CHAPTER 1

"But the sons of Belial shall be all of them as thorns thrust away, because they cannot be taken with
hands"
(2 Sam. 23:6)
"Also, I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then said I, "Here
am I, send me."
(Isa. 6:8)

First, a prophetic message to the body of Christ, the Church:
Dear Brother or Sister in Christ,
This communication is written and distributed in obedience to the prompting, revelation, and direction of Holy
Spirit. I beg your indulgence, and pray that the Holy Spirit will move upon you to read it to completion.
I promise you, that if you do, the Lord will bring a tremendous blessing and new perspective upon your spiritual
life and thinking, and give you strength and courage as He builds His Remnant church in strength, purpose, and
determination to become the Bride which He means it to be. I respectfully ask for your time, full attention, and
cooperation, that the Lord's purpose for this initiative would be carried out to His Glory. I am asking for your help
and participation. In a prophetic teaching ministry, the job of the prophet is to be the messenger of the Lord, to
deliver to the people what He has spoken through His prophets, to submit the message to the spirit of the prophets.
That I am willing to do with the certainty of what He has said.
In Amos 3:7, the Word tells us, "Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth His secret unto His
servants, the prophets." With many of the world events taking place, both past and present, which have struck fear
into the hearts of man, many believers are wondering, "What is the Lord saying to the prophets? What is the Lord
saying through the prophets?" On September 29, 2001, during my ministry to the Lord in the Holy of Holies, as I
entered His Presence in my quite time with Him, He spoke: "Speak the heart of My Father to My People. Speak,
servant, the heart of the King."
I share now the prophetic word which He asked me to deliver to the church. You will note that the Lord speaks
His Word in prophetic ministry, and I have, for the purposes of edification, inserted the scripture references to those
pointed comments or references which He quickened to me, in speaking this word to me. ( Italic emphases and
underlines are mine.)
" I AM calling. Will you become as a trusting child and take Me at My Word. If I have delegated to you the
authority to trample over all the power of the enemy, will you trust, and believe? Will you rise up and act
upon My Word in prayer and warfarein the Spirit, interceding for the nations? Will you be as little children
being led by their Father and trust that I will use you and make you to rise as the glorious Remnant Church
which I mean you to be?
Fear not, for I AM sovereign over all that is happening upon the earth. This is a time of shaking, a time of
cleansing, a time of self examination to determine how much you trust upon Me regardless of what
happens (Rev. 12:11). This is a time of refining and honing with the sword of My Word. I AM telling you
plainly ... the Church is being tested to see if it will seek My Spirit, seek Me ... its clear and certain Way,
Blessing, and Reward.

the works of the devil (I John 3:8). Fix not your eyes upon your enemy but fix your eyes upon Me. As the
world walks by sight, you are called to walk by faith, to take hold of the sword of My Word, to rise up and
apply it to your personal, family, local, national, and world circumstances. If you are not My warclub, My
weapon of war, who will be? (Jer.51:20; Isa.6:8) What say you, child of God?

AM I so small a God that I cannot change your circumstances? AM I so small A God that I cannot change
the hearts of man? AM I so small a God that I, alone, cannot destroy the moves of the enemy? AM I so small
a God that I cannot turn the heart of the king? What say you, child of God?
Do I not hear the prayers of the faithful? Do I not speak a thing and who can change it? Do I not declare a
thing and it comes to pass? Is not heaven My seat and earth My footstool? And will not My Will prevail
throughout My universe? And in My time do I not restore all things?
Now tell me this, child: Is My Word true or is it not? Will it prevail or will it not? Will it return to Me void or
will it not? Do I go ahead of you to give you the victory, or do I not? What say you, child of God? Can any
man change what I have fore ordained? What say you, child of God?
You look upon the circumstances of your present day with natural eyes, with eyes of the "flesh". But it is I
who have put the hook in the jaws of your enemies to draw them forth .... that is My sovereign power, for I
AM God and there is none like Me. Hope and do not despair. Continue on in faith on Me, for I AM your
Refuge and your Strength, your Strong Tower, your Buckler and your Shield.
Commit yourselves to My purpose, commit yourselves to My understanding; abide in Me and do not lean to
your own understanding. For in your day I AM doing a thing which at first you will not believe nor
understand, lest it be revealed to you by My Spirit. Only trust and know that I AM God.
Rise up and follow ... do My Word. Be used by My Spirit unto My Glory. Be My glorious and unwavering
Bride, a Bride of intercession and of war that I mean you to be, to bring Glory to My Name.
Walk now by faith on Me and not by sight. I AM before you and behind you, to your right and to your left. I
AM with you in your tests and in your joys and in your sorrows; I AM with you even unto the end of this age
and forever. Arise, My Beloved, and live My Word .... My Word is Light and Life to My People and death to
My enemies.
See with the eyes of My Spirit. The depravity and famine which you see upon the earth is first and foremost
a famine for My Word, a famine which has gone unrecognized except for the Remnant few who have heeded
My call and My understanding. The world is in its present state because of this Great Famine. Where the
Word is not, the enemy is, and where the enemy is, sin abounds; where sin abounds, destruction abounds,
for sin destroys as spiritual blindness increases, Now has Belial raised its ugly head upon the earth to try
to have its way more than ever before, because its time is short. This is Belial whom you are seeing .... the
son of destruction .... who has raised an offspring unto itself.
But the gates of hell will not prevail for I AM soon and coming King, soon and coming to slay with the
sword of My mouth, soon and coming to feed My sheep and to ready green pastures for them, soon and
coming to judge and restore the nations and to restore all things. I, alone, will make it come to pass, and
you, My glorious Bride will be My instrument on the earth. I do it for My Name's sake that My Father will be
glorified in Me, that all nations may know the Father in Me, for as certain as the light of morning follows
evening's dark, My Will, will prevail.
The Church works on its knees or prostrate on the ground. I AM calling the church to a decisive work which
I have purposed, to rise up by My Spirit to respond, uniting its heart to the heart of My Father, uniting its
will to the Will of My Father, uniting its words with the Word of My Father who is One with Me; to speak the
Will of My Father, to seek the Will of My Father, to know the Will of My Father, to live the Will of My Father,

that you and your generations may be established forever in Him. For I have come that men may have Life
and have it abundantly, and will I not bring it to pass?
Since the time of Enoch until the present, My Father has raised a Remnant in every generation, and as I AM
raising a Remnant of Israel and of the church, at the end of this age only a remnant of man will remain; for I
AM the God of the Remnant and those who seek My Righteousness alone are My peculiar possession."
This book is written for those Christians who have little or no knowledge of spiritual warfare and have a need and
desire to know, as the Lord raises a standard against the enemy during these trying days of increasing danger
and terrorism. It is particularly addressed to new Christians, young Christians, or any Christian who has little
or no knowledge of spiritual warfare and intercession. This writing is by no means comprehensive, nor is it
meant to be. However, it is more than adequate in equipping the average Christian to pray and battle in the Spirit
with sufficient Biblical skill to be in line with God's Word and know that God will answer. The battle is the Lord's ....
but you are His war club, His weapon of war. (Jer. 51:20). Yet, very many Christians do not know what to pray or
how to pray through, in addressing the spiritual warfare circumstances which are increasingly arising as
lawlessness increases. Will you respond to the Holy Spirit's call to be His war club, His battle axe, His weapon of
war??
We cannot succeed in our spiritual endeavors as a church, unless we humble ourselves before God, seek His face
continually in a spirit of repentance and contrition for the sins of our nation, and of our world sins as members of the
family of man, repent of all of our national and cultural ancestral sins, acknowledging that in their sins, our ancestors
acted in hostility to Him (Lev. 26:40 44), submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and do things in line with His Word
and His Will, in unity and one accord. The people perish for lack of knowledge. (Hosea 4:6)
"....... can ye not discern the signs of the times?" (Mt. 16:3)
This communication is written and dispersed to the body of Christ in obedience to the Lord, and in faithfulness to
His purpose. We ask that you prayerfully ask the Lord how you might best use or apply this information, and we ask
you to consider becoming a participant in the greatest spiritual army of the Kingdom on earth, seeking the leading
and leaning upon of the Holy Spirit. In these last days, particularly in the light of our most recent national tragedies
and that of many other nations as well, through terrorism, the Lord is raising an army of spiritual warriors who will
move in knowledge of God's ways, not just in His Word. Will you pray intercessory warfare prayer with us against
the dark forces of the enemy (Eph.6:12), uniting your prayers with ours, alone or in groups .... daily, several times
weekly, even once weekly?
I will share with you what I know the Spirit has revealed to me, prophetically, and some points on how the enemy
will use the current worldwide circumstances to his advantage. THERE IS A SENSE OF URGENCY BECAUSE
THE CHURCH AT LARGE IS ASLEEP. We know this from the parable of the ten virgins, virgins being those
reserved for the Bridegroom, and therefore, all born again Christians. Notice in Mt. 25:5 that as the Bridegroom
tarried (delayed in coming), they all fell asleep. Upon His near arrival, they all had to be awakened by a call. This
is the true condition of most of the end time Church. Now, terrorism has come upon the world in full force. The
church must not just observe and pray, the church must respond and pray trough, until released from doing so by
the Holy Spirit. It must cooperate with the Bridegroom, in her service to Him.
CHAPTER 2
WHAT IS THE CHURCH NOW CALLED TO DO?

It can be answered as follows:
1. Seek God's face in a spirit of humility, repentance, and contrition, and prayer. (2 Chron.7:14)
2. Be Spirit led in every supplication, decision, and prayer.
3. RESPOND to each circumstance of the times as they arise, in-the-Spirit. Jesus said in John 3:6 that the
things of the Spirit are Spirit. We must therefore walk in the power of the Holy Spirit as delegated to us in
the Scripture (Lk. 10:17, Lk.10:19, Job 22:28, Proverbs 18:2 1, 1 John 4:4, Mk. 11:22 24, Rev. 12:11).
These Scriptures are written not because they do not apply to us, but because they do apply to us. It is
through scriptures such as these that we receive, by faith, our empowerment. For that reason, through
timeless Scripture, the Lord tells us that we are His war-club, His weapon of war (Jer. 52:20), that we are to
trample over serpents and scorpions (Satan and his fallen spirits) (Lk. 10: 19). The question is whether you,

1, and others, will yield to the Holy Spirit and permit Him to use us, and cooperate with Him, in response to
His question to us, in Isaiah, "....whom shall I send?"
"The Lord is a man of war; the Lord is His Name." (Ex.15:3)
"We will pass over armed before the Lord into the land of Canaan, that the possession of our inheritance on
this side J ordan may be ours."
(Num.32:32)
CHAPTER 3
ASSEMBLING AN ARMY OF INTERCESSORS YOU AND I AND OTHERS:
(Please look up the Scripture references in your Bible and study them.)
Here are twelve maxims on intercession as gleaned from the Scriptures:
In John 3:6 Jesus clearly states that the things of the Spirit are Spirit. Intercession is a thing of the Spirit. Therefore,
to be an intercessor, one must first be in the Spirit and to be in the Spirit, one must be in the Kingdom.
1. Requirement No. 1, then, is that you must be born-again of His Spirit. That is, you must be born once into
physical existence into your physical body, and then, born once again, spiritually, by the Holy Spirit. You
must be twice-born....once physically, and once spiritually, receiving Jesus Christ into your heart as
personal Lord (to lead you through life) and Savior (to save you from your sins). Without this, you cannot
understand the things of God, which means that you would not be able to do effective intercession or
supplicative praying, because you would not be able to hear from the Holy Spirit. In John 3:3, Jesus said
that unless you are born-again of the Spirit, you cannot see the Kingdom of God, and in John 3:5, He said
that unless you are born again of water and the Spirit, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Is He being
repetitive here? Does "see" mean the same thing as "enter"? The answer is "No.". The term for "see", eido
in the New Testament Greek, means not just to see with the senses, but, more importantly, to perceive-
discover-ascertain-discern, to experience a state or condition. This is important because the mind or soul-
man thinks or reasons (Gr. "psuche") and the spirit or spirit-man perceives or just "knows" (facts although
without reasoning). The things of the Spirit are spirit. Tragically, many ministers of the Gospel do not
discern the difference between mind and spirit, and spend much of their life ministering from the mind and
intellect, giving soulish sermons, and missing out on the move of the Holy Spirit entirely in their faith walk
without knowing it.
2. If you are to be an intercessor, you must be able to hear from the Holy Spirit and respond in the power of
the Spirit. Therefore, after being born again and water baptized by immersion only, you must receive the
baptism-in-the-Holy Spirit, by which the power of the Holy Spirit will come upon you (Acts 1:5,8) and the 9
gifts (I Cor. 12) of the Holy Spirit (not the fruit of the Holy Spirit which is the result over time of His indwelling
when you got born again and which makes you the "new creation" ( Gal.5:22,23) ). These gifts manifest as
the Spirit wills ( I Cor. 12:11), unlike the fruit of the Spirit whose presence in us represents a continual
work of the Holy Spirit. See discussion in the section on the Baptism in the Holy Spirit for proof text
references that this experience is separate and distinct from the born again experience. Indeed, if , we
received the Holy Spirit baptism at the time we were born again (the Holy Spirit indwelling our spirit man),
then there would be manifestations of the different gifts, as the Spirit willed, almost, if not, immediately. We
would see many, many people speaking in tongues, prophesying, discerning spirits, healing, etc. Clearly,
that is not the case. How is this manifest work of the Spirit received? First by asking the Father for it in the
Name of Jesus (Lk. 11: 10 13; John 14:13), and through other Spirit filled believers who already have the
Baptism in the Holy Spirit, through the laying on of hands (Acts 8: 12, 14 17). It must be received with a holy
expectation. If there is any element of doubt, distrust of the Holy Spirit or His ability to give it to you, or
unbelief, you will not get it. Therefore, to get this great blessing of God, it must be received in faith with
expectation.

3. The Scriptures tells us that a man is "called", "anointed", and "appointed" to ministry. That is even true of
personal or one on one ministry. In the Christian faith walk, everyone gets a ministry.
4. You must "know" that God is calling you to the ministry of intercession, and, as a prayer warrior, to
intercede for others and your nation.

5. You must not fear, regardless of the consequences (Mt. 10:28)

6. You must walk by faith, not by sight. ( 2 Cor. 5:7)

7. You must be able to stand and resist, steadfast in faith and strength (I Pet.5:9; I Cor. 16:13)

8. You must be clean ... that is, you must be able to stand on the hill of the Lord with a pure heart and clean
hands (Ps. 24: 4,5). This requires:
a. daily self examination (Lam. 3:40)
b. daily confession, repentance, and renouncing of sin ( I John 1: 9 )
c. the practice of holiness by obedience to the Word (Heb. 12:14)
d. a teachable spirit (Ps. 86:11)
e. walking in His Truth (Ps. 86:11)
f. seeking unity of heart with the Lord to fear (revere) His Name (Ps.86:11)
9. You must be willing to stand in the gap for others or your nation. (Ezek. 22:30). The gap" is the break in the
hedge of protection against Satan and his enemy forces which comes when a person or nation falls into sin.
The intercessor stands "in the gap" to make up the hedge, that is, to complete the hedge of protection. This
means that the enemy cannot break through to the person (or nation) who is vulnerable, without getting
past the intercessor first. If the intercessor knows how to handle the enemy (Satan), understands that the
enemy is already defeated by Jesus and His work of the cross, and that the enemy has no power against
the believer well, then, if you have no fear and walk by faith, and are willing and able, then God may be
calling you to be an intercessor.

10. To be an intercessor, you must be yield to the Holy Spirit, in the Name of Christ Jesus and for His Glory,
to permit Him to use you, whether by tongues, praise, or supplication and praying in the Spirit with the
understanding. (Ro. 8:26,27; Eph. 6:18) You must seek from Him, what to pray, how to pray, when to pray,
in what way to pray (praise, tongues, groaning, native language, etc.), and if to pray. Remember that all
prayer is uplifted in the Name of Christ Jesus and for His Glory, One with the Father and the Holy Spirit.

11. The intercessor must know how to access and enter the Holy of Holies by the Blood of Jesus (Heb. 10:19)
and must know how to commune with Him. (John 6:53 56)

12. The true intercessor is a Remnant believer, seeking and walking in His righteousness alone. ( Mt. 6:33) (Not
His righteousness and man's righteousness.)

