The document discusses blood types and their origins based on information from the book "Eat Right for Your Type". It claims that the four main blood types - A, B, AB, and O - developed to help early human ancestors adapt to different diets and environments. Type O is said to have originated in Africa and helped hunter-gatherers thrive on high protein diets, while Type A emerged among agrarian societies relying more on vegetables. It also provides brief profiles for each blood type covering their strengths, weaknesses, medical risks, and recommended diets and exercises.

I believe that facts based in science, free from political influence, should always be the cornerstone of our racial lives. After all it is easy to disprove political propaganda with hard facts. However nothing should divide us as a people, we should accept the facts and remain together.
This information was gathered from the book Eat Right for Your Type by a Dr. Peter J. DAdamo with Catherine Whitney.
As you all already know there are 4 blood types in the world.
Type A, Type B, Type AB and Type O
This book claims that these different blood types originated and tailored themselves to meet the diets of the early branches of man. Asian, Caucasian and African.
Type A:
The gene for Blood Type A emerged at a point in history when humans were evolving from hunter- gatherers and settling into more permanent agrarian communities. The Type A gene enabled your ancestors to survive and thrive on a vegetarian-based diet.
Type B:
As Blood Type B, you carry the genetic imprint of your nomadic ancestors, who advanced the human race into uncharted territories. The Type B gene enabled your ancestors to survive and thrive at high elevations and in cold climates, with a balanced diet of meat, dairy, grains, and vegetables.
Type AB:
As Blood Type AB, you carry the genetic blend of your Type AB ancestors, incorporating the characteristics of both Type A and B. The Type AB gene, still only a 1,000 years old (2 to 5 percent of the population and biologically complex), enabled your ancestors to make the transition to modern times.
Type O: (LOOK OUT!!!)
As Blood Type O, you carry the genetic imprint of the very first humans, the Cro-Magnon hunter- gatherers. The Type O gene enabled your ancestors to survive and thrive on a high-protein, meat-based diet.
Although peoples of different races and cultures may share a blood type, they dont always have the same frequency of the gene. For example, a Type A person may be AA, meaning both parents passed on the A gene, or AO, meaning only one parent passed on the A gene. Overall, people of African ancestry tend to carry the O gene more frequently than people of Caucasian and Asian ancestry.
The gene for Blood Type O developed in Africa, and your ancestors were the original Type Os
I personally dont believe in the Out of Africa theory, it is very possible that environmental conditions were different in early times and that early whites migrated to Africa to catch a little sun. Or the blacks were a backwards offshoot.
When you compare Asian and Caucasian brain sizes against the pitifully smaller black brain size, not to mention how damm ugly they are. It stands against reason that some thing better could have evolved out of something so subhuman.
