Explanation:
When I create a list of items that need to be done I estimate how much time each item should take. But I know better, it always takes longer!!!
In the spreadsheet I take the coding and add 30%. I take the content creation (not migrated but actually created manually) and add 20%. Thats
what the buffer is. I dont know what the buffer would be for Barb, I think it will depend on how much more developed (visually) we want the
content to be. Also I want to spend some time figuring out how you see your time being spent on the remake.