13. For an army of intercessors, the minimal Biblical number would be 70 (Lk. 10: 1,2), for the purpose of
"taking" the nation and the world. For national spiritual warfare, intercession is best served through a group
of a minimum of 70 people. This permits arranged times for intercessory prayer, supplication, and spiritual
warfare prayer so that it may be done on a continual, or almost continual basis. Since the nation is
embodied in its prophets, even a single prophet's prayer and supplication is sufficient to move the hand of
God for a nation. Study Daniel 10 to see this demonstrated in the Scriptures.
CHAPTER 4
WHAT ARE THE SPIRIT FILLED WEAPONS OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE THAT THE CHURCH AND ITS
INTERCESSORS MUST USE?
(A "crash course" in equipping the Saints)
1. Prayers of supplication
2. Prayers of intercession
3. Prayers of warfare:
a. Binding and Loosing
1. This is hierarchical (Eph. 6:12), starting with Satan, then downward through the chain of
command.
2. You bind the spirit, you loose the person, place, condition, circumstance.
3. You must give each and every command "in the Name of Christ Jesus" (John 14:12)
4. You must bind Satan (and the other spirits) from retaliation, accusation, violence, divination of the
source of the prayers, or any form of revenge, all in Christ Jesus' Name.

b. Decreeing and agreeing, in the Name of Jesus:
Job 22:28-which says that in that day you will decree a thing and it will come to pass. That's a
promise of God's Word. It does not say that it might come to pass or that it may come to pass, it
says it will come to pass. Why?
a. first and foremost for God's glory!
b. so that you, as a believer, will learn from each experience who you are in Christ, and what
empowerment He has put upon you by His Spirit. (Acts 1:5,8; 1 Cor. 4:20).
c. So that you may see the literal truth of His Word and His promise that you shall have
whatsoever-you-say...
1. Prov. 18:21
2. Mk. 11:22 24 (remember get rid of unforgiveness!)
3. Isa. 44:26 (notice here that the word "servant" is not capitalized, referring to the believer)
4. Mt. 18:20-the prayer of agreement in Jesus' Name.
5. Praise prayer-two important things to know about the practice of
praise of the Lord:
1. O.T. scripture tells us that praise releases angels to go forth on our behalf.
2. The Scripture tells us that the Lord inhabits the praise. (This is literally true because praise, during
deliverance, terrorizes demonic spirits, as most experienced deliverance ministers will testify.)
6. Praying in tongues. Why?
1. "tongues" is able to bypass our flesh life.
2. "tongues", prayed for a sufficient amount of time until one feels the release of the Holy Spirit to stop, always
brings revelation. Revelation brings transformation.
3. Satan cannot understand "tongues".
4. The Holy Spirit prays through you, as you yield and ask Him to do so in Jesus' Name. His perfect prayer can
get the Will of God for your circumstance, or that of your nation, family, etc., quicker and better than you can
through your own understanding.

7. If you do not pray in "tongues", praise will do the same things because it is according to the Scripture, the
highest form of prayer.

8. The Baptism-in-the Holy Spirit and receiving the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Is it for today? Yes. How do you know? Through the testimony of thousands upon thousands of Spirit filled
Christians who operate in it and the gifts of the Spirit as the Spirit wills (I Cor. 12), and by my own experience. How
else do you know? By theftuit which is consistently good (Mt. 7:17.18).
How else? By the Word itself :
a. Lk. 11: 10 13, where the Holy Spirit is speaking to already born again believers.
b. Acts 1:5,8 note that Jesus said that the Holy Spirit was to come upon the disciples. Jesus had resurrected,
the work of the cross was complete, and they were already saved, that is, they had the Holy Spirit within, the
indwelling of the Spirit which made them a New Creation.
c. Acts 8: 14 16 note here that the phrase "had received the word of God" is idiomatic in the Greek, meaning
"were born again" or "had received Christ", as pointed out by the Greek Bible scholar, Derek Prince, I believe.
Verse 15 says that Peter and John were sent to pray for them to receive the Holy Spirit, and verse 16 says
because "only they were baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus", that is, water baptized by immersion .... they
only had the indwelling of the Spirit.
We see in these scriptures that the Holy Spirit clearly, and in no uncertain terms, treats the Holy
Spirit Baptism as a separate and distinct experience from the born again experience. It is received
by "asking" the Father, and/or by the laying on of hands, and with holy expectation. I have never
seen a person who did not expect to receive it, obtain it. Why? Because the Lord performs His
Word (James 1:6,7), he/she who doubts will not receive anything from the Lord.
You see, brother/sister in Christ, the Holy Spirit Baptism restores the break of communication with
the Holy Spirit, which occurred in the Garden experience, by Adam and Eve. Through this
restoration of communication through the operation of the gifts of the Spirit, particularly the
"knowledge gifts" of word of knowledge, word of wisdom, and discernment of spirits, the Holy Spirit
equips us to carry out His purpose for His glory, reveals to us the mind of Christ for a particular
situation or circumstance, and puts us in a tremendous advantage over the powers of darkness. In
these end times, those who will not seek or ask for the Holy Spirit Baptism (the 5 of the 10 virgins

who were left behind because they did not have enough of the "oil" (fullness of the Spirit and His
anointing to carry out His purpose for the kingdom), also known as the Laodecian or "lukewarm"
(compromising) church of the book of the Revelation) will have an extremely difficult time in
surviving the end times and in doing spiritual warfare for their nation , children, family, loved ones
and friends. Why? Because they will try to be a war club through the arm of the flesh rather than by
using the tools and operations of the Spirit. This is prophetic: it will cause many, when
circumstances become overwhelming, to fall away from the faith, their hearts failing them. For this
reason Jesus asked, "When the Son of Man returns, will He find faith in the earth?"
If you are not baptized in the Holy Spirit, I encourage you to open your heart to the reality of this
empowerment for the fullness of power in the faith walk with Jesus, and seek it out in truth. The
Holy Spirit will not permit you to be deceived. Do not depend on doctrines and teachings of men.
Ask the Holy Spirit alone to lead you into all Truth, in Jesus Name. He will. If you do not believe
that the Holy Spirit "upon" is a separate and distinct release of His fullness upon the believer, as a
separate and distinct experience from the Holy Spirit "within", that is, the "indwelling" of the Holy
Spirit through the born again experience, then I beseech you to prayerfully and carefully study and
discern the following scriptures: Acts 8:16,18; Acts 10:40 47; Acts 19:2 6, where in verse 5 they are
water baptized, and in verse 6 they are Spirit baptized, obviously already having been born again.)
One of the greatest lies which Satan and his religious spirits have perpetrated upon the church is
that the Holy Spirit Baptism no longer exists, that it was dispensational ... that is, for a particular
time in history when He was establishing the church, and that afterward, the Holy Spirit gave the
complete canon (assembled books) of the Scripture, which is sufficient for your salvation. The issue
here is that we are not talking about salvation. We are talking about the empowerment of the Holy
Spirit to walk the faith walk in the fullness of the Holy Spirit and His power and gifts upon our lives.
As a result of such mistaken beliefs, we have hundreds of thousands of Christians, worldwide, who
remain powerless and without knowledge in what to do, particularly when attacked spiritually. And
they choose to do so. It is one of Satan's greatest deceptions to keep the church impotent and
powerless.

b. by the laying on of hands
i. Notice the word "some" in Ro. 1:11, where Paul imparts spiritual gifts, that is,
need. The word "some", here, also means, "anything" or "anything at all" in the
Greek. It is worthy of note because the implication is that the Holy Spirit is very
specific in the words He uses in Scripture, and in this instance, is saying that any
spiritual need may be supplied through the Holy Spirit through the juxtaposition of
hands with prayerful, spoken words.
9. Pleading the Blood of Jesus
a. over our loved ones, possessions, works, etc. for protection, in Jesus' Name.
b. against Satan, dark spirits, the works or threats of the enemy, in Jesus' Name.
10. Anointing
a. anointing oil as a ministry tool of impartation of the power of the Spirit upon a person, place, or thing; speak it
consecrated as such, first, in the Name of Jesus.
b. prayer cloths for healing and deliverance. (Acts 19 12)
c. when you anoint rooms, personal belongings, grounds, etc., always decree "This is holy ground and Kingdom
territory, in Christ Jesus' Name". In our experience, this, alone, can be an effective form of exorcism when spoken
and ministered in faith.
11. Faith and faith confession
In spiritual warfare, as in the entire faith walk, faith (trust on Christ) is the key to accessing everything in the
Kingdom of God. Here are some key points to understand about using faith:
a. faith quenches every fiery dart of the enemy. Not some of them, not a few of them, but
every attack of the enemy. (Eph. 6:16). Unlike the unbalanced displacement of faith so
often preached or emphasized by the "word of faith movement" people, an extremism
which results in people having faith in "faith", the faith that is spoken of herein is faith on

Christ alone. Faith, not in faith, but in the Person of Jesus. Otherwise, faith is misdirected.
That is soul power and witchcraft in the church.
b. faith involves a faith confession: faith filled words spoken aloud to the Lord, faith filled words
delivered under the anointing, fulfilling the "law of faith". Faith says something to God.
(Rev. 12:11; Heb. 3:1; Ro. 10:9,10; Mk. 11:22-24; Prov. 18:21; Heb. 4:14; Heb. 10:23)
1. This is not "name it and claim it", but "name it and claim it according to the word of God"
and promises of God in the Scripture.
2. Why? Because Jesus is the High Priest of our confession. (Heb.3: 1). As our only Mediator
with the Father, He goes to the Father on our behalf. What does He say to the Father? Our
confession (Heb.3: 1), that is, our faith filled words which we confess over our lives, those
of loved ones, or against the enemy. What does that do? It fulfills the Law of the Spirit of
Life in Christ (Ro.8:2).
What is the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ? It is the Law of GRACE. And when Father hears
your faith filled words, spoken from the heart without wavering, and with holy expectation that He
will respond, the GRACE flows from the throne of God upon you, the believer, to transform and
change your life and circumstances, or that of anyone or anything else you are praying for ... even
to the destruction of the works of the enemy. That is the reason why we are instructed in Heb.4:16
to come boldly to the throne of Grace. Why does God release His Grace in response to our faith
and faith filled words? Because He is, above all else, a Faith God (Mk. 11:22 this verse in the actual
New Testament Greek does not say "....have faith in God...." But...." have the faith of God....". God
honors faith in Christ. Faith always works and Jesus never fails.
12. The Glorious Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ
The single, most important weapon against Satan and his dark spirits is the Gospel. It is the major weapon of
spiritual warfare. It transfers people who accept it, from the kingdom of darkness, immediately, into the
kingdom of light. Satan's plan for their lives stops dead immediately, and the Lord Jesus Christ's plan takes
over immediately. Where there was no future before, now the new believer has a great future. The Gospel is
the Truth, and the truth shall set them free. For those in bondage, and all unbelievers, loved ones or otherwise,
the Gospel is the single most important weapon in the armamentarium of spiritual warfare, and is not to be
neglected.

CHAPTER 5

THE PROBLEM FACING THE END TIME CHURCH:
THE NATIONS WALKING IN THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING WHILE UNDER THE POWER OF WITCHCRAFT
(Rev. 18:23)
The events and tragedies of the terrorist attacks on the Pentagon, World Trade Center, and Plane crash in
Pennsylvania have shaken this nation and other nations as well. Up until this event, it was inconceivable to us, as a
people, that we would ever see such things on our soil. What is more, most people cry for retaliation and
vengeance, an "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth...". The nation has purposed to avenge its dead and give a
clear message to its enemies that no such thing will ever be tolerated again. As the President of the United States
said, "....if we do not bring the enemy to justice, we will bring justice to them." That we are dealing with a hateful
enemy with hardened hearts is certain. That they will not listen to us or others, is certain. That such attempts at
persuasion have already failed multiple times, is confirmed. That they are hell bent on having their way, is also
certain. This clearly, and in no uncertain terms, endangers our nation, our families, our loved ones, our children, our
institutions, our freedom, and particularly, our freedom to worship and love our God and His Glorious Son, the Lord
Jesus Christ. There are those who would love to strip us of such freedom, destroy our nation and its economy, and
subject us to their will.
Christians will become likely targets as time passes because Jesus said " I come to divide". That is not a popular
message at such a time as this. The world mood, ministered by the world spirit, is "tolerance". Jesus said, " I AM the
Way, the Truth, and the Life ... no man comes unto the Father but through Me." (John 14:6). The world does not
want to hear that. This message is clearly unpopular, and, if Satan has his way, and the will of the enemy is
permitted to predominate through passive Christians not responding spiritually, the one world government, with its
one world religion and economy and money system, will regard those who are Christians as "non tolerant". For
some, this will mean death. As world discord increases, and lawlessness arises worldwide, as expressed through
terrorism and other means, the nations will become desperate .... so desperate as to set the stage for Antichrist to
come on the scene to say to the nations, "Follow me, I can solve your problems". Terrorism will be one of the main

tools of the dark forces to make the nations desperate. The stage is being set right now. The age old conflict
between Christianity and Islam is a tool of Satan.
Nonetheless, it is difficult to understand the sovereignty of God in these circumstances. But all things serve His
purpose and are under the control of His absolute or permissive Will.
Furthermore, Jesus said that few there are who find The Way, and many there are who go go on to destruction. It is
reasonable to conclude, therefore (and unfortunately), that most people on this earth are not saved. They do not
have the Holy Spirit indwelling their spirit man, governing it and their soul man. They exist in every nation and
government. Most of them have control of our and their nuclear weapons. Their spirit men are dead, not yet
resurrected by the resurrection work of the cross through the born again experience. It is reasonable to assume that
many or most of these, therefore, operate in the carnal or natural mind, according to the natural understanding.
This understanding operates contrary to Biblical principles. Believing is seeing. Walking is by sight, not by faith. The
real enemy is only physical, and the only things which exist are those which they can see, touch, and feel.
Judgments are made on the basis of self-preservation alone, and every decision which is made is an act of the flesh
because the Spirit does not exist or predominate in their lives.
Their lives are governed by emotion as much as reason. Their decisions area based on the will to dominate and
prevail alone. They walk by survival of the fittest at any cost. God, if He exists, is someone whom you will meet
some time henceforth in the after life, for many, and must be for us alone. Their thinking, therefore, is that they can
justify any and all decisions to kill and destroy at any cost. When the emotions take hold, reason is blinded. When
reason is blinded, justice is an after thought. Natural events have natural answers. We must respond at all costs in
the severest of ways, to give them a clear message. We will sacrifice lives, our own and others, and will pay the
price. We will hunt them down, flush them out, and chase them up the mountains and down the hills until we stamp
out every one of them. These are their thoughts and words.
We as Christians must recognize, immediately, that all that we are seeing being planned and executed is
predominantly a work of the flesh , according to the understanding of the carnal mind. I am not saying that our
President, our leaders, have not sought prayer and guidance. That they have is certain. But how they respond to
the direction and leading of the Holy Spirit is not predictable. That is a measure of their understanding of Biblical
principles and their application, and their yielded ness to the Holy Spirit. After all, what is the Bible for?
The President, as a Christian, may well seek and know the guidance of the Lord, but he cannot know, or be
responsible for the understandings or actions of those around him or below him, down the entire chain of command
.... even to the battlefield. The overall national sentiment upon which action will be taken: natural events have
natural solutions .... we must act now and pay the price; we will do it until we prevail, regardless of the cost. That is
what the news media is communicating to the world. Natural men will be briefing the President, giving him their
interpretation of their information; he, in turn must contend with his own "flesh", and the "flesh" strives against the
Spirit and the Spirit against the "flesh", making it sometimes difficult to hear from the Spirit.
We must heed the admonition of Scripture: " do not be haughty in mind do not be wise in your own estimation never
pay back evil for evil to anyone respect what is right in the sight of all men if, possible, so far as it depends on you,
be at peace with all men never take your own revenge leave room for the wrath of God do not be overcome by evil,
but overcome evil with good." (from Ro. 12: 16 21). We must therefore understand that, although God does not
expect us to just stand back and be destroyed by others, He does expect us to respond judiciously, righteously,
prayerfully, led by His Spirit, that our responses would be only those which led by Him, as He led Joshua and David
in battle. " See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and
to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant." (Jer. 1: 10) We must therefore pray that He will cause the
leaders of our nation and all other nations to decide according to His Ways, His Will, His desire, His righteousness,
that no harm would needlessly come to those who would be otherwise "innocent" victims of the scourage of war.
This kind of balance can only be brought to the circumstances of nations by the Church, the army of the Lord,
warring on its knees with the weapons of prayer. As in the first century, and even today, the church wars on its
knees.
CHAPTER 6
FAILURE OF THE CHURCH TO RECOGNIZE THE TRUE NATURE OF THE WARFARE AND ITS ROLE IN IT: A
RECIPE FOR DISASTER

