start his activity in 06.03.2011 in a building, the former canteen of a Company.Prest Manea Iulian
Cosmin and the Archepiscopy of Arges and Muscel decided at the beginning of 2011 that the
people from neighborhood called Colonie needed a place where they can be find an answer for
their problems, where they can help other people.
Biserica Nasterea Maici Domnului este un mic paraclis care si a inceput activitatea in
06.03.2011, intr o cladire ce a fost cantina a unei firmei.
Preotul Manea iulian si arhiepiscopia au decis la inceputul anului 2011 ca oamenii din
cartierul numkit colinie aveau nevoie de un loc in care sa gaseasca raspuns la problemele lor si
unde sa poata ajuta alti oameni.

For all this,Parish needs a place in which to conduct charitable activities because this
Parish has big projects on the future like a social canteen, that will be made with the help of the
owners of some restaurants from Pitesti.
Until then, Zavoi Parish, must have a house of his own, and for that it already exist a
project.

With believers help, we have managed to raise funds and we could get all the necessary
permits to start building our house. Existing project reveals a small church ,stylish ,wooden, but
for witch are no longer money to start the construction.
This Church has a special role in society, because it has the mission to gather all good
people to help others who are in need, to gave them moral and also financial support.
In this way, Church Adormirea Maicii Domnului , usually makes fonds gathering specialy in
the period of the Hollidays like Easter ,Christmas.
Cu ajutorul credinciosilorr am reusit sa strangem fonduri si am putut s aluam toate
aprobarile necesare pentru a incepe constructia casei noastre.Proiectul existent dezvaluie o
biserica mica stilata din lemn , dar pentru a carei constructive nu mai exista fonduri

Also the Church has a tradition: every year on 06 december the community gathers,
adorn the Christmas tree and give gifts to the children.

asemenea .

The association Pro Art Dinu Lipatti Pitesti was founded by the parents of the High School
of Arts students and it`s purpose is the contribution to the good progress of the scholar activity
and the conditions in which the activity of High School of Arts Dinu Lipatti Pitesti runs and also
rising the scholar performances, the students motivation and the material support of the students
with special problems and the students with extraordinary results and to promote the students
and the image of the High School of Arts Dinu Lipatti Pitesti.
The High School of Arts Dinu Lipatti is supporting the students talented in music, plastic
arts or architecture, helping them to develop and improve their skills. It combines all the three
cycles of learning(primary, gymnasium and high school) and helps each talented student to
perfection his/her skills in instrument playing, vocal singing, painting, drawing etc. Although it is a
vocational high school the students have also general culture classes combined with the arts
classes. And also the High Scholl of Arts role is to promote the young and talented children, giving
them a chance to make a good career, becoming great artists.

The beneficiary target group is represented by all the students of the High School of Arts.
What specifically will the donation be used for?
To support the process of soundproofing of a music room, process that will help
perfection the acoustics, thus improving the sound and the music classes held in there.
What will employee volunteers be doing for this organization?
The employee volunteers will support us through all the process, interacting with the
students and teaching them what means teamwork by helping them to use the materials, and
organize efficiently the upholstering process of the chamber.
The soundproofing process is preventing the transmission of sounds from one room to
another, and also prevents the sounds from outside to get in the room, thus improving the quality
of the sound and the acoustics. The process consists of covering the walls and the doors with
special materials meant to isolate acoustic the room. This will be a fun and interacting process,
giving the chance to students to learn new things about the technique part of the music, and also
what means to use the time and the materials efficiently. Also the students from plastic arts and
architecture classes will make the necessary measurements and planning the decoration of the
room, giving an overview of the process. Everybody will learn new things, and everybody will
work in a team, increasing efficiency by helping students interact, teaching them to see how easy
work can be when you have fun. And at the final, to prove that the soundproofing process was
successful, the music classes students will give a concert for the employee volunteers, being also
a sign of gratitude and appreciation for their work and for the new things that the students
achieved because of them. By the end of this project the students will have developed the
following skills: communication skills, teamwork, making decisions, learning how to manage their
time and their resources efficiently, setting goals and learning to be proactive. These skills will
help the students in their lives by making realize what is the importance of work especially when
it comes about arts. Keep your dreams alive. Understand that to realize something you need to
have faith and trust in you, vision, work, determination and dedication. Remember that all the
things are possible for those who believe. - this beautiful saying sum up the importance of
teamwork and learning new things for achieving our dreams.
