The HUDY manufacturing facility - equipped with the most modern CNC-machines in the
world - produces the best RC model car tools and accessories in the world. The elegant and
unique character of Dipl. Eng. Juraj Hudy's ideas are reflected in all HUDY products, which
have over the decades been renowned as the world's ultimate RC tools & accessories.
The history of this legendary brand and its formative designer and engineer goes far beyond
technology and art - it is also a history of RC model car pioneering. This legacy lives on in
every HUDY product.
HUDY products are masterfully manufactured in Europe using only the most premium
materials available - Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum or lightweight aircraft alloy, high-quality
German or Italian composite mixtures, world-renowned Hudy Spring Steel. Every
product is a masterpiece on its own, a blending of premium materials and artisan
craftsmanship.
The HUDY production facility is located in Slovakia, Europe, and is just a short distance
away from the world's other most prestigious RC model car company - XRAY.
The modern manufacturing facility is completely automated and all products are
manufactured in-house without outsourcing. On the working floor area you can find
German and Italian CNC-cutting and milling machines, as well as ultra-precise Swiss
moulding machines and German injection machines. All machinery is networked to the
engineering and R&D department, where all products are virtually constructed in
industry-leading 3D CAD/CAM programs which not only allow virtual testing of all parts,
but also create all the manufacturing programs for the CNC-machines, which are then
directly uploaded through the network to the CNC-machines. Fully-automated
state-of-the-art production - artwork in its own right.
Total Quality Management (TQM) is used throughout the entire manufacturing process
to ensure that every single product meets the strictest and tightest tolerances and
requirements for quality and precision. Carefully-selected and highly-qualified employees
assemble HUDY products piece-by-piece, using their extensive knowledge and experience
to blend the precise, highest-quality parts into genuine HUDY products.