If the church, worldwide, fails to recognize the true nature of the warfare we are in, and its role in it, this will be a
recipe for natural and worldwide disaster. In the New Testament scripture, in Ephesians 6:12, The Holy Spirit gives
us a certain revelation to which all must pay attention. He says , through Paul, " Our struggle is not against the
flesh, but against principalities, powers, rulers of this present darkness, wicked spirits in high places." What is the
Holy Spirit's message through Paul? Nothing less then this: LIFE ON THIS EARTH IS A SPIRITUAL WARFARE.
Unless the church is able to recognize and deal with it, to protect itself, families and loved ones, the nation, and
others, it will remain carnal and impotent... a recipe to get "steam-rollered" by Satan. I prophesied this in our
congregation in 1996. I am seeing it in Christian families all around me today. It is all over Miami, and is occurring
widely, elsewhere. The amazing thing is that Satan was defeated at the cross by the Lord Jesus Christ nearly two
thousand years ago, and his power was taken from him. Yet, everything that he does in the world today, he does
only through lies, deception, and ministering to and energizing the "flesh" of men. Look at what he is able to do with
lies and deception alone! Could you imagine what this earth might be like if he still had his power? With lies, alone,
he was able to bring down two I I 0 story buildings, a wall of the Pentagon, and three airplanes, killing numerous
people, and rendering a multitude of families motherless, fatherless, children orphaned, businesses in ruin, and
people without income. And all by lies.
".... Woe to the inhibiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great
wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time." (Rev.12:12)
Many Christians are waiting for Jesus to do something quickly. Jesus is waiting for you to do something quickly.
Jesus is waiting to go before the Father with your faith filled words. God does nothing but through prayer, nothing
but through faith, nothing but through blessing and cursing. When the church arises in faith and prayer, Jesus, our
High Priest and Mediator, will go before the Father with our faith filled words, confess our faith filled prayers to the
Father, our fulfilling of the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ, and the GRACE will flow from the throne, our answer to
prayer which will be Satan's defeat! Church, arise and speak!! The power has been delegated to the Church to
trample serpents and scorpions (Lk.10:17,19). It either has or it hasn't. Do you believe that it has been given? Then
use it-in Jesus' Might Name!
While our nation-at-large, and other nations, look upon the present world circumstances, and terrorist experiences,
with natural eyes and understanding, the church is called to perceive and espond through the eyes of the Holy
Spirit.
It is unconscionable for us to believe that our country and its military, or that of other countries, can succeed in their
purpose and intent using the arm of the "flesh" alone. This is a recipe for disaster which will bring certain length of
days and much loss of life to this effort, to say nothing of innocent human suffering, anguish, and victimization. The
church is called to a higher standard. Scripture says that to those to whom much is given, much is expected. We
must respond ... but we must respond not in a spirit of anger, revenge, and offense, but with the mind of Christ
as Biblical thinkers. We must respond in the spirit of excellence spoken of the prophet Daniel.
By understanding the current world circumstances through the eyes and understanding of the Holy Spirit, and
yielding ourselves to Him, we acknowledge the Lord, His sovereignty in all circumstances, and He will show us what
to do and how to pray (Prov.4:6). What I am saying is that our nation's response with the natural eyes and ,
lerstanding, alone, will not bring victory or restitution to our country. Our human soldiers, or warriors, need spiritual
prayer warriors behind them, backing them up, praying for them, interceding, and doing specific and territorial
spiritual warfare, using all the Biblical methods of prayer and all the tools of spiritual warfare, to make this worldwide
effort to wipe out the works of our human and spiritual enemies, a permanent and lasting success. It is necessary
for their protection and preservation, that they may return home safely. It is necessary for the salvation of those who
hate us, and who must come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ .... for it is not the Will of the Father
that any man perish.
Why the emphasis on spiritual warfare prayer backing of our military services? Why not just look at it with the
natural eyes and natural understanding? The answer to that lies in the understanding that what is going on in the
physical or natural reality does not interpret the spiritual, but what is going on in spiritual reality, in the spirit realm,
interprets what we see in the natural. This is the lesson learned from Daniel Chapter 10 ... one of the most
important sections in the Bible on spiritual warfare. Let us look at it for a few moments.
Consider this: The prophet Daniel was in captivity with Judah, in Babylon. He had prayed to the Lord for the
release of his people from Babylonian captivity. Chapter 10 gives us astounding revelations on spiritual warfare that
the church at large gives little attention to. Consider these points:
a. Daniel 10:12 in this passage we see something awesome. Read the key words in italics:

"Then he (Gabriel) said to me "Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart
on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God your words were heard, and I
have come in response to your words."
Now let me ask you a question .... according to this passage, how many believers does it take to
intercede for a nation against its enemy? The answer is one. In this case, Daniel. Do you notice
what else Gabriel said in that verse? He said that Daniel's words were heard on the first day and
that he had come in response to "your" words, that is, Daniel's words. What does this demonstrate?
It demonstrates, if you read on, that the faith filled words of one Godly man, are able to free a whole
nation from bondage and set captives free! What faith! I am sure that many of those from Judah
who were in captivity were praying. But Daniel, in particular, knew how to pray it says he set his
heart on understanding (the ways of the Lord) and humbling himself, first. He obviously spoke faith
filled words in supplication to the Lord for the Lord responded. His faith filled words moved the hand
of God to respond on Judah's behalf. Notice that it did not take great numbers to pray for the
release of captivity of the whole nation. No, it took only the faith and faith confession supplication of
one man, of whom it was spoken that he was "of an excellent spirit", that is, he moved in the spirit
of excellence of the Holy Spirit. What God did for Daniel, God will do for each and every believer,
for the Word instructs us that God is not a respecter of persons, that is, He has no favorites. What
He did for Daniel, He will do for you and me.
b. Daniel 10: 13 now watch this! Hear what Gabriel went on to say:
"But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was withstanding me one and twenty days; then
behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the
kings of Persia."
Now, Gabriel reveals to Daniel that while he (Daniel) was praying to the Lord, on the earthly level, a
battle was raging in the atmospheric heaven above the earth. Gabriel was descending from
heaven. He said that he was stopped by the prince of Persia. This is no earthly prince, since no
human prince would be able to withstand or resist the power of a heavenly angel or overcome him.
No, the prince of Persia was the demon power or principality over the nation of Persia, where
Babylon was. Notice that the verse also speaks descending from heaven. He said that he was
stopped by the prince of Persia. This is no earthly prince, since no human prince would be able to
withstand or resist the power of a heavenly angel or overcome him. No, the prince of Persia was
the demon power or principality over the nation of Persia, where Babylon was. Notice that the verse
also speaks of the kings of Persia. These are higher ranking principalities that name themselves as
such because of their spiritual pride and haughtiness. Ephesians 6 refers to them as " wicked spirits
in high places". Michael, in this verse, the Arch angel of God, is referred to as one of the "chief
princes" (of the Kingdom of Heaven). The implication here is that Satan's hierarchy refer to
themselves also as "kings", "queens", "chief princes" and "princes" because Satan counterfeits
everything that the Lord Jesus Christ does. Indeed, in the book of the Revelation, we see that the
Lord, near the end of the Great Tribulation, sends the "angels of the four winds" to gather the
people who have become saved while still on the earth, into the Kingdom before the Great Day of
the Lord. The demonic princes of the north, south, east, and west, are nothing more than the
Satanic counterfeits of the Lord's angels of the four winds.
The important point for us to understand in these passages is that while Daniel and his nation were
in earthly captivity, looking at their circumstances with natural eyes and understanding, that in the
spirit realm, a great battle had been raging between Gabriel and demonic principalities, which
preceded Gabriel's arrival to answer Daniel's prayer, by three weeks. So, we learn from this that
when we pray, binding principalities and powers in prayer, it may take up to three weeks for us to
see changes, results, or heavenly response. Why? Because there will be opposition from the
enemy, but the enemy will not succeed. The faith of one man, Daniel, determined that for a whole
nation, and not even dark angels were able to stop the response of God, set in motion by the faith
filled words and supplication of one mere man. Such was the faithfulness of God to Daniel. Such
will be the faithfulness of God to you and me. It is not numbers of prayers who move God. It is faith
Jesus said that with faith, you could move a mountain and with faith, as Daniel 10 demonstrates,
you can certainly move the hand of God, when He is approached reverently (the fear of the Lord).
What is the overall message of Daniel 10? That when something is going on, on the physical level,
something is going on, on the spiritual level first, and it must be dealt with. That something, the
scripture shows, is a spiritual warfare.

Let's examine this in more detail. Where would this spiritual warfare battle have occurred? The answer to that is in
the atmospheric heavens above the earth. Why? Because Gabriel was descending from heaven to come to answer
Daniel's prayer. He told Daniel that the prince of Persia hindered him for 21 days or three weeks. In other words, the
prince of Persia came up to meet him, do battle with him, and stop him from getting to Daniel; he tried to stop
Gabriel from reaching the earth's surface. Therefore, the battle took place in mid air, or the mid heavens, which is
mis-transliterated by the King James translators, in Mt. 16:19 as the "kingdom of heaven". It should read, more
appropriately from the Greek, " I will give you the keys of the "heavenlies" (atmospheric heavens), and whatever
you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." What is
the Lord saying here? That the keys to controlling and opposing Satan and his dark spirits, his principalities and
powers, are the prayers of binding and loosing. Mt. 16:19 is the New Testament confirmation of how New
Testament prophetic people deal with dark spirits, principalities, powers, rulers of this present darkness, wicked
spirits in high places, in this dispensation of grace .... by binding and loosing them.
So when we see manifestations of evil, such as terrorism or war, or the like, on the earth, know for certain that it is
because something has happened in the heaven lies first, where a battle is also raging. To address the earthly
without addressing the heaven lies battle and not use the delegated power of the Holy Spirit to trample serpents
and scorpions (Lk. 10: 17,19), is to compromise our faith walk and not use our Biblical knowledge to its fullest. The
ultimate cost is the Lord's glory, which is lost if the enemy is given a victory that he should not have had.
Now, perhaps, you understand better why I said that it is a mistake for our nation to permit our military troops to
pursue the enemy through the natural eye and understanding. The scripture says that the natural man cannot
understand the things of God (Ro.8:7). I Cor. I tells us that the things of God appear as foolishness to man. But
Jesus said that the "things of the Spirit are spirit...." (John 3:6). Therefore, when we are ready to do the ridiculous,
God is ready to do the miraculous.
They must have spiritual warfare back up, or the principalities, powers, rulers, wicked spirits in high places ... the
Satanic hierarchy ... will go unchecked, and will be able to continue to oppose, deceive, spiritually and physically
attack, demoralize, discourage, delay, and emotionally and psychologically overwhelm and debilitate them, and
wear them down. These are spirits of war, murder, mayhem, control, religion, antichrist, destruction, lies, deception,
terrorism, death, spite, hate, obsession, unbelief, witchcraft, domination, fanaticism, cruelty, self will, and the like.
They are bent toward the will of hell.
Let me digress, briefly, to provide you with a more comprehensive perspective, seeing with the eyes of the Spirit.
First, it is important to recognize that Satan counterfeits all that the Holy Spirit does. Just as the Holy Spirit anoints
us, and increases our anointing over time, so does Satan negatively anoint or empower his agents or instruments of
evil. Our first anointing comes on us when we get born again, the anointing which pen nits us to enter covenant and
understand the things of God (John 3:3,5). The second anointing comes upon us through the Baptism in the Spirit,
to empower us to walk our faith walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit (Acts 1:5,8, speaking to
already born again believers). The third anointing, called by some "Davidic" or "kingly", permits body ministry to
large numbers of peoples, and to move them, in the Spirit (of God), to effect a spiritual change in their lives to carry
out a purpose of the Kingdom. In short, it is an anointing which spiritually permits the possessor of that anointing to
move "the masses".
Satan does the same and counterfeits the same. It is the terrorist leaders who are "anointed" and "empowered" by
the unholy spirit, one Satan by name, and who are given "anointing" to move "the masses", more so than their
underlings. Why? Because they are empowered by principalities and power spirits, those which permit movement
against, government of, and bondage and spiritual imprisonment of nations. They are national level spirits.
Terrorists and the like, as sons of Belial, are only empty vessels for their (the spirits) use ... again the counterfeit of
what the Christian is for the Holy Spirit. Demonic spirits drive them, possess them, and use them, just as they do
any other evil person. That they do what they do, not by the Spirit of God, is even acknowledged by Islamic scholars
and moderates who are sufficiently vocal to proclaim to the world that what these people do is a distortion of Islam
... a hijack of religion for a political agenda. It is these spirits upon these men who must be addressed, bound along
with all of their blueprints, plots, plans, designs, assignments, judgments, decrees, etc. ...all in the Name of Christ
Jesus. Those spirits which are the most prominent in these strongholds are the spirits of: Belial, lies, unforgiveness,
spite, hate, anger, religion, witchcraft, obsession, terrorism, subversion, vengeance, murder, and war.
They drive these terrorists, and others like them, to perform their will and the will of their father, the Devil. When the
World Trade Center and Pentagon were attacked, and the airplane crashed in Pennsylvania, the entire world asked
what it was that drove these terrorists to do what they did? The answer to that is simple. They gave themselves
over to lying demons, believing doctrines of Islam, which, even according to Islamic scholars, were not correctly
interpreted. They embraced a lie. Then they became obsessed by the lie. Then they followed the lie. The origin of

all lies is the father of lies, Satan. They became possessed. They were driven to believe that they would obtain an
after life of self fulfilling bliss, each receiving 36 virgins for himself. How gross and base ... seeking heaven and God
for personal advantage and aggrandizement, rather than to know Him. They became immoral and were given over
to a depraved mind, believing the strong delusion (Ro.1). They became possessed by devils. Their thoughts were
the thoughts of devils. Their intents were the intents of devils. Their acts were the acts of devils. Their works were
the works of devils. Given over to Satan, he was able to live his life in them and through them (the counterfeit), and
carry out his ministry to kill, steal and destroy (John 10: 10).
These and all spirits discerned must be bound continually and opposed spiritually by a worldwide army of
spiritual warfare prayer warriors who are willing to walk by faith, not by sight, without fear, and with
persistence, using the Biblical tools of spiritual warfare. We must become Biblical thinkers, Biblical
warriors, Biblical responders. The strongholds will fall, just as the prince of Persia fell. If one man, Daniel, by
faith, could move the hand of God to free and deliver a whole nation, how much more, then, shall an army of prayer
warriors, in unity and one accord, move the hand of God to respond on behalf of a whole world.
Why must we oppose the enemy spiritually? Because the spiritual interprets the physical. The physical does not
interpret what is spiritual. That is the lesson of Daniel Chapter 10. God has given us "the keys". We must use them
for His purpose and glory.
A BIBLICAL CHRISTIAN'S RESPONSE TO THE SPIRITUAL ENEMY:
Spiritual Warfare for Our Nation and Other Nations:
Here are some Biblical principles to follow:
1. First and foremost, you must be born again and water baptized by immersion. This is a requirement of
Scripture. (John 3:3,5)
2. Receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit by prayer and laying on of hands. If you are in a church that does not
believe, teach, or receive the Holy Spirit Baptism, I lovingly ask you to please reconsider your position and
carefully study the Word, then, instead of listening to what man says about it, go directly to the Holy Spirit
and ask Him to reveal the truth to you, in Jesus' Name, and He will. You cannot be man led and Spirit led.
God is not in it. You must be either man led or Spirit led. If you agree to only be Spirit led, that is what
makes covenant a covenant.
You must be equipped to walk in the fullness of power. Those who do not have the Holy Spirit
Baptism do have the Holy Spirit, the indwelling from the born-again experience which is His
constant ministry in them and through them to produce the fruit of the Spirit, that is, formation in
Christ (not information about Christ). This is the Holy Spirit within. But they do not receive the
fullness of power until the Holy Spirit comes upon them (Acts 1:5.8; Acts 8:14 17; Lk. 11: 10 in all of
these scriptures the Holy Spirit is speaking to those who have already been born-again and water
baptized). This represents the Holy Spirit upon. New Testament scripture regarding the Holy Spirit
can clearly be divided into those verses referring to the Holy Spirit within and the Holy Spirit upon. It
will be clearly seen that the activity of the Holy Spirit within, is the indwelling which makes us a New
Creation, is constant, as it produces the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22,23). That which speaks of the
Holy Spirit upon, demonstrates that it is an intermittent manifestation of the Holy Spirit, manifests
only as the Spirit wills, and produces the operation of the gifts of the Spirit, not the fruit of the Spirit.
(I Cor. 12: 11).
I respectfully and lovingly ask all who would take issue with these concepts to go directly to the
Holy Spirit and seek answers from Him alone. There is much at risk. If the believer who refuses to
believe or receive the Holy Spirit Baptism hardens his/her heart to the possibility that it truly exists
as an experience in itself, separate and distinct from the born-again experience, then, he/she short
changes themselves and never attain to walking in the fullness of the power of the Holy Spirit,
which contributes to weakening the church. The Lord says in the Scripture, " I change not." Just as
Pentecost came to the 12 apostles and the three thousand, Pentecost must come to you. Each and
every Christian must have their own Pentecost experience, receiving it by faith in Christ alone.
Then, united, the church moves in the fullness of power, authority, and communication with the
Holy Spirit. If you do not receive this concept, I earnestly entreat you, brother or sister, please,
please pray on it until you receive a clear revelation. God is faithful. Man is not.
3. Territorial spiritual warfare versus personal spiritual warfare:
In personal spiritual warfare, it is usually not necessary to do anything more than to bind Satan first, then
the strongman (ruler spirit on assignment), then the spirits under the ruler spirit (by discernment or word of
knowledge), loose the person, and command them out ... each command given in the Name of Christ

