Responsibilities:
Supporting the general public with the use of the library computers and taking payment for
internet time at a public library
Teaching people how to access websites, digital repositories and signing them up for email
accounts and similar accounts
Assisting with word processing, scanning documents and the use of the Maori translation key
or other translation keys
First point of contact for reference books to provide ease of access to information services for
users
Authorising access to special collections and completing the relevant release documentation

Problem solve and attach labels to fulfill shipping requirements. Check the count of goods
being loaded for wharf, dock or airport.
Ensure the pallets have been correctly stacked produced, ensure one
count/segregation/variety per pallet. Ensure labelling is correct and meets trader
specifications. Knowledge of all packing, palletisation and submission specifications, Trained
in the use of scanner operators. Good level of fitness required
