =0.002mm
Normally having L=35 mm
Pins with close tolerance of 0.5 m can also be supplied.
Loose pins are also supplied in carbide.

MULTI- GAUGING (ELECTRONIC GAUGING)

With help of our tie-up, our manufactured multi gauging has multiple sides, including appendages in
predetermined positions. These have rotatable connection means for attaching the gauge to a measuring
tape. The appendages are configured to enable measuring frompoints on each of several variously oriented
planes. We offer computerized multi gauging systems for connecting rod, crank shaft and pistons.