Jesus, and persisting, until the manifestation of deliverance and freedom is witnessed in your spirit, by the
Spirit.
IMPORTANT: notice that Mt. 12:29 says that you cannot destroy the strongman's house (the demonic
stronghold within the person) unless you first bind the strongman.
It goes on to say that then you can pillage his house (stronghold). Know that the first strongman is Satan;
the next strongman is the ruler spirit or strongman on assignment upon the individual. The commands are
usually simple:
" I bind you, Satan, in the Name of Christ Jesus"
" I bind you, ruler spirit, in the Name of Christ Jesus"
" I loose (name of person), in the Name of Christ Jesus"
" I cast you out to go wandering in dry places, never to return to him/her, or any other living being, all in
Christ Jesus' Name."
The commands are given with persistence until the manifestation of deliverance is witnessed or
confirmed by the witness of the Holy Spirit.
NOTE: We almost never begin personal deliverance without first investigating legal grounds for
Satan to stand: generations curses, curses spoken by others, self-inflicted curses or inner vows ( "
I'll never trust another man again!"), curse of dishonoring parents, secret or hidden sin,
unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, hate, spite, anger, or need for healing of emotional or
physical traumas, first. Traumas, psychic or physical, with consequent broken heart or wounded
spirit, may be the "hook" that demons hold onto. Always look for, and break, generations curses
(physical, emotional, spiritual) before doing a deliverance on someone, by repenting of the sins of
the ancestors, for grieving the Holy Spirit, then decree it broken in the Name of Christ Jesus. The
presence of a generation curse in a family line is detected by discerning the same problem present
in more than one member of the family, in at least two different generations. Always look for, and
get them to repent of any involvements in the occult, or occult practices, including involvements in
the New Age Movement, Freemasons, any forms of divination (telling the future) or other witchcraft.
4. Basics of territorial spiritual warfare:
a. Spiritual warfare for continents, nations, states, provinces, cities, communities, public buildings,
church buildings, hospitals, missions, or any buildings or organizations or group which serves a
public function, even though privately owned, fall under the control and opposition of territorial
spirits. They are:
1. Hierarchical - that is, they are organized according to their power and authority, and can
generally be classified into 4 major groups (Eph.6:12) principalities, powers, rulers, wicked
spirits in high places (generals who usually refer to themselves as "kings", "queens", "chief
princes", or "princes". The hierarchy is as follows:
a. Satan the prince of the world, the prince of the power of the air,
b. The king, queen, chief prince, and prince of the north, south, east and west,
(wicked spirits high places),
c. The king, queen, chief prince, and prince of:
1. the continent by name
2. the nation by name
3. the state or province by name
4. the county by name
5. the city, town, village, or community by name
6. then the power spirits which "drive" the community or cause problems there, by
their ministry (spirits are named, Biblically, according to what they minister)
examples: homosexuality, murder, pornography, witchcraft, etc.
Bind them in hierarchical order, from the top down, mentioning
each by name, and always "in the Name of Christ Jesus". Start
with the top ... Satan .... and work down to the local level.
Before doing the territorial warfare, try to get information on the
locale and its history. Was it founded in sin? What sin(s)? Repent
of its histories and defilements (witchcraft, 'Indian wars and
bloodshed, Mormon settlements, etc.) And ask the Lord's
forgiveness for the community grieving the Holy Spirit. Deal with all
national, cultural, and local generational curses that are "known or
unknown", repenting for the sins of the ancestors, and asking the
Lord's forgiveness, all in Christ Jesus' Name. Then break these
territorial curses in the Name of Christ Jesus.
2. Territorial - That is correct, territorial spirits are just that, territorial. they do not cross
continental, national, state or provincial, county, city or local community boundary lines.
Witches say "as above, so below".
Sometimes Satan speaks truth, even though he is the father of lies. In other words,
because they are territorial, if you want to get an idea of how they are organized and
operate on the spiritual level, just take note of how federal, national, state, county, city, and
local governments are organized on the earthly level .... after all, Jesus said that Satan was
the "Prince of this world" and that "all of the world is under the power of Satan". Observe
how earthly, enemy armies operate ... their tactics, maneuvers, rationales, logic,
deceptions, attacks, etc. It will give you an insight and expectation of what is coming from
the spiritual level and their influence on the sons of darkness.
b. Bind all territorial spirits according to hierarchical organization and territory. In the case of intercessory
spiritual warfare for our nation and its military, you can do the following:
1. Monitor daily through the news media, our military's overseas activities troop movements, offenses,
attacks and counterattacks, difficult spots, etc. Note the continent, country or nation, region or state,
city or other location. Begin binding the enemy hierarchically and territorially, down the chain of
command, loose our soldiers and civilians from them, and then discern which spirits are operating
in any local, regional, or national conflict and bind them and loose our own men and women ... all in
Christ Jesus' Name. Every command in the Name of Christ Jesus. Then, by discernment, bind the
enemy and loose our peoples from any other national, regional, or local demonic spirits, such as:

the spirit of antichrist

the spirit of terrorism

the spirit of stupor (eyes not to see, ears not to hear)

the warring spirit

the spirit of religion

the spirit of Jezebel

the spirit of Python

the spirit of witchcraft

the faultfinder spirit

the spirit of Belial (destruction)

the spirit of lies

the spirit of fanaticism

the spirit of obsession,

the spirit of hate

the spirit of unforgiveness

the spirit of subversion

the New Age spirit

the spirit of vengeance

the spirit of blood lust

the spirit of murder

the spirit of rape

the spirit of atrocities

the spirit of perversion

the spirit of theft

the spirit of torture (inquisition)

the spirit of the Inquisition

the spirit of accusation

the spirit of offense

all other spirits, by discernment
2. Decree and agree. ....use the Biblical tools of warfare. Speak upon the enemy:
a. The destruction of the stronghold(s)
b. Confusion
c. Throwing of their seedings, works, plans and activities, blueprints, plots, plans, designs, spiritual
psychical physical assignments, against our nation and its people, other nations and their peoples,
states, provinces, regions, communities, cities, etc. into total and continual disarray. Bind those
works and curse them at the roots, call them exposed by faith, and decree them forbidden to
manifest, permanently, immediately, completely, and continually, all in Christ Jesus' Name.
d. Defeat
e. Exposure of locations, tactics, hiding places, plans, etc.

f. Take captive to Christ all of their: seedings, works, plans, activities, blueprints, plots designs,
cantrups, ligatures, judgments of witches,
warlocks, or shamans, curses, hexes, vexes, bewitchments, enchantments, spells, all pacts
covenants contracts workings of evil or witchcraft, with or without blood, all demonic ministrations,
ideations, mental locutions, statements, or thoughts
g. Bind these things all in Christ Jesus' Name. Call them all "cancelled, made null and void, never
more manifested, never more come to pass, cursed and destroyed at their roots, rendered of no
effect, judged and spoiled .... all in Christ Jesus' Name."
h. Then, bind and break their powers, supply lines, communications lines, and bind up and off all
spiritual reinforcements...." permanently, immediately, completely, and continually, all in Christ
Jesus' Name"
i. Bind them up and off from giving any earthly agent(s) their benefits, and decree such cut off
immediately and permanently in Christ Jesus' Name. Remember, when you are ready to do the
ridiculous, God is ready to do the miraculous .... by faith in Him.
j. Use your faith. You do not have to be eloquent in your speech. Just start each command with "
Father, in the Name of Christ Jesus I bind ", and proceed accordingly with each subsequent
command that the Lord puts on your heart to speak.
k. Use the other tools of spiritual warfare plead the Blood against the enemies strongholds, curse their
works at the roots, all in Christ Jesus'
Name. Pray a hedge of protection over our military personnel in the Name.
l. Pray as Jehoshaphat prayed, with praise, asking the Lord to flush the enemy out, to expose them,
and to set ambushes against them. Remember, we are speaking of spiritual enemies, here. DO
NOT underestimate the power of decreeing (Job 22:28) when spoken in faith.
m. Lay hands on enemy strongholds, in the Spirit, and curse the stronghold at its roots, in Jesus'
Name. Some people use a map as a point of contact with their faith, to express, more firmly, their
faith confession. I do not find it necessary . Some people even map out the demonic regions of their
cities on maps, including the city blocks which support bars, pornography stores, brothels, etc. ,
using pins as map locators, and then, removing the pins as the strongholds fall and the places
close down. I once walked up to a botanical, a witchcraft supply store in Miami, and laid hands on
the building and spoke to the mountain (the problem) (Mt. 11:23), and cursed it at the roots and
commanded it to be uprooted and cast out, in Christ Jesus' Name. The next time that I was in that
area, I parked across from that place and, to my delight, it was gone. It went out of business .... and
in the middle of a very busy shopping center! And I can tell you of many, many more stories of
similar experiences of other Spirit filled Christians who happen to live here in Miami, the witchcraft
capitol of the United States (unfortunately). Don't worry, folks, we're working on it!
n. Bind the enemy up and off from harming innocent men, women, and children, and pray a hedge of
protection around them with the Blood of Jesus, in the Name of Jesus.
3. Then, after binding from the top, downward, bind the ancillary spirits, the spirits which support them, spy,
and report back to those spirits higher up than they, what our military troops, coalition troops, and our
government is doing, including our President and all in positions in authority under him. In the spirit realm
things operate just as in the human realm, only there first. So we bind any and all spirits who are
information gatherers( You are being watched, and listened to!!): eavesdroppers, watchers, scanners,
divinators, kite, fly, and spy demons, tabbers, trackers, trappers, taggers, and traveler spirits, mover spirits,
gatekeepers and doorkeepers, hoverers, whisperers; all ancestrals and familiars, all disembodied spirits, all
who project (soul travelers such as witches, warlocks, and shamans), all in Christ Jesus' Name. Bind them,
break their power, communication lines and supply lines, bind up and off all reinforcements, take captive to
Christ all of their works and assignments, blueprints, plots, plans and designs, curse them at the roots, call
them (by faith) cancelled, made null and void, cursed and destroyed at their roots, rendered of no effect and
forbidden to manifest permanently, immediately, completely, and continually, all in Christ Jesus' Name.
You will note, from experience, that the more word specific you are in your praying, the more immobilizing
and destructive your prayers are to the enemy. That is because faith filled words have an anointing upon
them, the power of the Holy Spirit, particularly when spoken in line with the Word of God, and the anointing
destroys the yoke or bondage. We must learn to move in power and authority. When the Lord Jesus Christ
said in Lk. 10: 19, that He gave us authority over all the power of the enemy, He literally meant it. We have
the power. We must use it. The gates of hell will not prevail against the Spirit filled church, the Remnant.
Know this, that if we fail to do our spiritual warfare homework as a church, many people worldwide, may fall
into the path of the enemy and be harmed, here or abroad. Know what is at stake. Be courageous enough
to act. You will secure a future for your children, family, nation, and the church, for the Lord's Glory.

CHAPTER 8
A BIBLICAL CHRISTIAN'S RESPONSE TO THE HUMAN ENEMY: DEALING WITH THE SONS OF BELIAL
" Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you If the world hate you, you know that it hated Me before it
hated you But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you,
and pray for them which despitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be the children of your
Father which is in heaven: for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on
the just and on the unjust."
(I J ohn 3:13; J ohn 15:18; Mt. 5:44.45)
While the church, the war club or weapon of war of the Lord Jesus Christ (Jer.51:20) carries out its mission of
prayer and supplication, intercession, intercessory spiritual warfare with binding and loosing, binding and speaking
confusion upon the spiritual/earthly enemy and decreeing that their plans are continually thrown into utter confusion
and disarray; while the church prays for the enemy to be flushed out, their plans uncovered and revealed, protection
over each member of our military, our families, and nation, as well as the nations and peoples of the world, it would
be presumptuous to stop there. It would be presumptuous for the body of Christ to neglect the human factor
involved in what is going on in the world at present.
In regard to worldwide terrorism, and terrorists, there are few, if any, who would, "in the flesh", show them great
love. Maybe their mothers. Our "flesh" response is to want to grab them and shake them from here to eternity, to
trample their heads, to bite out their jugular veins with our bare teeth. Such reactions , perhaps humanly desired
and somewhat exaggerated, are not spiritually warranted. Instead, we must understand them from the Biblical
perspective. The Bible refers to those who are given over totally to evil purposes as the sons of Belial.
"Belial" in the Hebrew, literally means "worthless" or "wicked" (evil), reckless, lawless, destructive. Belial is the spirit
of destruction, and, in actuality, represents Satan's ministry (John 10: 10) The spirit of Belial is the driving force
behind the sons of Belial, those human agents who willfully give themselves over to a depraved mind, full of every
evil intent, without conscience or remorse. The word "sons" in the Hebrew, literally refers to the "men" of Belial. In
other words, they take on the life of the spirits who drive them. They are, in other words, possessed. They
have permitted the spirits of Belial to live their lives in them and through them, a Satanic counterfeit of what yielded
Christians do when they allow the Holy Spirit to live His life in them and through them. They (the men) have become
empty vessels for their (the spirits) use. The spirit of Belial is on each and every such person who has permitted a
certain area of their thought life to be possessed by this spirit, and in so doing, has given himself/herself over to
obsession to do harm and evil (wickedness). The spirit of Belial, the spirit of terrorism, and the spirit of witchcraft are
the three fold cord which drives the terrorist under the direction of the antichrist spirit. The spirit of Python
(divination) is a co conspirator, as is the spirit of religion and the spirit of obsession.
The sons of Belial are characterized in the Scripture. As you will see, this clearly describes our human terrorist
enemies:
1. they are evil . (Judg. 20:13)
2. they do not know the Lord. (I Sam. 2:12)
3. they have blood lust. ( 2 Sam. 16:7)
4. they cannot be taken with hands (easily captured). (2 Sam. 23:6)
5. they lie and seek to kill. (I Kings 2 1: 10)
6. they have no agreement with Christians. (2 Cor.6:15)
7. they are perverse. (Judg. 19:22)
8. they are idolaters. ( Deut. 13:13)
9. there is lots of evil and destruction against them and their household. (I Sam. 25:17) (Psalm 58)
(Psalm 64)
10. they are vain opportunists. (2 Chron. 13:7)
The above descriptions clearly show that the U.S. military and its coalition military forces will have to put great
effort, diligence, and perseverance into pursuing this kind of enemy, because, the Scripture tells us that they are
not easily "taken with hands", that is, they are elusive and not easily captured. The reason is because there is
a cunning, divination like, hit and run spirit (Belial) which drives them. It, and the others must continually be bound,
along with all of their works. Confusion and disarray must be spoken continually upon their seedings, works, plans,
activities, blueprints, plots, plans, designs, and assignments, and their strongholds cursed at the roots, all in the
Name of Christ Jesus. Binding down the chain of command is required first, down to the strongman on assignment
to or through each human agent, then the abovementioned spirits which make up the stronghold, including the

familiar and ancestral spirits on assignment. The human terrorists must be loosed in the Name of Jesus, and the
spirits bound up and off ... permanently, immediately, completely, and continually ... in Christ Jesus' Name. Then,
intercede for the terrorists, or others who do evil, that they may come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus
Christ.
The Holy Spirit calls us to keep calm, collected, and deliberate in our actions and judgments, understanding that
spiritual problems have spiritual solutions .... not human solutions. What happens on the human level is a
reflection of what is going on at the spiritual level, first. We must ever keep in mind this principle ... spiritual
problems have spiritual solutions. We must, therefore, move with the Holy Spirit and not against the Holy Spirit by
exerting our own will and understanding. We must be Spirit led. This is not a time for rallying, and assemblies,
criticizing what went wrong, fault finding, hot headedness, seething anger or revenge. For Bible believing, Spirit
filled Christians, this is a time to get quiet, to discern what the Spirit is saying and leading, to submit and surrender
and seek His Will and leading in every prayer we pray and every decision we make. He will see us through to
victory. This is a time for calm, deliberate Spirit filled judgments, without condemnation, a time of turning as a
nation, humbling ourselves before God and seeking His face and praying. This is a time of calling upon the Name of
the Lord. This is a time of applying spiritual knowledge and principles of the Word, of walking and speaking as a
Biblical thinker, lest, through the "flesh" (the backdoor to the enemy into our lives and into the life of our nation), we
let the enemy in, and he have more of his way with us. This is a time for spiritual warfare, a time to apply Biblical
knowledge and principles. A time to know who we are in Christ and use His delegated power and authority in
the realm of the Spirit. He has said, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every voice which is raised
against you shall be ashamed..." and "...when the enemy comes in, like a flood the Spirit of the Lord will raise a
standard against them...". This, then, is a time to stand and resist .... for the Word says that if we do, that Satan will
flee. We walk by faith, not by sight. This, then, is a time to rise up and be used as the war instrument of the Holy
Spirit. It is true that much of what we are seeing is prophetic and must come to pass, the beginning of sorrows. That
does not mean that the Lord expects us to stand in harm's way and get "steam hollered" by the enemy. What must
prophetically come to pass must come to pass, knowing that it is directed at the world which is at enmity to God, for
their conversion, to drive men to Him. Nowhere in Scripture does it say that these things are meant to destroy the
church or its people. On the contrary, we are called to resist the devil and stand fast.
But we must remember that our war is not against the flesh, not against man, not against terrorists themselves ...
but against the principalities, powers, and dark forces which drive and possess them. Few, if any of them, know
God. That is obvious because we judge something, if it be of God, by the fruit. It should be obvious to all, then, that
they carry out Satan's ministry of destruction, and are not Spirit led. Their sins are sins of ignorance, although
serious and grievous to the Holy Spirit. We, as Christians, however, are called to look at this world and these people
through the eyes of the Holy Spirit, and to respond accordingly. What is His Will? That no man perish.
As this nation and the nations of the world respond to the common human enemy of terrorists, and do what they
have to do, let us arise in the Spirit as citizens of another country also, for heaven is our home, its host are our
military, we saints are its citizens, "tongues" and "praise" are our language, and Jesus is our King. Let us, therefore,
take on the mind of Christ and think as He thinks, walk as He walks, and forgive as He forgives .... yes, even unto
death, if necessary. I know, its hard to conceive, hard to believe, but without that kind of love, the God kind of love,
we are only clanging symbols, Bible thumping orators, self righteous religionists bringing others under
condemnation for their spiritual blindness and lack of understanding, white washed Pharisees.
Until we are able to see the terrorist, or even the unsaved unbeliever on the street, as true victims, themselves, of
demonization, the "flesh", and ignorance, in need of rescue and revelation, we will never know, heed, or pray with
the heart of The Father. The church is being tested.
The Biblical Christian's response to the human enemy must encompass the Word. Therefore, we must do the
following:
1. First and foremost, DO NOT REJOICE over the misfortunes of the human enemy, as they fall or stumble
into destruction, for the Bible says will. It displeases the Lord. ( Proverbs 24: 17,18) The Lord's anger turns
from them. If the Lord's anger turns from them, and He is displeased, the obvious implication from the
scripture is that the Lord's anger will turn toward you.
2. Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which
despitefully use you and persecute you. ( Mt. 5:44 48; Lk.6:25 27,3537)
3. Ask, that is, petition the Father for them and their salvation, in Jesus' Name. (John 16:23)
4. Ask the Father to call them to the Lord Jesus Christ. (John 14:6)
5. Ask the Father to give them the Holy Spirit. ( Lk. 11: 13; Joel 2:2 8)
6. Do not judge them. (Ro. 2: 1)
We must repent of our own sins and words of ignorance. Scripture says that judgment begins with the
house of God. The church must judge itself. Scripture is also clear that when we judge, we are to judge

