475 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Item 479 Planning Applications (Non Pecuniary):

Members are invited to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and other interests,
along with the nature of those interests, in relation to any item on this agenda.
Councillors W Breare-Hall, and A Church have requested an entry be made in the
minutes to make it clear that, as members of both the District and Town Councils, they
will reconsider all matters at District level taking into account all relevant evidence and
representations at the district tier. Therefore, they cannot be bound in any way by
any view expressed in the parish tier or by the decisions of this Committee.

Call for Sites for Potential Development of Land - EFDC
Members discussed the letter from EFDC and AGREED that there were brownfield and
infill sites in the Town that could be put forward to the District. This item to be carried
forward to the next P&GP Committee meeting to allow members to identify the rele-
vant sites.
