the business ventures . A business plan , of course , will be incomplete without a proper
marketing plan . some of the most important strategies like price strategy comes under
the marketing plan . Solid marketing strategy is the foundation of a well written
marketing plan and it is also a detailed plan that outlines a firms over all marketing
efforts. Here , a proposed product , EDU INFO SMART CLASS ROOM , wants to get
marketed . The project over view , needs , problems and opportunity are given in this
study .

It is designed to provide the learners the best possible experience of learning through
audio visual mode which will make the learning much easier for the students of all level .
The smart class motivates the children to participate in the learning process with
enthusiasm and interest while giving longer retention than a traditional class room.The
digital class is a great help to the teacher as he will get the needed material on a click and
any tough concept can be taught to children in no time with ease even by displaying the
visuals if needed . teachers dont need to have an extra effort to prepare note and give to
them instead the facility is provided on it . There will be a resource centre where a
resource person will be appointed to help the teachers in need of any stuff . It is very
handy to use as it needs only the basic knowledge of computers . However , it is boon for
the teachers and students as well. The programme needs some equipments like projector ,
screen and internet connection.To set up in any institution , an amount of 2 lakh dhs in
the beginning and 10000 dhs per month.

the school want still to implement the digital classroom and it is hopped the thing will be

educational institutions will surely go for this to keep up the standard with the rest of the

and technology . It heralds a new age in the history of the educational institutions. The
schools which has the smart class room is now acclaimed as the best schools in the
world .for these reasons , the need for the product will be increased for the upcoming
years.
As any other company , it has also to encounter many problems . The most important one
is the marketing because the thing is anew for most of the persons concerned in order to
convince the programme and functioning . Pricing strategy becomes another obstacle as
some other companies are providing it in a cheaper rate as they are already established in
the field.such companies pose big threat and they try their best to counter the new product
by giving new offer .As for all , funding is also a problem as it needs a great deal of
money. Less number of school which comes to implement this adds fuel to fire

beginning stage for providing the equipments and per month 300 dhs first year while it
goes down with passing of the years by 20 %.

The policies are made for controlling the employees who are supposed to protest against
the company by demanding some perks which are not included in the package of the
company .They have to sign in the contract that they will be with the company for at least
two years .

product and service but most of them are outside companies not from UAE. The

cost . Any how , the fact is that the consumers are in search of a new companies with

Mainly, our target market is school and also all other educational institution like

have the facilities but , at present , most of them are turning towards to avail such
facilities so that it will throw open a big market for our business .

This is a company which provides the service of smart class room in all the institution
with an affordable price and high class quality and its hub is at Dubai near International
airport . The service can be made available to any schools or other institution being in
contact with our company through any channels round the clock . The amount can be
remitted in installments convenient to the customers during the period of the ongoing
year. It will be provide the screens , projector and the systems with a resource person
in the resource room arranged to help the teachers.
Placements
The placement means the distribution channels . Our company supposes to do it through
e-tailing and mortar and brick services . Rather, all the parts of UAE will be arranged
