o ThedeadlineforapplicationsisJuly15,2014.Applicationscanbemailedorhanddeliveredto
DanforthEastArtsFair,280MilvertonBlvd,Toronto,ONM4J1V7
o Exhibitorswillbeselectedbyajury.Thejurywillonlyacceptartworkworkthatishandcraftedbythe
exhibitingartist.Nomassproduceditems,please
o DEAFwillprovideone10X10boothforthetwoYouthapplicantstoshareduringtheweekend.
WewillputyouincontactwiththeotherYouthVendoranditwillbeuptoyoubothtocoordinate
howyouwouldliketosetupyoursharedspace.
o Tents,tablesandchairswillnotbeprovidedandaretheresponsibilityofexhibitorstoorganizein
advance.Exhibitorswillnotbeallowedtotakeoverpicnictablesorparkbenches.
o Boothlocationisdeterminedatthediscretionofthefairsorganizersandwillbegiventoyou
uponacceptance.
o Theeventwilltakeplacerainorshine.Exhibitorsareresponsibleforallcontentsoftheir
individualbooths.Fairorganizersacceptnoresponsibilityfordamagetopropertyofexhibitors
asaresultof,butnotlimitedto,rain,excessivesunlight/heat,hail,lightning/fire,vandalismor
theft.

o Theimagesyouprovidedinyourapplicationmaybeusedinpublicity,marketingoradvertising
materialspertainingtotheDanforthEastArtsFair.
o Youarecommittingtoshowbothdaysofthefair.Yourboothwillbesetupby10amandyouwill
notbegintodismantleyourboothuntil5pmoneachday.
o Exhibitorsareresponsibleforremovingallitemsbroughttotheparkandwasteproduceda
byproductoftheirparticipationintheshow.

TheexhibitorundertakesandagreeswiththeDanforthEastArtsFairthatheorsheexhibitsentirelyathis
orherownriskandshallbeliableforanyandalllosswhatsoever,causedbytheexhibitor,hisorher
servantsoragentsorthegoods,exhibitsorotherpropertybelongingtotheexhibitororforwhichheorshe
isresponsible.Exhibitorsarestronglyurgedtocoverthemselvesagainsttheriskoflossordamageor
liabilityhowevercaused.

fromanyandallclaimsrisingoutoftheexhibitorsuseofthefacilitiesandtoindemnifyandsaveharmlessfromthe
