Has MBA degree in Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Has
more than thirty years experience in manufacturing operation of
food processing plants, twenty years of which had been in the
design, construction, machinery and plant equipment
installation, and actual operation of tuna processing plants in
the Philippines, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Also, has
twelve years experience in managing the plant operations,
marketing, fish procurement functions including corporate
engineering management.

TECH. DOCUMENTATION EXPERT R.W. BLANQUEZA
Has a Mechanical Engineering degree. Early in his career he
handle jobs in different position and different industries such as
semiconductor, food processing, air bag production, plastic and
aluminum can making. It include jobs at country like K.S.A. and
Ireland. In the last seven years he focus in works that
manipulate his knowledge in CAD and 3D design. A certified
Autodesk CADD and 3D MAX user.

Seven years of engineering and maintenance works in various
companies and twenty three years of work experience
accumulated from the different business units of the Century
Pacific Group in various aspects of engineering, maintenance,
operations and management, including successful set-up and
operation of 8 wastewater treatment facilities, 3 fishmeal plants,
2 evaporated liquid milk line and 1 powdered milk repacking
plant.
Additional workload includes being a part of the setting-up and
improvements of various manufacturing plants of the company
and was an active player in the growth of Century Canning
Corporation to what is now the Century Pacific Group.
