Installation service includes onsite installation and
network setup of your HP Designjet printer by an HP
authorized service technician. Deliverables include
assembly of the printer, all HP accessories, hardware
verifcation, network setup, and basic printer orientation
for your organizations key users.
Enjoy the HP warranty experience for 2, 3, 4 and 5 years.
An HP authorized service technician will make the best
efort to arrive at your site the next business day after
the support agent performing remote troubleshooting
dispatches the case. The service includes technical phone
support, diagnostics, spare parts, material and labor.
Beneft from continued protection after your standard
HP warranty or HP Care Pack Service expires. This service
gives you access to all the benefts you received when
purchasing the HP Care Pack up front and extends the life
of your printer. Post Warranty Services are ofered in one
year and two year increments.
The on-site maintenance by an HP-authorized technician
that may include: cleaning the parts of the printer most
exposed to dust and residual ink or aerosol, inspection of
cables and connections. The technician will recommend
installation of applicable engineering improvements,
frmware updates, and replacement of worn out or
defective parts (parts costs and replacement not included).
To get the most out of your printer while maintaining
the best print quality, the printer maintenance kit
needs to be replaced when an alert appears on the
display panel. HP Maintenance Kit Replacement Service
includes the replacement of consumable parts by
an HP-service technician.

How to Activate/Register your
HP Care Pack?
Registration can be managed from end user to
wholesaler or second tier partner. To be active,
all HP Care Pack Services must be registered on
hp.com within 10 days from the date of purchase.
