summer aperitif. The soul of this cocktail is the amazing infusion created by our KuDTa bartender, Christian Zammit.

I SI S CHARDONNAY, Malta
Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, I sis is characterised by fresh, natural, tropical fruit flavours. The name I sis
invokes the Phoenician goddess of sailors whose vigilant eye still graces the prow of the Maltese fishing luzzu.

GAVI DI GAVI PALLADINO NORTH, Italy
Zesty and dry with a decent acidity in the back palate. Crushed stone, citrus fruit, star fruit and lemon. Mild green melon
notes in the finish.

DOUGLAS GREEN CHENI N BLANC, South Africa
The colour is light straw. The wine presents a strong citrus overtone, more like grapefruit. The wine is light and
flavourful. It is a nice example of Chenin Blanc.

RED WI NE

NEXUS D.O.K., Malta
Made exclusively from Merlot grapes, Nexus is characterised by soft, ripe cherry-plum flavours which are enhanced by
careful maturation in barriques. The name Nexus celebrates the marriage between Malta's old world location and the
company's new world viniculture technology.

I ntense aromas of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. Light and pleasant with spicy notes of cinnamon and
cloves. This wine clearly expresses the distinctive characters of Nero d'Avola.
