&efore start t%e installation process obtain t%e permanent # temporary license file and decide
$%et%er to install as a *indo$s service. 'f you c%oose t%e default installation option< 1icense
Server is started as an automatic *indo$s service $%en t%e computer starts. 'f you do not install
as a service< you must start 1icense Server manually from t%e Start menu or t%e command line.

installed to HAPER';NBH;=ECcommonC1icenseServer. 'f t%e location of
HAPER';NBH;=E is defined for anot%er Hyperion product< t%e installation uses t%e
previously defined location< and t%e HAPER';NBH;=E location cannot be c%anged
t%roug% t%e installer. Aou can %ave only one HAPER';NBH;=E on eac% computer.
D. Select EAesF if you $is% to install 1icense Server as a *indo$s service and clic" Ne?t.
G. 'f you %ave received your permanent license file< enter t%e location and name of t%e
license and clic" Ne?t.
Note5 'f you %ave not yet received your permanent license file< you can finis% t%e
installation using t%e temporary license file. fter you receive your permanent license file<

are installing to t%e correct directory< and clic" Ne?t.