righteously, that is, according to the Word of God; the Word tells us that we are not to judge a man's heart
or its intent, nor his actions, character, or morals, but we are to judge a man's doctrine. Neither should we
delight in their misfortune. This is a response of the "flesh" and by the "flesh" will no. man be justified before
God. We are to pity them and their circumstance, instead, and pray for them.
7. Extend unconditional forgiveness to them. (Mt. 6:14,15)
Why? Because:
1. these are they for whom Christ died (Ro. 5:6)
2. it is a command of Scripture. (Mt. 6:14)
3. they are in the kingdom of darkness, in the possession of the enemy, and without understanding of
the spiritual consequences of their actions.
4. their sins, although ferocious and hateful, are sins of ignorance.
5. we must recognize the true cause. (Eph.6:12)
8. Extend unconditional love to them. (Lk. 6:27)
9. Pray for them. (Lk. 6:28). Here are some things to pray:
a. for them to know the Lord.
b. for a heart of flesh where there is a heart of stone.
c. for their understanding to be opened.
d. for mercy for them.
e. for them not to loose their lives, that they may be granted time to come to a saving knowledge of the
Lord Jesus Christ, and to repentance and contrition.
f. for a clear, unobstructed path cut to their hearts, minds, souls, and spirits, and the truth and the light
of the Lord Jesus Christ to shine in.
g. for the Lord's ministering angels of love, power, a sound mind, grace, supplication, adoption,
wisdom, revelation, knowledge, understanding, good counsel, contrition, repentance, conviction,
and the fear of the Lord, to be bound to them to minister to each of them continually.
h. petition for, and pray the breaking of the strong delusion off of their hearts and minds.
i. for the Lord Jesus Christ to give to each and every terrorist or other enemy of the church, and of the
nations, whatever experience he or she needs to bring them to a saving knowledge of the Lord
Jesus Christ.
10. Other Things To Pray For:
a. we must pray the heart of the Father and the spirit of wisdom for all circumstances, including for
those in authority in our nation and other nations, for those in authority in our military, for every
member of the armed forces, for our nation and its people, for our enemies, for ourselves.
b. pray for the safety and protection of all innocent peoples, spiritually and temporally.
c. pray for unity and one accord for the church and the nations, and in unity and one accord.
d. pray that the Lord will guard the hearts of all in authority in this nation and in all nations, and in
making all decisions regarding the enemy and warfare against the enemy.
e. pray the continual binding of territorial spirits, spirits of terrorism, witchcraft, inquisition, torture, the
warring spirit, the antichrist spirit, the spirit of the world, the spirit of lies, the spirit of deception, the
death spirit, the spirit of maiming, the religious spirits, spirit of accusation, spirit of persecution, and
all others by discernment. Remember to bind hierarchically, that is, from the top, down the chain of
command, starting with Satan first.
f. Monitor newscasts on television and radio several times daily:
1. Determine geographical locations of military activity and terrorist activity, daily, and pray the
location and the need in the Spirit, and with continual binding and loosing prayer.
Remember, you bind the spirit(s) (from the top down, Mt. 12:29), and you loose the
persons/circumstances/, and all commands in Christ Jesus' Name.
2. Monitor responses of the nations leaders and the military.
3. Determine the need and plant the seed (faith filled words delivered under the anointing
through intercessory praying in the Spirit and warfare prayers of binding, loosing, and
cursing enemy activities, plans, blueprints, plots, designs, assignments, etc. at the roots,
canceling them, and decreeing them forbidden to manifest, etc., ... each and every
command, decree, or agreement, in Christ Jesus' Name). Pray against what you see
which is unrighteous in God's eyes.
4. As you see the military move into certain areas, immediately bind Satan, then the territorial
spirits, the principalities and power spirits over that continent, nation, state, province,
region, city or other community, then the strongmen assigned to each and every enemy
soldier, and all spirits not of the Holy Spirit manifesting to or through them, loose our
military personnel from them, curse and destroy their seedings, works, plans, activities,
blueprints, plots, plans, designs, cantrups, ligatures, judgments of witches, shamans, or
warlocks, assignments, pacts or covenants with or without blood, curses, hexes, vexes,
bewitchments, enchantments, spells, etc., loose all of our personnel at home and abroad

from them, including our people, curse those things at the roots and render them of no
effect, in the Name of Christ Jesus by the Blood of Christ Jesus. Decree them null and void,
even as they arise. Remember, many, many terrorists are uneducated, and culturally
primitive, and being superstitious, will easily turn to shamanistic witchcraft for support.
Many of our military personnel who are not saved, would be vulnerable to spiritual attack.
5. Watch the weather, and if necessary, bind the elemental spirits, and loose the people, in
Jesus' Name.
g. we must pray for the Holy Spirit to guard our hearts, that the heart of the Father may be seen in us
and live through us, for His Glory.
h. we must pray for the Holy Spirit to give us strength, discernment, and perseverance. In these, our
times of testing (temptations). (James 1:24, 12 16)
i. pray with abundant praise prayer, that the Lord will set ambushments against spiritual enemies.
Decree and agree for it, as did Jehoshophat (2 Chron.20:14 22), that by so doing, the enemy will be
flushed out, exposed, and routed, in Christ Jesus' Name.
The Old Testament clearly shows that the nations are spiritually embodied in their prophets. This nation is spiritually
embodied in its prophets. It is also embodied in its Christian people, who, according to the New Testament Word
are a prophetic people. We, as a prophetic people, therefore, must respond to the spiritual and temporal needs of
our nation. We need a very large an ny of spiritual warfare warriors and intercessors who will pray prayers such as
these on a daily or regular basis, who will recruit other Spirit filled Christians to do so, and who will help to build a
spiritual army in our nation for prayer support of our nation and our military personnel, as well as other nations;
people who are willing to pray for the preservation, restoration, and healing of the nations, and for the preservation
of man ... spiritually, and temporally, that every action of every government and its military, will be led and guided by
the Spirit of Wisdom of the Holy Spirit.
In John 10:10 Jesus tells us that Satan come to kill, steal, and destroy. As we watched the airplanes smash into the
World Trade Center, and as we watched the buildings collapse as the people within were killed before our eyes,
and loved ones stolen from their families in a tragic inferno, it became clear to many Christians as to who,
spiritually, we were watching. It was clear, non verbal communication to all of mankind guess who is coming soon?
Belial, the spirit of destruction, has already reared its ugly head on the scene as a prologue to the coming of Satan,
and Antichrist, but guess who is right behind, carrying a scepter, a "big stick" in His hand? None other than the Lord
Jesus Christ, Himself .... King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Most High God, Yeshua Immanuel. He will walk softly (come
at a time when no man expects), and with His big stick, His scepter, He will step on the neck of the enemy and
cause every dark spirit, every lost soul, every nation, every person, and every knee to bow and confess that "Jesus
Christ is Lord.".
A moment is soon arriving, when the war of the Lord will be over, and we, His instruments of warfare will rest. Belial
is already defeated. We are simply taking possession of, and confessing, the finished work of the cross. The
restoration of the nations will begin, and we will rule and reign with Him. The Bride and The Son will dance ... ... ...
In Him.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYERS SECTION LEARNING THE VOCABULARY AND CONTENT OF BIBLICAL
SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER: A COMPILATION OF EXAMPLES FOR STUDY AND USE
In this section, examples of spiritual warfare prayers are provided for your use. The purpose is not to provide
generic prayers, but to teach the approach, vocabulary, and content of warfare prayer. You may also use
them as they are written, since it is faith and the intent of the heart that God uses in answering prayer. It is not a
matter of eloquent speech or scholarly aptitude. Once you begin to get the knack of content, that is, what points
should be covered in warfare, and how specific words immobilize and paralyze the enemy, and learn the power of
decreeing and agreement, you will be on your way to becoming a powerful intercessor and prayer warrior ...
providing that you are totally yielded to the Holy Spirit, in Christ Jesus' Name. With practice, you will reach a point
where the Holy Spirit will take you into praying in the Spirit with fluency in what you mean to say and pray, and it
will be coming from you, based on the knowledge and understanding which the Spirit has given you of warfare and
intercession. Effective intercession and spiritual warfare prayer will also mean being able and willing to take some
"hits". As we learn from human warfare, the enemy likes to strike back. But it is this kind of warfare in persistence, in
willingness to die to self and lay oneself down on the altar (putting all surrender, might, and effort into the
sacrifice of intercession no matter what happens), that permits the Holy Spirit to render great and mighty things
through you. The best place to start is with the basics. Here are some examples of warfare prayers. When you get
proficient at the vocabulary, the Holy Spirit will lead you into praying in the Spirit to express these principles in your

own words. We must pray the Holy Spirit, first, to give us discernment (word of knowledge) as to what we are
seeing ... then, asking Him to lead us in what to pray, what to say, and how to pray it. Please note that some
emphasis words in this section appear capitalized.
We begin first with understanding the scriptural basis for spiritual warfare:
SCRIPTURAL BASIS FOR SPIRITUAL WARFARE
Foundational truths for spiritual warfare are found in the scriptures. They are directed at teaching the believer who
he or she is in Christ. Before praying warfare prayers, it is important to understand the scriptural basis for spiritual
warfare. Please take the time to look up the following scriptures and to study them. You will get them into your spirit
man and they will build your. faith and confidence to do spiritual warfare. Remember, it is not ability that God uses
but availability. If you are available, God will use you. You must be born again and spirit filled, operating in the
baptism in the Holy Spirit and gifts of the Holy Spirit (1. Cor. 12). In particular, the three knowledge gifts of word of
knowledge, word of wisdom and discernment of spirits, prove indispensable for spiritual warfare and manifest in the
spirit filled believer as the Holy Spirit wills. Knowing the scriptures listed below will build your faith and confidence,
and it is faith which empowers your prayers and moves God's hand and heart to respond on your behalf.

UNDERSTANDING THE BELIEVER' S AUTHORITY
Spiritual warfare prayer, as with all prayer, is empowered by our faith in Christ through the delegated authority
which He gives to every believer through His shed Blood and His victory over Satan through His work of the cross
on our behalf. Believers must understand their position in Christ, that they are joined to His Spirit (I Cor.6:17) and
are, therefore, one with Him (Romans 6). The born again, Spirit filled believer, then, functions through His position
in Christ. The believer must, therefore, know who he or she is, in Christ, and the power that has been delegated to
them by the Holy Spirit. Study the following scriptures on the Believer's Authority:

DAILY PRAYER OF BINDING AND LOOSING
Pray something like this:
"Father, this day and each and every day to come, I first bind Satan, then the ruler spirit, and every principality,
power, ruler of the darkness, wicked spirit in high places, and all spirits not of the Holy Spirit in all ways, manner,
and form in all of their seedings, works, plans, and activities directed at my spouse, children, family members,
relatives, all true Christian believers, and lastly, against me."
"I first bind Satan, all territorial spirits, the strongman on assignment, and all spirits not of the Holy Spirit and loose
us all permanently from them, and I speak a curse and destruction upon all of their seedings, works, plans,
activities, blueprints, plots, plans, designs, traps, wiles, snares, and assignments against them or me, in any way,
manner, or form, to or through any individual, organization, adversary or would be adversary, from this day, any day
past, or any day to come in Christ Jesus' Name.."

call them cancelled, nullified, never come to pass, and rendered of no effect, all in Christ Jesus' Name."
"Your Word says Father, that no weapon formed against me (us) shall prosper. Therefore, Father, I decree that no
weapon formed against me (us) prospers this day or any day to come. Your word says, Father, that trouble shall not
arise a second time. Therefore, Father, I decree that Satan cannot make trouble for me (us) again, in this matter, as
he did in the past, in Christ Jesus' Name." "Your Word says, Father, that when the enemy comes in that Your Holy
Spirit will raise a standard against them. Therefore, Father, I decree that the Holy Spirit stops Satan, and all of his
evil spirits, dead in their tracks in all things regarding my loved ones and 31me. Your Word says, Father, that in that
day we shall decree (declare, speak) a thing and it will come to pass (Job 2:28). Therefore, Father, I decree all of
these prayers accomplished and brought to pass by trusting faith and expectation, in Christ Jesus' Name.
(Remember that faith calls the things that are not as though they already are, in the Name of Christ Jesus.)"
PUTTING ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD
Pray something like this:
"Lord Jesus Christ, in Your Holy Name I put on the full armor of Father God, this day, upon my spouse, each of my
children or immediate family members, relatives, friends, acquaintances, all true Christian believers who may be
forgetting, and lastly myself, covering each and everyone of us, and all that we are, have, and possess, with Your
Precious Blood of protection:"
"I put on the helmet of salvation because You are our salvation, Lord Jesus Christ; the breastplate of righteousness,
because you are our righteousness, Lord; the belt of truth and the shoes of the gospel of peace in which we stand,
Lord Jesus Christ, because You are our truth and peace."
"In my left hand I pick up the shield of faith, with which to quench EVERY fiery dart of the enemy, and place it in
theirs, and decree by trusting faith that all of Satan's plans are bound, we're loosed, and he is defeated in our lives
this day and every day to come. In my right hand I pick up the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word, Lord Jesus
Christ and place it in theirs for Your Word says that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. I decree all these
things accomplished in Your Name, Lord Jesus Christ, Amen."

TO PRAY DOWN A SPIRITUAL ATTACK
Pray something like this:
"Father, having bound Satan and then every principality, power, ruler of darkness, wicked spirit in high places and
all spirits not of the Holy Spirit, I take into captivity and permanently bind and loose us from and break all negative
words, negative prayers, curses, hexes, vexes, bewitchments, enchantments, spells, all psychic attacks, psychic
assignments, psychic operations, physical attacks, physical assignments, physical operations, all magic, sorcery, or
witchcraft along with all demonic thoughts or threats spoken over, formed against, or directed at my spouse, my
family members, children, relatives, friends, acquaintances, any true Christian believers or me, this day or any day
past or any to come," and I loose us all permanently, completely and continually in Christ Jesus' Name.
"I uproot and break them, each and every one of them, and cast them down as vain thoughts and imaginations and
by trusting faith, call them cancelled, made null and void, never manifested, never come to pass, cursed and
destroyed at their roots and rendered of no effect, breaking them all in Christ Jesus' Name."
"I decree all these things come to pass by trusting faith in Christ Jesus' Name."
PRAYER OF FORGIVENESS

"Father, in Christ Jesus' Name, I lay down at Your feet all present and past unforgiveness, anger, bitterness, or
resentment, directed at (name or names). I repent of it and renounce it all, and ask You to forgive me for it. I forgive
and release them. I repent for anyone who was hurt by it, and ask for Your forgiveness for that also. I forgive and
release myself of all unforgiveness, anger, resentment and bitterness also. I renounce this and all past sin,, and ask
You to forgive me, Lord Jesus Christ. I ask all these things in Your Holy Name, Amen."

