Thank you for speaking with me. I hope this information is helpful to you or some family in your community. The
two "Roger's" men described in these document stayed at an RV park at Lake Panasoffkee in the winter of
02/03. Their history is to hire boys to help with the set up at regional flea markets. The men in NE who have
spoken of abuse tell a similar story of being sexually molested while helping with the flea market business.
I have no information regarding any victim in FL. Ronald Peter Rogers views a trophy video/DVD on a daily
basis. Their is nothing sexual on the DVD. It is just a catalog of boys known to the Rogers. We have IDed 7
boys from NH on that DVD. Those 7 have all confirmed they we abused by these men. NONE CAN
OVERCOME THE SHAME. NONE ARE WILLING TO MAKE A POLICE REPORT. ALL HAVE MADE
MULTIPLE STATEMENTS TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY REGARDING THE ABUSE.
Their are 40 + boys on the DVD. Much of the content appears to have been filmed or photographed in FL. We
have confirmed extended stays by the Rogers in RV parks or at private homes in Bushnell, Brookville, and
Kissimmee. R P Rogers brother Paul E Rogers is shown on the DVD. Paul Rogers told me this segment was
filmed at a RV park in Bushnell FL.
Family members report that R P Rogers molested his brothers (Paul E Rogers) son Jeffery when his brother
lived in NH. The brother and the son are long time residents in the region. Family members report that the
brother has confronted R P Roger regarding the abuse. Family members report that R P Rogers did confess to
his brother regarding the sex abuse of his son.
R P Rogers is 70+ years old and passes Wayne Rogers off as his son. They are perceived as very nice
people. Wayne is not his son. R P Rogers hired Wayne as a boy to do odd jobs. This was in the 60's. R P
Rogers described in detail to Jennifer Fountain how he molested Wayne in his family home, while his wife and
children where away.
The Rogers have had long close personal relationships with all of the families of the boys they molested.
I hope this information may be of some help. Our hope is to help identify additional victims in your state. We
need one brave man to speak out. It is our prayer that if one person will make a public statement, many will
follow.
