a.) (i) -Packaged software had include many software program that mainly use in office
such as Microsoft office, Microsoft powerpoint and Microsoft outlook.

organization or other user. As such, it can be contrasted with the use of software
packages developed for the mass market, such as commercial off-the-shelf software, or
existing free software.

delivered free of charge, but the author usually requests that you pay a small fee if you
like the program and use it regularly. Example :Winzip.
