POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The Director of Human Resources (Process & Manufacturing) will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and Executive Vice President of the Business Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES This exciting position will play a key role in the business transition into a Commercial Excellence process that will accelerate the core culture to compete at the highest level for market share. Position Specification Director, Human Resources (Process & Manufacturing) Page 2 of 3

Primary Responsibilities: Enjoy serving as a business leader in parallel with Human Resources. Spearhead productivity programs to accelerate human performance and growth. Play a valuable role in metrics strategy to enhance each function with recommendations for the Executive Vice President of this business segment. Bring a commanding respect to deal with the global facilities and set new standards that force new productivity from core employees and every segment of managers. Convert HR to structure aligned with the business. The successful candidate will have the business instincts to make him/her a partner in the total, strategic, Commercial Excellence program. Be proactive in new value chains and streams that will capture new product segments and customers and add bright, new people assets. Manage and lead HR functions in process and manufacturing with corporate HR group both in the US and globally. Develop and implement recruitment/staffing, benefits, organizational development, compensation, employee relations and training programs. Team with the Vice President of Human Resources and executive team to develop both short and long- term strategies to meet development requirements. Quickly gain comprehensive understating of the overall corporate and divisional culture, and share the vision of the company.
EDUCATION A Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline or technical field is required. An advanced degree and/or SHRM designation or other accreditation in HR Management and/or Business would be advantageous.
EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience within a world-class process and manufacturing environment. Successful track record of partnering with management to instill and build a new model in commercial excellence. Experience within an international corporate environment. Expertise with US and Asian operations are essential. Sound knowledge of applicable international law pertaining to HR and staffing in all functions. Proficiency with software applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Lotus Notes and PeopleSoft.

COMPENSATION A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary and performance-based bonus. An excellent relocation package will be provided if required.
