NURSERY SCHOOL PENARTH
NOTICE is hereby given that the Vale of Glamorgan
Council intends to formally appropriate an area of
open land located adjacent to Cogan Nursery School,
Penarth for educational purposes. The land will be
enclosed and incorporated into the nursery school site
and will be used by pupils attending the nursery school
as an additional play and external learning area.
A plan identifying the land may be examined at the
Civic Ofices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU and
Penarth Library, Stanwell Road, Penarth, CF64 2YT
during normal ofice hours.
Objections to the intended appropriation must be
made in writing, stating the grounds for such objection
and addressed to Jonathan Werrett, Schools Planning
and Buildings Oficer, Vale of Glamorgan Council,