PRAYER FOR REPENTANCE OF ANCESTRAL SINS
(BREAKING THE GENERATIONS CURSE)

Ancestral sin can be an important open door to persisting sin in a family line. It usually affects the believer or
unbeliever through what is called a "generations curse." More will be spoken about this on the topic of discussion on
curses. The important thing to recognize is that man is instructed by God to receive either the blessing or the curse
(Deuteronomy 30:19). When a person goes after sin, there is a curse attached to the sin. It is like buying a box of
Cracker Jacks. You get the prize that goes along with it, whether you want it or not. Father God has purposely done
this so that sin will be a deterrent to man. The scripture says that the curse goes down four generations, which is
why it is called a generations curse (Ex.20: 5) The problem is, that if a person three to four generations down the
line commits the same sin, then the curse will continue down another three to four generations. Before a
generations curse can be broken, ancestral sin has to be dealt with. This is also an important thing that needs to be
dealt with in the lives of adopted children who do not know their ancestral histories on either side of their families. It
is not important to know WHAT the ancestral sin was, God knows. All He asks is to acknowledge it, repent of it, and
ask forgiveness for all whom they may have hurt.
Pray something like this:
"Lord Jesus Christ, I confess to you all the sins of my ancestors and predecessors, and my
spouse's ancestors and predecessors, on all sides of all of our families, and of all of those families of anyone from
my past with whom I had an intimate or significant relationship (cross over from soul ties), back to our families'
origins. I repent, on their behalf, for all of their. sins that caused the sin problem or generations curse or curses of
(name them) to come into our family lines. In particular, I repent of all of their past sexual sins, of all sins of
witchcraft, religion, or idolatry, and any and all sins which brought into the families lines any sins and generations
curses of Jezebel (male or female domination/control/false doctrines), Belial (destruction, including family
relationships), Ahab (passivity, usually male/husband), Absalom (rebellion of son/daughter against their father), and
confess them to You, repent for them, and renounce them before You, right now, Lord Jesus Christ. I acknowledge
that, first and foremost, they grieved your Holy Spirit and in so doing, acted in hostility toward You (Lev. 26:40 44); 1
also repent for all whom they may have hurt by their past actions and sins, and ask Your forgiveness for all of their
past harm to others. I bless them to 1000 generations and beyond, and in restitution, decree imparted to those who
still live and their spouses and descendents to the I 0001h generation and beyond, the born again experience,
water and Holy Spirit baptism, and the covenant promises, and ask you, Father, to impart those things into their
lives and call them to the Lord Christ Jesus, all in Christ Jesus' Name. I decree all ties, bonds, cords, and soul ties
with these sins, curses, and with the spirits who carry them out, now cut, severed and broken, and I break all of
these curses, all in Your Name, and for Your Glory, Lord Jesus Christ, Amen."
THE JERICHO MARCH

The spiritual Jericho march is an effective way of tearing down demonic strongholds. Apply it to spiritual and
physical strongholds such as adult bookstores, new age emporiums, botanicas (witchcraft supply stores), brothels,
bars, etc. . Although it is originated from the Old Testament, experience has shown that God honors faith and that
because He never changes, His Word never changes and, indeed, "endures forever". It is this principle which allows
us to appropriate spiritual teachings from the Old Testament which are outside from keeping the Law. It works
because God performs His Word (Jeremiah 1:12), confirms the word of his servant and performs the purpose of
His messengers (Isaiah 44:26), and tells us that His Word shall not return to Him empty (Isaiah 55:11). These same
principles apply to the keeping of vows.
The number seven is the number of God and nowhere is it more apparent in the scriptures than in Joshua Chapter
6 where the Jericho march proceeds with the men of war circling the stronghold of the city once each day for six
days and seven times on the seventh day. Seven priests, carrying seven trumpets of ram's horns before the Ark
lead them. Because the things of the Old Testament are a type or shadow of things to come, it is evident that the
seven priests mentioned in Joshua chapter six are a type of the seven fold Spirit of God (Revelation 1:4). The Lord
reminded Joshua that it was He who was the One present and that the presence of the Holy Spirit guaranteed
victory (Joshua 1:2).
When we perform a spiritual Jericho march, therefore, we ask the Holy Spirit to send warrior angels to go forth
spiritually ahead of us with the Ark (Joshua 6:7). We ask Jesus to walk before us and then we follow as the rear
guard. Do not speak during the marching but pray silently (Joshua 6:10). Remember that the Lord leads (Joshua
6:8). After praying for the Holy Spirit of Jesus to go before you, follow these steps before marching around the
location of the stronghold once daily for six days, and then seven times on the seventh day:
Consecrate yourselves to the Lord (Joshua 3:5)

Ask the Lord (the Ark) and the Lord's angels to go before you in procession.

Decree: "The Lord has delivered (name) along with it's king and fighting men (ruler spirit and all spirits not of the
Holy Spirit under him), in Jesus' Name. March around the location of the demonic stronghold once daily for six
days and do so silently (Joshua 6:3).

On the seventh day, ask the Lord to spiritually have the seven spirits of God go before you, as the seven priests
did with trumpets, to blow the trumpets "in the Spirit" and then walk around the location seven times on the
seventh day.
(Joshua 6:4) at daybreak (Joshua 6:15).

Upon completion of marching seven times around the location on the seventh day, listen in the Spirit for a sound
of a long trumpet blast, that is, discern that it has happened by word of knowledge, and give a loud shout of
praise to the Lord (Joshua 6:5; Joshua 6:20).

Watch the stronghold fall immediately or over time (Joshua 6:5, Joshua 6:16). Keep in mind that the Jericho
march must be performed with trusting faith and expectation that God will perform His Word, and believe that you
receive what you intend to accomplish, all in Christ Jesus' Name.

Jericho march for difficult to reach places or places which cannot be marched around: you will need
a small, twin engine aircraft, well serviced, prayed over, and anointed, covered with the Blood of
Jesus each day, two born again, fearless pilots to fly around the object of the march; anointing oil
(gallon jug of olive oil, consecrated and prayed over as empowered by the Holy Spirit in Jesus'
Name), and poured out continually while flying a circle around the "target", decreeing in Jesus'
Name: [1] the bindings, loosing, and tearing down of the stronghold, [2] the hierarchical bindings of
the spirits, Satan first, then the territorial spirits by name, then those below, [3] the loosing of ...
whatever...., [4] the repossessing of the land for the Kingdom and the Lord's glory, and the
cleansing of the land of its histories and defilements (having prayed and confessed the cultural and
generational sins of the nation, the peoples, because they grieved the Holy Spirit, first and
foremost, and acted in hostility to Him (Lev.26:4044), speaking confession, repentance, and
renouncing of those sins and personal sins before beginning, and breaking all historical, national,
cultural, and personal generations curses before beginning the Jericho march. Pray a hedge of
protection around the airplane, its occupants, purpose and mission, each day, and in its seven

flights around the target on the 7 th day, all in Jesus' Mighty Name. All people, equipment, plans,
are cleansed of their histories and defilements before beginning, and covered with the Blood of
Christ Jesus in Christ Jesus' Name, before beginning, and each day, praise and thanks given
ahead of time for the victory claimed in Jesus' Name, and upon return; intercessors stay behind to
pray continually when the operation begins, through to completion. PLEASE PAY PARTICULAR
ATTENTION TO DETAILS WHEN DOING THIS TYPE OF WARFARE OR PRAYING ANY FORM
OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER.
Sound foolish? Well, just remember I Corinthians 1, which says that the things of God appear as
foolishness to man! That's right, brother and sister, when you are ready to do the ridiculous, God is
ready to do the miraculous. You see it over and over again in the Bible.
ANOTHER PRAYER OF BINDING AND LOOSING (Mt. 16:19; Mt. 18:18)
Before ever coming against Satan or his demonic spirits, whenever doing a work of the Kingdom for others or
yourself, ALWAYS BIND SATAN, and his kingdom member FIRST, and ALWAYS forbid RETALIATION, all in
Christ Jesus' Name.
Pray the prayer of Binding and Loosing first:
"Satan, I bind you first, then I bind every principality, power, ruler, of the darkness, wicked spirit in high places and
ALL spirits not of Holy Spirit. up and off from my spouse, each of my children, from all family members,, relatives,
friends and acquaintances, from our church and all of its members, from all true Christian believers, from me, from
all that we are, have and possess, from our income, finances, possessions, health, safety, welfare, bodies, from our
body parts, systems, organs, functions, members and senses, from our travels by car, boat, and plane, from our
motor vehicles, lives and limbs, from our jobs and employment, covering us and all of these things CONTINUALLY
with the BLOOD OF CHRIST JESUS and DECREEING them and us OFF LIMITS to you, Satan, and ALL of your
evil spirits: I LOOSE us ALL, along with all that has been spoken, from you, Satan and your kindred spirits. I
DECREE that you CANNOT RETALIATE, TAKE REVENGE, or GET EVEN in any way, manner or form, to or
through any individual, organization, adversary or would be adversary from this day, any day past, or any day to
come... and I DECREE such retaliation revenge, or getting even FORBIDDEN, ALL, by FAITH in the MIGHTY
NAME OF CHRIST JESUS, DEPART from us NOW, in CHRIST JESUS' NAME and for His Glory."
NOTE: You can also name individual demonic spirits KNOWN, OR suspected to be present. Bind, loose, and cast
them out BY NAME and include them in the prayer. You can also add at the end of the prayer:
"I bind and cast you all out directly to the feet of Christ Jesus (or to go wandering in dry places, not to return) (or to
go to the pit and await the end of the age), and .(NOT TO RETURN) all in CHRIST JESUS' NAME." I loose myself
from you immediately, completely, permanently, and continually, all in Christ Jesus' Name."
SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER FOR CHURCHES OR MINISTRIES
Pray something like this:
"Father, I cover our church, its pastors, people's, ministries, facilities, all that we are, have, and possess, including
our families and children, our jobs, incomes, finances, possessions, health, safety, welfare, travels by car boat
plane, our bodies and all of our body parts, systems, organs, structures and functions, all with the precious Blood of
Christ Jesus; all permanently, immediately, completely, and continually, by trusting and expectant faith, in Christ
Jesus' Name.
I bind Satan, the princes of the north, south, east, and west; the princes over (Continent), (Country), (State) or
(Province), (County), (Community), all territorial spirits everywhere, and all principalities, powers, rulers of the
darkness, wicked spirits in high places, and all spirits not of the Holy Spirit; I bind the ruler spirit over our church and
all ruler spirits assigned to all church members, our loved ones, children, me, and all spirits above, around, and
below them; I bind and break all of their assignments; I bind all "watcher" spirits, "scanner" spirits, "eavesdropper"
spirits. All spirits of divination, witchcraft, Jezebel, Python, Ahab, guile, antichrist, faultfinding, death, slander,
scandal, rumor, defamation, ill will, detraction, accusations, false accusations, persecution, litigation, assassination,
character assassination, opposition, hindrance, interference, obstruction, ruin, destruction, theft, murder, discontent,
confusion, all warring spirits, the spirits of Cain, Baalam, and Korah, all familiar spirits assigned to all members of all
families, and me, all spirits of confusion, lies, deception, division, discord, argument, discontent, seduction, lust,
perversion, spiritual or temporal adultery or fornication, pride, presumption, arrogance, unbelief, doubt, fear, all
nature spirits, all spirits of indigenous peoples and, the religious spirit, the spirits of unforgiveness, bitterness, anger,

resentment, hate, spite, malice, and all of their kindred spirits; I bind all spirits not of the Holy Spirit. I bind all of their
physical psychic spiritual attacks, assignments, and operations, all of their seedings, works, plans, activities,
blueprints, plots, plans, designs, traps, wiles, snares, assignments, all curses, hexes, vexes, bewitchments,
enchantments, cantrups, ligatures, and judgments of witches and warlocks, all acts of evil, sorcery, witchcraft,
magic, candle magic, potion magic, white magic, black magic, voodoo, all blood pacts, blood sacrifices, and blood
covenants of witchcraft; all national and continental witchcraft workings and curses; all demonic thoughts, threats,
mental locutions, statements and ideations; all self-inflicted curses through negative confession; all curses spoken
over the church, its pastors, elders, or peoples, any of our family members or children, or me; any such curses
spoken over, formed against, or directed at any of our pastors, or our, marriages, families, possessions, health,
safety, welfare, jobs, income, our physical bodies or lives, all that they or we are, have, or possess. I take all of
these things into captivity to Christ, and by faith, call them all cancelled, made null and void, never manifested,
never come to pass, cursed and destroyed at their roots and rendered of no effect, judged, spoiled, never seeded,
cast down as vain thoughts and imaginations, and broken off of our pastors, church peoples , families, ministries,
and each and every one of us.. all immediately, completely, permanently, and continually; I cut and sever all ties,
bonds, cords, and soul ties with corporate or personal sin, repenting, Father, for our people and myself, and
renouncing our sin.., all by trusting and expectant faith, in Christ Jesus' Name and for Your Glory, Father. Having
bound all of these spirits and all spirits not of the Holy Spirit, Father, I now break their communications and supply
lines and bind up and off all reinforcements. I speak and decree upon them spiritual: confusion, deafness,
dumbness, blindness, incapacitation, paralysis, amnesia and forgetfulness, and decree that they cannot see, hear,
discern, nor divinate the origin of these prayers; I throw all of their plans into continual confusion and disarray, and
decree all of these things accomplished immediately, completely, permanently, and continually... ALL by trusting
and expectant faith, in Christ Jesus' Name and for your Glory, Father.
I LOOSE the pastors, our peoples, ministries, facilities, our children and families, and all of us from all spirits
mentioned and unmentioned, known and unknown (whom we also bind), and bind them all up and off permanently;
We come together in agreement for ministering angels of the Lord Jesus Christ to be dispatched immediately to all
members of the church, their families and friends, as well as mine, to all peoples of the community, saved or
unsaved, to minister to them and bring them in for the harvest ( or for our upcoming event of (name it) to be held at
our church), for your Glory, Lord. Woo them by your Holy Spirit, Lord. Holy Spirit, direct them in! (Place it upon their
hearts to attend, Lord, for Your Glory!)
I BIND Satan. all territorial spirits and all spirits mentioned and unmentioned, known and unknown., up and off from
retaliating, taking revenge, or getting even against any of us or against anything that we are, have, or possess, in
any way, manner, or form.. To or through any individual, organization, adversary, or would be adversary, from this
day, any day past, or any day to come, and decree such FORBIDDEN.. all immediately, completely, permanently,
and continually, ALL by trusting and expectant faith, in Christ Jesus' Name.
Warrior angels of the Lord Christ Jesus, go forth, dear friends and cause these prayers to be.. all by faith and holy
expectation, in Christ Jesus' Name. (FOLLOW ALL WARFARE PRAYERS AND ALL PRAYER, FOR THAT
MATTER), WITH THANKSGIVING AND PRAISE. Remember that Scripture tells us that praise RELEASES angels
to go forth and minister on our behalf
The scriptural basis for warfare prayer such as this is based upon:
1. the BELIEVER'S AUTHORITY (Lk. 10: 17,19; Jn.14:13,14)
2. the PRAYER OF BINDING AND LOOSING (Mt. 16:19)
(Note: WHATEVER you bind IS bound! WHATEVER you LOOSE, IS loosed! You bind SPIRITS. You loose
PEOPLE, CHURCHES, FINANCES, etc.)
3. Job 22:28 you WILL DECREE a thing and it WILL come to pass!
4. John 14:13,14 ASKING in the Name of Jesus.
5. Ephesians 6:16 FAITH (in Christ, not faith), which stops EVERY fiery dart of the enemy!
THIS PRAYER CAN ALSO BE MODIFIED TO USE THE SAME CONTENTS AND PRINCIPLES TO APPLY THEM
TO PERSONAL SPIRITUAL WARFARE FOR LOVED ONES OR YOURSELF.
PRAYER STRATEGIES AGAINST SATANIC ATTACK,
ACCUSATION, AND CONDEMNATION
There comes a time in every Christian's faith walk when he or she must face the attacks, accusations, and
condemnations of the enemy. You must be knowledgeable in your response. Hosea 4:6 tells us that the people
perish for lack of knowledge. We must KNOW what to do, how to react and respond in a scriptural manner. As He
did with Joshua, Jesus, the Captain of the Host, goes on before us and has already given us the victory. We must

live it out in our faith walk and take possession of what is already ours, promised by God, and we will do it by
FAITH, which quenches EVERY fiery dart of the enemy. (Eph.6:16)

