existed between them.

been agreed between them. In the agreement, there was a clause requiring the
agent to communicate with the principal in any event of adversity. When the lorry
arrived at Perak, there were landslides and also flood which caused the road to be
closed and not accessible to any transport. Salim, thinking that the weather would get
worse, decided to sell the vegetables at Pasar Malam Lambak before the condition of
the goods worsened. Ahmad is upset with the decision made by Salim and wants to
sue for his losses.
