1. District Programme Officer Jalgaon, Yavtmal, Beed, Nadurbar, Ratnagiri

Qualification
(A) Assistant Director level officer from state heath cadre with sufficient administrative
experience; Experience in Health Sector in Govt.
OR
(B) Medical Graduate in modern medicine'3 years of field experience in HIV/AIDS or
health programme implementation OR
(C) Post Graduate degree in management/ Public Health/ Social Science/ Life Science,
3 years of field experience in HIV/AIDS or health programme implementation.
Other Skills needed:
1. Analytical Skills
2. Programme Management Skills
3. Advocacy skills
4. Good knowledge of computers
Consolidated Remuneration: - Rs. 31,200/- per month

2. District Assistant -Monitoring & Evaluation - Beed , Wardha, Chandrapur + WL for all
districts.
No. of Vacant Post 01 for each district.
Age Limit- 60 Years
Educational Qualification Graduate with computer knowledge .
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in handling data; Candidates should be
proficient to read and write in English and in local language; Preference to be given to a
candidate with of National AIDS Control Programme.
Consolidated Remuneration: - Rs. 12,700/- per month.
The wait list will be prepared for concurrent vacant position or posts falling vacant in
any other districts later on. (Discontinued or terminated staff need not apply)

3. District Assistant Accounts - Bhandara , Latur, Nagpur, Nandurbar, Satara, Solapur,
Wardha + WL for all districts.
No. of Vacant Post 01 for each district.
Age Limit- 60 Years
Qualification Graduate in commerce with computer knowledge.
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts. Preference to candidates
having certification in any accounting software (like Tally) candidates should be

proficient to read and write in English and in local language-; Preference to be given to a
candidate with experience of National AIDS Control Programme.
Consolidated Remuneration: - Rs. 12,700/- per month.

4. District Assistant Programme - Ahmednagar, Beed, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Jalgaon,
Nandurbar, Nashik, Osmanabad, Parbhani, Satara,
Thane, Wardha + WL for all districts.
No. of Vacant Post 01 for each district.
Age Limit- 60 Years
Qualification Graduate with computer knowledge. .
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative role.

Details of Posts:
The above mentioned posts are temporary & on contract basis. While filling up the post
initially the appointment will be given up to 31
st
March, 2015, further continuation will
be given on performance evaluation. The undersigned reserves the right for further
continuation of the candidate. Consolidated remuneration will be given, additional or
local allowance is not admissible. Maximum age for continuation service will be 62 yrs.
for all post.
Note :
