Sobre todo, el objetivo de esta
revista es servir de inspiracin espiritual para crecer
en los caminos del Seor. Por tanto, encontrar temas,
pensamientos y reflexiones de ayuda para su vida diaria.
Publicar esta revista ha sido un enorme reto, no
solo por los temas que se presenten, sino por los retos que conlleva disear una revista digital en tiempos
tecnolgicos estrepitosamente cambiantes; que trae
consigo exigencias para un medio de comunicacin

La Iglesia
Como todo, el comienzo de algo por lo general es
difcil, hace tres aos comenzamos con una iglesia en
casa. Tenemos servicios los martes, jueves, y domingos.
Los martes son das de servicios de oracin, los
jueves de estudio de la Palabra, y los domingos, el servicio regular. Nuestro nfasis como ministerio e iglesia
es la enseanza directa de la Palabra. Nos preocupamos
para que los hermanos y hermanas que asisten a esta
congregacin crezcan en el conocimiento de la Palabra
y aprendan a vivir una vida de comunin diaria con
Dios para ser un testimonio vivo.
Todos los das oramos a Dios para que nos provea
un terreno donde tener la casa propia, la iglesia, y un
el instituto que tenemos proyectado iniciar y formar a
miles de creyentes en el conocimiento de Dios, mediante una aplicacin directa de su Palabra a nuestra vida
diaria.
Desde 2011 y familia y yo nos trasladamos a Orotina, despus de orar por dos aos para que el Seor nos

Hoy, mi esposa, Rosalba, funge como pastora, y su
servidor como Maestro en la Palabra, trabajamos junto con Kevin, uno de nuestros hijos, (21 aos de edad)

La congregacin es pequea, pero va creciendo en
su vida espiritual y secular, moldeados por el poder de

TALAMANCA 2007-2013
Desde julio del 2007, su servidor ha entrado a las montaas de Talamanca, a la reservacin indgena de los Cabecar, en apoyo a las
misiones de la Primera Iglesia Bautista de Arlington, Texas, Estados Unidos de Norte Amrica.
Una de las cosas que me llen de gran admiracin de estas misiones, es que son respetuosos de la cultura y formas clticas de los Cabecars, nunca han impuesto en absoluto sus opiniones y doctrina, eso me motiv para integrarme a sus cruzadas mdicas y de evangelismo.
En julio del 2007 iniciamos los primeros viaje
misioneros a la zona de
Talamanca. En esa ocasin, caminamos cerca de
4 horas cruzando ros y
montaa arriba para llegar
a Alto Jabuy, donde estuvimos una semana atendiendo a cientos de indgenas
que algunos caminaban ms de 2 horas para llegar al

Una vez, eran ya cerca de las 6:00 p.m., ya casi oscuro, los mdicos y dentistas haban guardado ya su equipo, cuando lleg una indgena con un enorme dolor de

bblicos con respecto al crecimiento de poblacin en los tiempos

Our focus as a ministry and church is the direct teaching of the Word. We care for the brothers and sisters

a teacher of the Word, we work with Kevin, one of our
children (hes 21 years old) as a computer technician

old).
The congregation is small, but is growing in their
spiritual and secular life, shaped by the power of the
Word of God.
We pray to God for believers who may financially
support our work. We believe in the call to the ministry

TALAMANCA 2007-2013
Since July 2007, I have entered into the Talamanca Mountains, the Indian Reservation Cabecar, supporting missions of the
First Baptist Church of Arlington, Texas, United States of America.
It filled me with great admiration of these missions that they are respectful of the culture and cultic forms that Cabecars have,
and absolutely never imposed their views and doctrine, that motivated me to be part of their medical and evangelical crusades.
In July 2007 the

Talamanca. This time,
we walked about 4 hours
