Passengers travelling on TR-, TT-, DG-, and RI-designated flights are allowed 2 pieces of carry-on luggage
provided that each item does not exceed the dimensions of 54cm X 38cm X 23cm, with a maximum combined
weight of 10kg.
Passengers are currently required to pay local departure taxes directly to the authorities upon departure from
Indonesia and Philippines. Local departure taxes will be pre-collected by the airline for departure from all other
destinations.
If you have purchased the airport transfer feature online as part of your tigerconnect flight, please proceed to
Transfer Lounge E within the transit area in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 to collect a boarding pass for your
onward flight.
If you have a connecting flight but have not opted for the airport transfer feature, you will have to clear immigration
in Singapore, collect your luggage and then check-in for your onward flight. Please ensure that you have the
relevant travel documents to enter Singapore.
If you have purchased any optional add-ons or additional checked baggage allowance on our partner airline's flight,
you will receive a separate itinerary from our partner airline. This will be your only reference for optional add-ons
purchased on the partner airline. Please ensure that you have all relevant itineraries upon check-in at the respective
airlines' airport counters.
Changes to the flight, date or route are accepted up to 4 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
Smoking is not permitted on any of our flights.
DG-designated flights are operated by SEAIR.
RI-designated flights are operated by Mandala.
TZ-designated flights are operated by Scoot.
