Note: All documentation should be submitted in English or accompanied by an official translation.

1 Fully completed and signed application form.
2 Original Passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Ireland
following visits. Passport must have sufficient space for a visa to be inserted; at least two empty
pages are required. If your passport does not comply with the above your application will be
returned to you. A copy of all stamped or containing visas pages of your passport is required.

3 You should submit all previous passports. A copy of all stamped or containing visas pages of
your passport is required. If you have been refused a visa for any other country, details of this,
preferably the original letter issued to you by the authorities of that country, should be
submitted. Concealment of other visa refusals will result in your Irish visa application being
refused.

4 Two recent (not older than 6 months) photographs 35x45 in colour, preferably biometric type
with white background.

Letter issued by MEI indicating the applicants participation in this programme

7 Outline of overall stay (including additional holiday plans if combining study with general
tourism).

8 Evidence of enrolment on course showing the dates/duration of the course

For Students - Evidence of enrolment in Turkish University showing where they are in
their course;
For Graduates - Evidence of recent University graduation;
For Executive Level Employees - Evidence of current employment and Letter of support
from the employer.

10 Evidence of Finance (this can vary depending on accommodation arrangements but we suggest
200 per week - less if accommodation is provided as part of the course or prepaid).

11 Electronic evidence of payment of fees.
12 Personal medical travel insurance valid for the whole length of the journey.

Note: Applicants are advised that they will be expected to present the following to immigration officials while entry the State:
On arrival at the frontier, the participants must be in possession of their passport to which is affixed a valid Irish visa.
They should also have in their possession the documentation used in respect of their visa application above.

All participants are required to show immigration officers at the airports that they have return flight tickets.

TO PROVIDE ANY OF THESE DOCUMENTS PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN EXPLANATION FOR THE OMISSION.
