CONSTRUCTIONS SERVICES, is a 100% Filipino owned
company, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange
Commission Registration No. CS200905533.
On December 27, 1996 we engaged in Outside Plant
Construction for Telecommunication and allied Engineering
Services. To tender and contracts, bids for, and take or receive
any contract or assignment of contracts related thereof and to
manufacture and furnish materials and supplies connected
with.

THE BEGINNING OF THE COMPANY
ALMATEL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. formerly ALMATEL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
started in 2009, when FIVE (5) professionals bound together in their resources and ideas
to start with the operation of construction works. Providing confidence and muscle of the
group in the individual expertise and actual ideas in the contracting business that mostly
specializes in Telecommunication, contracting encourage us as a group of professionals to
invest and capitalized the company knowing our maturity is at hand.
The company is composed of aggressive and highly experienced individuals succeeded in
this chosen field of endeavor, with satisfactory performance of duties and services in their
early stage of employment. The company believes it has the capability of handling
Telecommunications Construction and Allied Engineering Services through the
collaborative ideas and expertise in construction operation of supportive group of
engineers, and assured of rendering quality and on-time production from highly skilled
crews.

Pipe Bursting Solution. Pipe bursting is an effective and efficient method to replace failing, outdated or
undersized sewer, water and gas lines. Pipe bursting is capable of installing pipe from 2" to 30" (50 mm to 762 mm) and larger.
No matter the situation, we have a system to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Our pipe-bursting systems are
designed to provide high production rates to help you complete your projects on time and under budget.
Our tools are designed to handle the toughest pipe-bursting jobs with exceptional performance. Pipe bursting reduces the
amount of excavation and associated surface disruption, resulting in an environmentally friendly project. Offers an extensive
line of tooling for various types of pipe replacement projects, and our engineering team can custom-build tooling to meet your
exact needs. We make small access holes where the damaged pipe starts and ends. Using your broken sewer line as a guide,
our hydraulic machine pulls full-sized replacement pipe through the old path and breaks up the damaged pipe at the same
time. The new pipe is highly resistant to leaks and root intrusion, with a long life expectancy.

Trencher Bucket Solution. The Trencher Fang allows the customer to convert any size of excavator or backhoe
into a trench-digging monster. It digs at over 10 feet per minute, or a mile in eight hours, at the depth the customer chooses.
The secret is in its dirt channeling design that moves dirt up and out the top of the Fang. With the Fangs narrow, tall, curved
shape, it increases the dig force like no other bucket The Fang has proved itself digging trenches through deep frost and hard,
wet, rocky and clay-type soils over the past 12 years. It is incredibly strong, manufactured in America w/ A50 and A400 steels.
Its reinforced bottom area lets the customer remove large rocks and allows the trenching of tight radius turns.

Mechanized Trenching Solution. Escavating roadside soil for tens or thousand of meters is not an
easy job especially for rocky soil. Using manual labor requires training and closed supervision and immediate pay out of
salary as well as labor complain happens all the time. Project turnover were slow and using traditional backhoe
equipment disrupt the traffic, aesthetic of road environment and inconsistent depth and trench wide were often encounter.
The best solution of non-costly method for installing underground pipes, utility installation and cable laying is using
mechanized trenching. The depth and wide of trench is consistent and whatever soil pulled out in a day are return to
usual condition every end of the day at a production rate of 100 to 500 meter per machine per 8 hrs work. The company
had 22 machine ranging from 30 horsepower to 125 HP that can do job in shortest possible time.
