FOUR COURSES COVER THE FOUR CMA EXAM PARTS:
The CMA Learning System consists of four courses that cover the four CMA Exam sections.
Each of the four courses meets for several hours one night a week, and an occasional Saturday in
some cases. Immediately following the courses, students are strongly encouraged to sit for the
corresponding section of the CMA Exam.
CMA 101: Business Analysis
This course corresponds to the CMA Exam Part I, Business Analysis. Topics include business
economics, global business, internal controls, quantitative methods, and nancial statement
analysis. The course fee includes student manuals.
CMA 102: Management Accounting and Reporting
This course corresponds to the CMA Exam Part II, Management Accounting and Reporting.
Topics include budget preparation, cost management, performance measurement, and external
nancial reporting. The course fee includes student manuals.
CMA 103: Strategic Management
This course corresponds to the CMA Exam Part III, Strategic Management. Topics include
strategic planning and marketing, corporate nance, decision analysis, and investment decisions.

CMA 104: Business Applications
This course corresponds to the CMA Exam Part IV, Business Applications. Topics include
organization management and communication, behavioral issues, and ethical considerations.