Here are some of the important Biblical strategies which every Spirit filled Christian must know and follow to see the
victory which Jesus has already obtained for them:
1. DO NOT PRAY FOR VICTORY. This is not scriptural. Jesus ALREADY obtained the victory for you and me
through His work of the cross nearly 2000 years ago. You entered into Christ's death and burial at Calvary
at that time, through which Christ defeated Satan and took his power from him. You
ALREADY HAVE the victory IN CHRIST. It is an article of faith. Therefore, take possession of your
victory through your faith confession, and AFFIRM YOUR POSITION IN CHRIST. Pray from the right
position of faith, not for the victory. Again, you have the victory determined for you! Now, pray your
position of faith and hold it! You already possess it, by faith, therefore you cannot pray for something that is
already yours! The work of the cross is complete. You need only to take possession of it by faith. To see the
victory manifest in your life, confess it to possess it in Christ Jesus' Name, until it manifests in the natural.
That is Scriptural.
Faith (Heb. 11: 1) is the substance of things hoped for (that which we hope for is here, in the natural
Realm), the evidence (guarantee) of things unseen (that is, that which is in the supernatural realm of the
Holy Spirit). In other words, faith is the bridge between the natural realm and the super natural realm.
Faith, then, calls things down from the supernatural realm to the natural realm, through GRACE God's
power, favor, and love toward you and me which we cannot earn or deserve. The entire Kingdom operates
by GRACE through FAITH. New Testament scripture speaks of the "law of faith". Faith is a law.
It always works ... in God's timing. Faith says something to God which moves God, when your faith
moves you, first. That is the Law of Faith.
Pray something like this:
"Lord, I confess by faith that through your shed Blood and work of the cross, I have died and been
buried with You and in You. I confess that my old self and its body of sin is dead and buried in the
waters of immersion baptism, never to be exhumed or looked at again. Sin can no longer have
dominion over me. By Your stripes I am healed and delivered. You have put my sins far from me,
as far as the east is from the west, never to remember them against me any more. You have placed
them in your sea of forgetfulness. You have erased them from Your Book of Life. You are not re
examining them or dwelling upon them over and over again. If you have erased them from Your
Book, then, by faith, I now erase them from my book. I will to let go of them and keep them buried in
the waters of immersion baptism, and erase them from my book, too.
Lord, Satan is trying to put blame, shame, guilt and condemnation upon me. Your Word says in
Romans 8:1 that for those who are in Christ, there is no condemnation, no blame, shame, guilt, or
accusation. I take possession of my freedom from all of my past sins and from present sin(s) of
(name it or them), taking my stance or position on Romans Chapter 6... my death and burial with
You and in You, and my resurrection with You and in You as a New Creation. It is true because
Your Word says it is true, and Your Word says that God is not a man that He should lie
(Num.23:19) I take my position and my possession of freedom according to Your Word
which makes me perfect in You. I trust You for it, I believe it and I receive it, and take the Grace for
it, ALL by trusting and expecting faith, in Your Name and for Your Glory, Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
2. CONFESS TO POSSESS. Our words are spiritual power packets or faith stuff seeds. In Mark 4, the Word is
equated with seed. Ours are also. (Prov. 18:2 1, Mk. 11:23,24 )When spoken aloud
and released into the physical realm (the "seen" of Hebrews 11: 1), the Holy Spirit "waters" as they take
root in our hearts through faith which is the "evidence" or guarantee, of things "unseen" (things from the
realm of the Spirit) (Heb. 11: 1). Faith is the "bridge" from the Spirit realm to the earthly realm. Faith, which
is TRUST in Jesus, is what makes things happen. You must "plant" seed before you see a harvest. This is
the Biblical law of seed time and harvest time.
Using the principle above, you must KEEP confessing, like Joshua, that God HAS delivered the
enemy into your hands. Joshua persistently and repeatedly made this faith confession over and
over again. You do the same! The Bible says that God is not a respecter of persons. He has no
favorites. If He did it for Joshua, He will do it for you! Joshua hadn't even crossed the Jordan, yet,
or arrived at Jericho. When he did, whom did he and his men see, standing on a rock with His
sword drawn, and facing Jericho? The Captain of the Host! Jesus! He had gone on ahead of them

to give them the victory! If Jesus did it for Joshua, He will go on ahead of you in your circumstance,
and help you to take possession of that same victory which He already had obtained for Joshua. He
has already obtained it for YOU!
3. PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS. When the enemy attacks, repeatedly plead the Blood of Jesus against
them.
Remind them of the Blood, that it was their defeat at the cross and caused them to be paraded in Hell and
made a spectacle of. Do it all "...in Jesus' Name."
4. BIND THE DEMONS, BINDING SATAN AND ALL STRONGMAN SPIRITS (RULERS), FIRST. When the
enemy accuses you through others, including other Christians, through whom they may sometimes speak,
then bind them and forbid them to speak or accuse, and plead the Blood against them... ALL in Christ
Jesus' Name.
5. PRAY THE HOLY SPIRIT: "Lord, show me what is right and wrong for me, and what is right and wrong in
me, and strengthen me to embrace the right, in Jesus' Name, Amen."
6. DECREE AGAINST SATAN AND HIS DEMONIC SPIRITS, IN THE NAME OF JESUS. Job 22:28 says
that WHAT you DECREE WILL come to pass. Tell the enemy, by decree, what he cannot do to you, your
loved ones, or to anything that you are, have, or possess. Tell him and decree against him, all in Christ
Jesus' Name. When he accuses and tries to put guilt and shame upon you, repeatedly decree" I have died
with Christ." This faith
confession speaks the abyss of death, entered into at the cross when you died with Christ, between you
and your sins. Decree your sins purged and consumed by the resurrection
power of the Holy Spirit ... in Christ Jesus' Name.
Pray the Spirit:
"I take the offensive in Your Name, Lord Jesus Christ, against all the blueprints, plots, plans, designs, traps,
wiles, snares, and assignments of the enemy against (me, our people, our work for you, our ministry, etc.),
and join in agreement with all other brothers and sisters in Christ who are praying the same by Your Spirit; I
stand with them in agreement, in Your Name, Lord Jesus Christ, Amen."
" And Lord:
I stand in the supernatural death position of Romans 6, and decree and confess my death to the desires
and lusts of this world, my death to the desires and lusts of the flesh, death to the works and powers of
darkness, decreeing that they have no power or claim over my loved ones (name them), my family
members, relatives, friends, acquaintances, our church, our ministries, our community, county, state, nation,
or me.. in Christ Jesus Name."
Now you may feel that you do not understand all of that "dying" stuff with Christ and being buried
with Him in water baptism. You may think that you have no way to experience the reality of it, even
though the Word says that it happened. The point is that you cannot have a realization or
experience of something that is already accomplished for you by Christ. You must simply take
possession of it by faith. Maintain your position. It is so because the Holy Spirit says that it is so.
Therefore, take it by faith, stand on it, and the Holy Spirit will apply the reality of it to your life.
You do not actually have to experience the death work of Christ. You receive by faith the fact that
He accomplished it for you and you confess it by mouth and stand on it. He then applies the
finished work of the cross to your soul life (mind, Will, and emotions) and in His time, He brings
forth and manifests the change in you which frees you from sin and spiritual attack.. Thus, you do
not actually experience the death work of Christ mentioned in Romans 6, but confess it and
appropriate it by your faith confession. You then experience the FRUIT of it, as it becomes a reality
in your life. Confession brings possession!
Thus, what Christ ends up doing in you and me becomes the manifestation of what He has already
done for us at the cross.
You can also pray:
"I decree death between me and Satan, his works, and all of his manifestations against my loved
ones, me, and all that we are have and possess; I decree that neither he nor any of his foul spirits
are able to cross that abyss to me, in Christ Jesus' Name. I pray a blood line around us with the
Precious Blood of Christ Jesus, Satan, permanently, immediately, completely, and continually, and I
decree that you cannot cross the Blood.., don't even try... in Christ Jesus' Name and for His Glory."

PRAYER TO RESIST THE ENEMY IN FAITH
The scripture tells us that we are to resist the devil and that he will flee from us. It says that we are to resist in
FAITH, not in self effort. We ABIDE (depend on, rely on, dwell) in Christ and His power to manifest IN FAITH.
Pray:
"I am able to stand against the enemy, in Christ Jesus' Name."
I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." (Phil.4:13)
Or pray something like this:
"I stand on Romans 6 and the enemy is driven out from before me, above me, around me, below me, from my
home, from my workplace, from my church and its ministries, from my children and loved ones, from my works and
labors, from my land, and from my presence; I decree that they are not able to stand against me, their works are
taken captive and destroyed. No weapon formed against me shall prosper; for the Spirit of the Lord shall raise a
standard against them. I decree all of these things accomplished in Christ Jesus' Name and for Your Glory, Father,
in Jesus' Name, I pray, Amen."
Pray:
"I stand fast against Satan and his kingdom, and they must flee from me in 7 directions, according to the Word of
God which is their defeat. I decree every demonic foe driven out from this place and from our lives, our home, our
presence, our children, our church and its ministries, and from my presence, all in Christ Jesus' Name, Amen."
WARFARE PRAYER TO CONFOUND THE ENEMY
"What?", you say, " You mean that I have the power to confound the enemy?" Did not Jesus say that the things that
He did, we would do, because He was going to the Father? Is not the Old Testament scripture replete with
examples of the Lord bringing confusion upon the enemy, blinding them spiritually, causing them to set
ambushments against themselves, and throwing their plans into confusion and disarray? In Luke 10: 17,19, does
not the Lord delegate His power to us to trample the enemy? The word used here, by the Holy Spirit is the Greek
word "dunamis" which means delegated power and authority. Do you have the God kind of faith to believe that
prayers such as this will work and be honored by God? Having the faith of God means that you believe first, and
then you see the result. (Mk. 11: 22 24) Unless you step out in faith and begin applying the power delegated to you
by the Holy Spirit for His Glory, and start using it by faith to see it work in your life, you will never know who you truly
are, in Christ.
Pray something like this:
"Father, this day and each and every day, I bind Satan, all territorial spirits, every principality, power spirit, ruler of
the darkness, wicked spirit in high places. all familiar spirits, and all spirits above, around, and below them,
mentioned and unmentioned, known or unknown. I bind all spirits on assignment against my spouse. each of my
children, family members, relatives, friends. acquaintances, pastors, ministers, church or Bible study members; all
on assignment against all that we are have and possess; I bind all "watcher"," scanner", "tracker", "eavesdropper"
and "divinatory" spirits and all on assignment up their chain of command; I bind them all up and off from each other,
and from all mentioned, my loved ones and me.
I loose us all from them, along with all that we are, have, and possess. I break their power and communication lines.
I break their supply lines. I curse all of their works and assignments at their roots. I speak spiritual deafness,
dumbness, blindness, confusion, paralysis, and incapacitation upon each and every one of them, and throw all of
their plans and activities into continual confusion and disarray through the spirit of power and might of the Holy
Spirit (See Isa. 44:26: Isa.64:4) . Your Word says, Lord, that I will decree a thing and it will come to pass
(Job.22:28). Your Word says, Lord, that You are watching over it to perform it (Jer.l: 12). Well, Lord, I ask You to
perform Your Word, and I now decree that all that I have spoken and do speak, has already come to pass in the
realm of the Spirit; I decree that the enemy is unable to see, hear, or understand my moves or speech; that they are
unable to track me or watch my activities; that they are turned against themselves and cannot carry out their
assignments. I curse at the roots all that they attempt, all assigments, blueprints, plots, plans, designs, seedings,
works, plans, and activities, all wiles, traps and snares; I take them all captive to Christ and cast them down as vain
thoughts and imaginations, along with all demonic ministry to my thought life (or the thought life of (name)). I break

off of us all curses. hexes, vexes. bewitchments, enchantments. spells, cantrups, ligatures. judgments of witches or
warlocks, all acts of evil, magic, or witchcraft, all black magic, white magic, candle magic, potion magic, soul ties,
bindings, workings, voodoo, sorcery, pacts covenants contracts workings or sacrifices of witchcraft, with or without
blood, all animal sacrifices, and all occult practices of any kind. I bind them. I loose us from them.. I break them off
of us. 1 curse them all at the roots. I decree them all made null and void, cancelled, never manifested, never come
to pass, cursed and destroyed at their roots, rendered of no effect, cast down as vain thoughts and imaginations
and never seeded, judged, and spoiled, all in Christ Jesus' Name. I decree all of these prayers accomplished
already in the realm of the Holy Spirit, Father, ALL in Christ Jesus' Name. I thank you, Father, ahead of time, for
already having heard and answered these prayers.. in Christ Jesus' Name and for Your Glory. I give you the
greatest of thanks and praise, Father, that You perform Your Work on my behalf (Jer,1:12; Job 22:28), that Your
Word is absolutely true (John 17:17), and that You are not a man that You should lie (Num.2 3:19). Glory to You,
Father, Lord Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit! Amen.
(NOW, FOLLOW THIS PRAYER WITH ABUNDANT THANKSGIVING AND PRAISE TO THE LORD.)
WARFARE PRAYER FOR THE NATIONS
Pray something like this:
Father, in Christ Jesus' Name, I pray a hedge of protection around our nation, every State (Province) , County, City
and community, in the Name of Christ Jesus by the Blood of Christ Jesus. I bind Satan, the prince of the power of
the air, the prince of this world, the kings, queens, chief princes and princes of the north, south, east and west, of :
(continent), (nation), (state), (province), (county, region, or territory), (city or community), all territorial spirits, all
territorial spirits above, around and below, the ruler spirit over (city, town, location, church, enemy military group ,
etc.), and all below in the chain of command. I bind up and off Satan from the strongman and all above, around and
below; I bind the strongman up and off from Satan, and all above, around and below. I bind those below up and off
from the strongman and Satan .... all in Christ Jesus' Name. I take captive to Christ and bind all spirits of (terrorism,
Belial, war, witchcraft, Python, antichrist, religion, lies, murder, etc. (whatever discerned). I loose our military, our
nation, state, community, family, spouse, children, church and ministry and its people, and myself from them along
with all family members, relatives, friends and acquaintances; I take captive to Christ all of their seedings, works,
plans, activities, blueprints, plans, plots, designs, assignments, all acts of evil or witchcraft, missions, works,
ministrations, judgments, and all that is not of the Holy Spirit. I bind them, break them, curse them at the roots,
decree them forbidden to manifest, and call them judged, spoiled and taken captive to Christ even as they arise. I
loose us all from those spirits and their works. I bind and break their communications lines, supply lines, and
reinforcements .... speak continual confusion and disarray upon them, and spiritual deafness , dumbness,
blindness, paralysis, incapacitation, amnesia, forgetfulness, and disorientation upon them, bind up and off any and
all spirits of eavesdropping, spying, or divination, loose us from them, and curse their works at the roots and cast
them all out and down in Christ Jesus' Name. I decree their strongholds down, their plans exposed, their hiding
places flushed out, their purposes, projects, assignments, blueprints, plots and designs taken captive to Christ and
destroyed even as they arise, their agents confused and captured, and I speak the fear of the Lord upon them. I
loose our nation and our peoples from them, and decree all of these works cancelled, made null and void, never
more manifested, never come to pass, cursed and destroyed at their roots, and rendered of no effect, even as they
arise. I bind the enemy from divination, retaliation, accusation, or violence against any of our people, our nation, our
institutions, our church or its ministries, our families, our loved ones, or me, by means of any individual,
organization, adversary or would be adversary, and decree such permanently immediately completely and
continually forbidden .... all in Christ Jesus' Name. I decree to you, Satan, that no weapon formed against us shall
prosper, for when the enemy comes in, like a flood the Spirit of the Lord shall raise a standard against them; I
remind you of Nahum 1:9 ... trouble shall not arise a second time .... all in Christ Jesus' Name. I call your
strongholds down both here and in foreign lands, I call the peoples of the world protected from every unholy act and
agent, I curse at the roots the fruit of their labors and their knowledge which exalts itself against the knowledge of
God. I confess by faith that my faith filled words, prayed aloud, released into the atmosphere and empowered by the
Holy Spirit, penetrates the spirit realm and defeats every intent of human and spiritual enemy agents .... for the
Word of God says that " in that day you will decree a thing, and it shall come to pass..." (Job 22:28), and that "faith
quenches every fiery dart of the enemy..." (Eph.6:16), that I am empowered to trample over serpents and scorpions,
and am given authority over all the power of the enemy ( Lk. 10: 19) 1 confess, by my position in Christ that you are
bound, Satan, that you will not have your way or your will with the nations or their peoples, that all principalities,
powers, rulers of the darkness, wicked spirits in high places whether in the lands or in the seas or in the air, are
bound, along with all territorial spirits everywhere; that their powers are broken, their works taken captive to Christ,
cursed at the roots, and the strongholds called and cast down now, in Christ Jesus' Name. Father, in Christ Jesus'
Name and for your glory, I decree legions upon legions of warrior angels, watch angels, and ministering angels of
safety and protection called forth to cause these prayers to be; to protect each and every one of our leaders, military
personnel of our nation and other nations, our people and theirs, and our loved ones as well as ourselves, all in
Christ Jesus' Name. We counter petition (Job 1) for the souls and spirits of every terrorist and every other person on

this earth who harbors hate or violence against us in their heart; I ask you, Father, to turn their hearts. Where there
is a heart of stone, give them a heart of flesh; where there is spiritual deafness and blindness, give them a hearing
ear and seeing eyes. I call a clear, unobstructed path cut to their minds, hearts, souls and spirits, and your light and
truth shining in, Lord Jesus Christ. I bind to each and every one of them your spirit of repentance and contrition. I
pray for their salvation, healing and deliverance, and the same for their family members, nations, and peoples. If
your wrath and judgment comes upon them, 0 Lord, as directed by your Holy Spirit alone, I pray that by your Divine
Will, that you would give each and every one of them whatever experience they need to bring them to a saving
knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, that whatever they would be made to suffer would be to bring them repentance
and contrition alone. I pray for the guarding of every heart, the spirit of forgiveness on every side, revival in every
land, restoration for every man. Even so, Father, save to the uttermost and send your Son quickly .... I ask all in
Christ Jesus Name, and decree all of these prayers come to pass by trusting and expectant faith ... all in Christ
Jesus' Name.
RECLAIMING THE LAND

