DRIVERS AGREEMENT

loob ng 12 buwan.

DOS and DONTS

1. No Absences.
2. No tardiness. Be here by exactly 4:15 am.
3. Good Grooming is a must.
Come in your clean and complete uniform which includes ID, SHOES and Pants.
Shorts and Sandals are not allowed.
Always make it a point to be neat and clean.
4. Always check for oil, water and tires as soon as you arrive.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the vehicle.
6. Inform the conductress right away if you feel that there is something wrong with the vehicle
to be able to come up with immediate solutions and plans.
7. Never use your cell phone while driving.
8. Dont use the radio and lighter of the vehicle.
9. Dont sleep inside the vehicle.
10. Never leave the vehicle anywhere and without the consent of the conductress.
11. Always follow school rules and traffic regulations inside and outside the campus.
12. Salary would be every 17
th
day of the month and every 1
st
week of the following month.
13. Always remember to respect student passengers, students, teachers and sisters.
a. No sexual harassment.
b. Maintain no contact with student passengers, students, teachers and sisters.
14. Help the conductress in bringing the bags of student passengers.
15. Always remember to help and respect each other.
16. Failure to follow any of the said rules and regulations is subject and is punishable by law.
