1.The main purpose of doing internship is to study the quality of work life in
the Organisation.
2.The main focus will be to know how the employees in the organisation are
satisfied with their work environment and quality of the job which motivates
them to perform their tasks.

Leadership Team
Mr. Panduranga Bichal - He brings in 17+ years of managerial,
advisory and consulting experience in the domains of technology,
knowledge management and organization development within India
and USA. He possesses a first class degree in mechanical engineering
from India and has several IT certifications.

Mr. J.K. Santosh Kumar - He is young and tech savvy entrepreneur
with 7+ years experience in MNC companies. He has keen interest in
new and emerging technologies such as animation, web development,
search engine optimization & e-commerce. As a technocrat, he was
instrumental in designing and developing the online portals/websites
for several multinational companies and Governments. He has a
bachelors degree in electronics and communication engineering.

Mr. Venkatesh Mallempudi - An NRI with 17 +years program
management and product development experience in automotive
industry in USA. He possesses M.S, Mechanical Engineering (Bio-
Mechanical Engineering Specialization) and an MBA (Executive
Management) and Computer aided Engineering (CAD) from
Michigan state university.

Mr.Satyanarayana Kamtam - He is a retired public sector employee
with 35+ years of experience in administration and agro-business. He
has keen interest in technology interventions for human comforts and
interested to promote mechanized agricultural practices in India.

Mr.Vikas Singh - He has over 18+ years expertise in Consulting,
Corporate Planning, and teaching. He has been in leadership roles in
major corporations across a range of industries and domains such as
manufacturing, retail, telecom, banking and consulting. His
experience includes leading large teams across the globe. He has
played a key role in the consulting and learning domains while he was
at ISB as Director (Executive Programs). He has MBA degree from
premier institute and is currently working on a doctoral work in the
area of leadership.

Mr. Raghu Kodumuri,CIO has acquired 18+ years of corporate
experience, along with Information technology consulting experience
over the last 13 years; he has five years of marketing Heavy
Equipment experience. During his time in the IT industry he helped
clients from several different industries including Health Care;
Manufacturing; eCommerce; Oil & Exploration and Insurance to set
up ESB environments, provide architectural guidance in the field of
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). He also has been involved
in all stages of solution process such as product design, development
and implementation. He believes that Hard work, honesty, discipline
are the ingredients for success.

Advisory Panel

Mr. Prakash Kamtam He is with civil services background and 17+ years of
experience in Government. He has delivered exceptional results in the domains
of public policy, e-Governance, urban development, infrastructure
management, education & training and manufacturing sectors. He is associated
with executive education and development centers at Colorado State University,
BITS-Hyderabad, IMI-Bhubaneswar, Village Earth-USA and Development
Logix (NPO Management School). He is an engineer with executive
management degree from IIM-Ahmedabad.

Dr.Rajendra Sahu - He is a distinguished academician with 20+ years of
experience in teaching and consultancy services. He obtained PhD from IIT-
Kharagpur, published more than 100 papers in national and international
journals and provided research and consultancy services to nearly 20 projects
including World Bank and EU projects. He is professor at IIITM-Gwalior and
presently working as Director, AP-IIIT@ Basara. He is on the advisory panel of
Government as expert committee member in IT. He is a Referee for
International Journal of Applied Mathematics & Statistics (IJAMAS),
International Journal of Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery.

Mr. Mohammed A. Abid : Has Civil Services background with more than 16
years of experience in Administrative reforms, Public Policy, Change
management, Disaster management. He involved in consultancy work for the
Government of India, state governments and multilateral agencies such as
UNDP, UNICEF, World Bank mainly in the field of governance reforms,
service delivery and institutional capacity building. He presented a paper on
The Tsunami and its Aftermath: Resilience and Rupture of the Social Fabric
among the Nicobarese at the International Conference on Re examining
Disaster, Recovery and Reconstruction: Social Science perspectives on the
Tsunami organized by JNU and NIDM in January 2008. He did post
graduation in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS),
Mumbai and presently pursuing doctorate in social development sector from the
same institute

UID-Aadhar project

The Unique ID project implemented by the Unique Identification Authority of
India (UIDAI) aims at providing a Unique Identification Number (UID) /
AADHAAR to every resident of India, which will serve as a universal proof of
identity allowing residents to establish their credentials anywhere in the
country. The number will help in eliminating duplicate identities, and can be
used to verify resident identity in subsequent encounters in an easy, cost
effective way.

We have partnered with 4G Identity Solutions for taking up enrolment in
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