It is important to understand the cultural and national histories of the continent, nation, state, and locale of the land
in which you are doing spiritual warfare. There are national, cultural, and familial generations curses. In the case of
national spiritual warfare, the first two considerations are important to deal with. National and cultural sins must be
acknowledged before the Lord, repented of, renounced, forgiveness asked of Him, along with the acknowledgment
that in their actions, the ancestors acted in hostility to God. (Lev. 26) This is also true of familial generations curses.
Then, decree the land cleansed of its histories and defilements, and decree it repossessed for the Lord.
Pray something like this:
"Father, in Christ Jesus' Name, we confess all of our national and cultural sins of the ancestors of this nation of
(NAME), back to its national origins, and in particular, our national sins of (name them); we repent and renounce
these sins and ask your forgiveness. We repent of any national or cultural unforgiveness toward any other peoples
or nations. We forgive and release them, also. We repent for all who were hurt by their actions, and in restitution to
those who still live, or their descendants to 1000 generations and beyond, we speak upon their lives the born again
experience, water and Holy Spirit baptism, and the fullness of the covenant promises, and ask You, Father, to call
them and their loved ones to the Lord Christ Jesus and empower those things into their lives. We break, cut, and
sever all ties, bonds, cords, and soul ties, with those sins, the curses, and the principalities and powers which carry
them out. We decree broken all national and cultural generations curses, right now. We decree this land upon which
we stand now cleansed of its histories and defilements in the Name of Christ Jesus by the Blood of Christ Jesus. (
You may want to pour anointing oil on the ground to anoint it in Jesus' Name.) We now proclaim the same prayer
prayed by the Old Testament prophets when they reclaimed and cleansed the defiled lands: " Here, 0 land, return to
the Kingdom of the Lord, Your God." (Actually, it is said that as the Old Testament prophets prayed that prayer, they
held soil from the ground in their hand, and as they spoke those words, threw the soil upward in the air toward
heaven, as they decreed the cleansing.). We decree all of these things in Christ Jesus' Name and for Your Glory,
Father, Amen."
PRAYING DOWN TERRORIST ATTACKS
Pray something like this:
" Father, in the Name of Christ Jesus, I bind Satan, the prince of the power of the air, the prince of this world, the
kings, queens, chief princes and princes of the north, south, east, and west, of the (Continent, nation, state or
province, region or county, city or community ), every principality, power, ruler of the darkness, wicked spirit in high
places, the strongman ruler spirit over ( place, person, circumstance) and all above around and below him .... all in
Christ Jesus' Name. I bind Satan up and off from all above, around and below the strongman, the strongman up and
off from Satan and all above, around and below, those below up and off from the strongman and all above, and
Satan, and all of them up and off from each other .... all in Christ Jesus' Name. I take captive to Christ and bind
also, each and every spirit of antichrist, religion, stupor, lies, accusations, anger, hate, terrorism, fear, lies,
accusations, idolatry, witchcraft, the warring spirit, Jezebel, Python, Belial, bitterness, unforgiveness, obsession,
cruelty, torture, inquisition, violence, death, death witchcraft, suicide, and all like spirits which exalt themselves
against the knowledge of God. I bind them, each and every one, break their powers communications lines supply
lines reinforcements, and bind them all up and off, loose (persons, terrorists, circumstances, etc.) from them, take
captive to Christ all of their seeding, works, plans, activities, blueprints, plots, plans, designs, cantrips, ligatures,
judgments of witches or warlocks, physical mental spiritual assignments, operations or attacks, and bind the
principalities and powers which drive their leader(s), (Name(s)) first all in Christ Jesus' Name. I decree all supply
lines cut and command those spirits to stop giving their human agents their benefits and decree all benefits cut off,

all in Christ Jesus Name. I decree whatever number of warrior angels and watch angels of the Lord Christ Jesus to
go forth in whatever number of legions necessary to cause these prayers to be, all in Christ Jesus' Name. I take
captive to Christ all of their works mentioned, any unmentioned, known or unknown, past, present or to come, bind
them, break them, curse them at the roots, all immediately, completely, continually and permanently, and decree
them caused to drawn into the light and exposed, for the light dispels the darkness, all in Christ Jesus' Name. I
curse them at the roots, and unite my prayers with those of all the Christian faithful worldwide in decreeing the
defeat of the enemy, spiritually and temporally, all in Christ Jesus' Name. We decree these spirits bound up and off
from each other, decree confusion upon them and their human agents, and decree their plans thrown into continual
confusion and disarray, all in Christ Jesus' Name. We decree them turned back upon themselves that they may see
the power of God and come to a Godly repentance and saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus, Father, all in Christ
Jesus' Name.
Father, Your Word says that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, that when the enemy comes in, like a
flood the Spirit of the Lord shall raise a standard against them, that we take refuge in you, at your right hand and at
your right side, and the enemy is turned back, destroyed under our feet, and we are not put to shame of disgraced.
Father, we stand on Your Word, and ask you to perform Your Word, all in Christ Jesus' Name. You are our Strong
Tower, Our Refuge and Our Strength, Our Buckler and Our Shield, the God in Whom we trust, and we take refuge,
decree and agree, for all of these prayers, with and by Your Holy Spirit, in Christ Jesus' Name and for Your Glory,
Father, Amen."
SALVATION PRAYER FOR TERRORISTS OTHER MILITANTS, OR ANY OTHERS WHO DO NOT KNOW THE
LORD JESUS CHRIST
Father, in the Name of Christ Jesus, we intercede for each and every person in this world who is a willful terrorist or
militant against us, our Faith, our Nation, in Christ Jesus' Name. We counter petition for their soul and spirit (Satan
petitions, Job 1). We pray a hedge of thorns around each and every one to obstruct their way in any way which is
not of Your Holy Spirit, to turn them to the Truth and Revelation of Your Word, Himself, all in Christ Jesus' Name.
We bind Satan, all territorial spirits, every principality, power, ruler of the darkness, wicked spirit in high places, the
strongman on assignment to or through them, all ancestral and familiar spirits assigned against, to, or through them,
and all disembodied spirits and all who project to or through them (witches, warlocks, shamans); also, all spirits
above, around or below them ... the spirits of witchcraft, antichrist, religion, hate, spite, violence, war, blood lust,
Belial, subversion, hardness of heart, cruelty, stupor, lies, deception, Python, Jezebel, death lust, suicide,
bitterness, unforgiveness, accusation, divination, all eavesdroppers, watchers, trackers, scanners, kite, fly, and spy
demons, all gatekeepers and doorkeepers, the control spirit, the mind occult spirit, the spirit of obsession, the spirit
of false passion, murder, lust, and divisiveness, and all of their kindred spirits, and all above, around and below
them; all spirits known or unknown, past or present, seen or unseen. I break their communications lines, supply
lines and bind up and off all reinforcements. I decree all of their works, activities, blueprints, plots, plans, designs,
judgments of (name) or (witches, warlocks, shamans, religious, etc.), taken captive to Christ, cursed and cancelled,
decreed null and void, and decreed forbidden to manifest or come to pass, all in Christ Jesus' Name. I loose our
nation, its leaders: President, Vice President or Prime Minister, Federal, State, legislators, Governors and Municipal
officials, all of its peoples nationally, regionally, locally, and each individual, all loved ones (name them), all church
and ministry peoples, and myself from them, and bind them up and off from us, permanently, immediately,
completely and continually, all in Christ Jesus' Name. I break their powers, speak confusion and confoundment
upon them and each human agent who would intentionally and willfully harm others; I decree their works, plans,
plots, designs, blueprints, assignments, attacks, and operations all taken captive to Christ and exposed beforehand,
and decree all of these things cursed at the roots and forbidden to manifest now, or at any time in the future, all in
Christ Jesus' Name. Father, I counter petition for their souls and spirits and ask for their salvation, healing and
deliverance; I forgive them as Jesus forgave on the cross, recognizing the sins of ignorance of those who came
against Him and crucified Him. We plead for them because ignorance is ignorance, Father, and it is part of the
fallen condition of man. We do not approve or sanction what they do. But Your Word says, Father, that Your heart is
that no man perish and that all would come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We ask, therefore, in
intercession for each and every one of them, from the highest in rank to the lowest, Father, that You would touch
and change their hearts and open their understanding, that You would forgive them for sins of ignorance and deliver
them from demonic possession of their thought life; that You would extend to them the same calling, mercy and
compassion that You extended to each of us, unworthy thought we are. We cry out to You, Father, that You would
open the mind, heart, and understanding of each and every living person caught up in such darkness, and grace
them by Your Spirit and gently heal them from their own sufferings and rejections which seeded the heart of
rebellion, anger, violence, rage, war, obsession, hate, and every unholy feeling and deed in them. We cry out for
them, Father, and ask all of these things that they may, each and every one, come to a saving knowledge of the
Lord Jesus Christ, that they may discover the enemy of their own flesh, that it may be brought under control and
subjected to the governing and healing of Your Holy Spirit, in Your Name and for Your Glory .... I ask all of these
things in Christ Jesus' Name, and give You all the Glory ahead of time, Father, with holy expectation, I decree and
agree with You for each and every prayer, all in Christ Jesus' Name, Amen."

PRAYING THE HEART OF THE FATHER FOR TERRORIST LEADERS
Pray something like this:
"Father, Your Word says that it is not Your Will that any man perish but that all should come to a saving knowledge
of the Lord Jesus Christ. Father, we petition for the salvation of all terrorist leaders, each and every one of them,
regardless of their position, place, attitude, hate, violent or murderous hearts, or malicious intents. We forgive them
for all that they have done to us and our nation. We ask for forgiveness for any of our past national and cultural sins
against them. We bless them. We pray the heart of Your Son on the cross, "Forgive them, Father, for they know not
what they do." Forgive them, Father, for sins of ignorance. Ignorance of who You are, ignorance of Your ways, Your
Will, Your Word. We intercede for them, Father, that You will sovereignly create in each and every one of them a
clear, unobstructed path to their hearts, minds, souls and spirits; that You will shine upon them Your light and Your
Truth. You, Father, who can change the heart of the king, are able to do mighty and powerful works upon the earth
through Your Spirit of power and might of the Holy Spirit. You are able to make the whole of creation glorify You. In
Your time, You have promised to restore all things. In Your Word, You have requested "Keep Me in remembrance",
that is, "Remind Me of My Word". Father, we come boldly to Your throne of Grace by the Blood of the Lamb and the
word of our testimony, our faith confession upon You and Your sovereign power, to receive mercy and compassion
in our time of need and their time of need; we remind You, Father, of all of these mentioned things, and ask You
now, Father, to give them a heart of flesh where there is a heart of stone, understanding where there is confusion,
break demonic scales from their eyes and ears, that they may see with the eyes of Your Holy Spirit, and hear with
the ears of Your Holy Spirit; grace them, that they may reach out for a revelation of The Son. In Your utmost
compassion for Your creation, do not permit them, or their loved ones, to perish, for a David said, "Who will praise
You from Sheol ? " As Moses petitioned You to change Your Mind about the circumstances and peoples of his time,
we petition You for the same. As Satan petitioned for soul and spirit of Job, we counter petition for the souls and
spirits of these lost men. Note, Father, that their mouths speak out of the abundance of their hearts. They, like so
many others who are not terrorists or militants, have lost their way. They have become blind upon the path in which
they walk. But before they became blind upon their path, they became blind within their thoughts and
understanding. We cry out for them, Father, that You will break through to them by the power of the Holy Spirit as
You pour out Your Spirit upon all flesh in this end time. (Joel 2:28) We pray in thanksgiving and supplication for
Your surpassing Greatness, that because of Your covenant with us, we can know that we have what we request of
You. (I John 5:14,15). How great is our God, and worthy to be praised, for ever and ever.
Rise up, then, O God, and be for Your creation. As you changed Your mind once before, change Your mind again,
we pray, and save to the uttermost for Your Glory and Your Name's sake, for Your Righteousness' sake. In love and
boldness we remind You of Your Word, " Will not the God of all the universe do right? " Lord God, You are able to
make a way where there seems to be no way. You are able to save to the uttermost. Speak, then, O Lord, and
make come to pass the restoration of all things as You have promised in the Revelation, and let it please you not to
permit the multitudes to perish because of sins of ignorance, for Your Divine Son, Our Lord, became the Perfect
Sacrifice for all sin, including sins of ignorance, that all men might be saved. By Your Divine Will and for Your Glory,
then, O Lord, cause these, and all lost, to know You and walk in Your ways. Send myriads of angels forth from
Heaven above to minister the Gospel of salvation to the hearts and minds of these lost ones, and cause them to
see Your Light. We cry out for them with Your heart, Father, that You would have mercy and compassion upon all
lost men as You did in days past .... do it again, Lord, that all upon this earth may come to know the fullness of the
stature of the knowledge of You, that the whole earth will be filled with Your Glory .... in Jesus' Name we pray,
Amen."
NOTE: In doing spiritual warfare for any who are spiritually lost, first bind Satan, the prince of the power of the air,
the prince of the world, the kings, queens, chief princes and princes of the north, south, east and west, the princes
over their: continent, nation or country, state or province, city or other locale, the strongman spirit (ruler) on
assignment over them, and all above, around and below him, binding Satan up and off from all of them, first. Then,
bind all spirits not of the Holy Spirit who drive these people or minister to their thought life (by discernment through
the Holy Spirit Who will witness to you); in particular, bind the spirits of antichrist, witchcraft, Jezebel, Belial, Python,
religion, control, the warring spirit, accusation, inquisition, torture, murder, violence, terrorism, obsession, and
subversion, the spirit of lies, which lies to them, the spirit of deception, and the spirit of idolatry, along with any
others which the Holy Spirit witnesses to you.
THE BLOOD COVERING PRAYER

Pray something like this:
" Father, I cover with the Precious Blood of Christ Jesus this day and each and every day: my spouse (or significant
other), children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, all family members, relatives, friends, acquaintances and loved
ones, our pastors, co pastors, church elders, deacons, ministry leaders, and members, all true Christian believers,
our ministries and Your purpose for them and through them, and lastly, myself. I cover with the Precious Blood of
Christ Jesus, our : health, safety, and welfare, bodies, body parts systems organs members and functions, incomes,
finances, possessions, our travels by car, boat or plane, the motor vehicles in which we ride, our marriage and
family relationships, our nation and its leaders on the federal, state, and local levels, all that we are, all that we
have, all that we possess, and all in Christ Jesus' Name. I decree the power of the Blood over all for whom I pray
and over all who pray for me, and over all mentioned and unmentioned which is our rightful possession and
inheritance according to Your covenant promises to us, the Blood which is Satan's defeat, the Blood which speaks
greater things than the blood of Abel, the Blood covering which speaks resurrection life and power of the lives of all
for whom I pray and over all for which I pray. I decree that I have what I say and I have what I pray by the Blood of
the Lamb and the word of my testimony, through His Grace, by faith, in Christ Jesus' Name."
NOTE: There is a teaching in the church, today, that the "pleading" of the Blood cannot be done because the Blood
work was done once and for all men, once and for all time. This is error. Scripture tells us that the life and power
of the resurrected Christ is in The Blood. Jesus is the same, yesterday, today, and forever. His Blood did not stop
giving its life and power to Him at the time of crucifixion and at the moment of death on the cross, because its life
was the life of His Spirit. That same Blood life of the Spirit, resurrected Him three days later. It must be understood
that if Jesus is the same, yesterday, today and forever, His Spirit is the same, yesterday, today and forever.
"Pleading" the Blood means invoking the life power of the Blood, which is the Life and the power of the Holy
Spirit upon a person, thing, or circumstance. Those who teach otherwise, must simply take a leap of faith and apply
the power of the Blood to their lives and loved ones and see the demonstration of it in their personal lives, or during
deliverance, to see the truth and reality of what it is, spiritually. A particularly good way is for those who are
bothered by night attacks of the enemy to cover themselves with the Blood of Jesus "for a quiet night's sleep, in
Jesus' Name". The relief that they obtain will be self proving. Revelation 12:11 says that Satan is defeated by the
Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. It does not say that Satan was defeated by the Blood of the Lamb
and the word of our testimony. It is present tense. Satan is defeated. The Word is for all men in all times. This Word
is for today. Therefore, Satan is defeated today, as he was nearly two thousand years ago, and he will always
continue to be defeated. If he is defeated today, and the Scripture says it is by the Blood and word of our testimony
(which is "today"), then the Blood is still working "today". The Holy Spirit was very specific when He wrote the
Scripture through the apostles and prophets. All that is present tense is for today. Christians are encouraged to
guard against such misconceptions which serve only to render them more and more helpless and vulnerable to the
attacks of the enemy, who fear the Blood and do not want Christians to use it or invoke its prayer significance. Let
us contend earnestly for the faith and rightly divide the Word of Truth.
